Exquisitely decorated home on the prestigious Pirate's Beach - Galveston Island's West End. Quiet, family friendly neighborhood, no vehicles allowed on the beach making it the safest on the island. Excellent wifi, comfortable new mattresses providing the perfect escape for your family. Enjoy an indoor dining area or outside covered dining. Relax with a cup of coffee in the screened porch. All bedrooms have TVs. Short walk to sand and waves.

The screened in porch with ceiling fans is the perfect place to start your day, or wind down after a fun day at the beach. All of the beds are comfortable memory foam mattresses less than 5 years old and all bedrooms have TVs.

Guests have the entire home to themselves. there are two locked closets with our personal belongings, otherwise, the home is all yours to enjoy with your family! Access to garage area with beach toys, chairs and a wagon to help get your items to the beach!

I am not on site but we are available just a call or text away. This is our personal family beach home and we hope you and your family enjoy it!

Pirate's Beach is an exclusive family friendly neighborhood on Galveston Island's West End. a wonderful quiet neighborhood. The beach does not allow motorized vehicles, keeping it clean and safe.

All guests need to park on the paved area under the home and in the driveway. No more than 6 cars please. No street parking allowed.

PETS ARE WELCOME (fees apply). Please contact us prior to let us know size & breed.

$50 / day per dog for smaller breeds (up to 25Lbs)
$75/ day per dog for larger breeds (up to 50lbs)

Great Stay!

This was a comfortable spacious home for us to enjoy Galveston and the beach. Great screened in porch and a new oven. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Family Trip!

Our family of four loved the home and had a fabulous stay. We enjoyed all of homes benefits due to its perfect location on Galveston Island. The home was exactly as described, facilities were clean, and the hosts were quick to answer any questions we had. We loved being able to take a short walk down to the beach, hop in the car to visit the seawall, restaurants, or just relax in the many comforts of the house. We look forward to staying again soon!

Wonderful experience

House was just as described with great comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen utensils, beach toys. Nice easy walk to the beach that was much more secluded than other beaches along the seawall. Would definitely stay again! Missy was great to communicate with!

Birthday weekend

I really enjoyed my birthday weekend stay. I was to communicate with the property manager with ease. We took advantage of place since it’s just a quick walk to the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to getaway or a family event.

Very Nice Stay

We had a very enjoyable stay at your beach house. The whole place has a comfortable and homey feel. The screened in porch was nice since the weekend was quite windy. We loved that there was plenty of space for all of us to gather and eat. Also, the kitchen was spacious and was able to accommodate several of us cooking together. Great place for gathering. Thanks!

Great House

We went for a moms get away weekend and this house was perfect. The three downstairs bedrooms all have temperpedic mattress which were so comfortable. The screened patio was wonderful for sitting outside and we did not have to fight off the mosquitos. Large kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating in. House was clean. Will definitely go back.

Wonderful, beautiful, and relaxing home near the beach. Perfect for adult visitors

This property is everything promised and more. The house is beautifully decorated, the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space for 8 people to sleep and hangout comfortably. Kitchen is well appointed and everything is clean and functional. Only 20 minutes from the main seawall attractions. Easy beach access. Owner is easy to work with and prompt to answer any questions. We will definitely be renting this property again. We loved it!

Incredible relaxing weekend!

I wanted to do something for my moms 75th birthday and she loves the water and spending time with her girls. Well, we did just that. This home is so cozy and warm! Awesome beach house! Best rental properly I've stayed in thus far!

I've rented several properties and this beach house in Galveston can easily be placed at the top of the list. The home was beautiful, roomy, clean and the location was great. Not too far from the main strand but far enough away to have the peace and tranquility we were looking for. My sisters, friend and I were looking for a place to have a peaceful vacation and this was it. The beds were very comfortable and we took advantage of the screened in porch! If I had to list what could be improved, I would say the wifi wasn't as strong as I hoped and I wish we could have used the elevator, especially when it started storming as we got soaked running up the outside stairs. But those were not anything that would stop me from renting this property again in the future. Oh and I called the owners to assist with the cable issue when we first arrived, and they were fantastic with calling right back and helping fix the issue. Overall, and awesome vacation rental!

Beautiful, clean home; easy-to-work-with-owner!

We booked this home for guests from our wedding party to stay. Missy was a pleasure to work with and very prompt to respond. Great first impression! When we arrived, we were pleased to see that the home was very clean, very well-maintained (tough to do in a salt water atmosphere!) and very nicely appointed. The master bedroom was fought over because it is HUGE and one of the bedrooms has an entry door from the patio area, which was really convenient for one of our guests, who was coming and going constantly. When the previous renter did not place the second set of keys in the correct spot, I contacted Missy and she was able to get us another key very quickly. When we come back to Galveston, which we will numerous times throughout the year, we will ALWAYS try to stay here! Thank you for a great, clean, accommodating home that did not disappoint our guests and made us look like the best hosts ever!

Vacation saved!

This is our second trip to Pirate's Beach and we loved it as much this time as we did the first time. We planned this trip for 8 months and had rented a different property but we lost that reservation due to the property being sold. Due to our specific family needs (4 years old to 73 years old) this was the only property left that fit our needs. We are so thankful that Missy was willing to work with us, quick to respond and quite literally saved a vacation that was almost 3 years in the making. The house was exactly as described, quiet and calm, great for our family, towels are soft, beds are comfortable. Had everything we needed for cooking multiple meals. We rented a golf cart (again 4 year old and 73 year old) and it made getting to the beach very easy, though it would have been just as convenient to walk. The available gear for the beach is also plentiful and all in great working condition. The owners are extremely flexible and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great time. Many thanks!

Great location house could use help

Smoke detector bedroom wasn’t secured correctly was hanging off ceiling. There were no hangers. The dryer was full of lint dryer door was broke you had to slide door over to dryer to keep door closed . The vents were very dirty especially the one by dryer. The beach chairs were rusty and most were broke. The grill needs new grate. Wish there was instructions how to use tv. The couch hard to sit in cushions need more padding needed or replace not best to sit in. The knobs kitchen cabinets were missing. The enclosed porch was great loved sitting out there in am. The kitchen was equipped just stuff all I’ve the place needs better organization. Glad to have cart to go to beach hut needs a little wd40. Outdoor shower nice wish there was a shelf to put soap on. The stairs need to be repaired if you were watching tv family room and someone was walking up stairs the whole room would shake. Ac worked great and the stove was nice not sure about the other 2 appliances on counter wasn’t sure how to use them.

Really awful experience 😞

We Do Not recommend to working with this group of people, they were not respectful or accountable. My family stayed at their 4006 galveston property this weekend for our Thanksgiving and the majority (oven, disposal, dryer, and ice maker) of their appliances weren't functional and nothing was cleaned. **gross!** More upsetting was the owner was actually rude about our situation and his management team took no accountability or offered any reasonable solutions on our Thanksgiving four day stay. An 8 percent discount was offered for all our inconveniences. -They had an uninstalled oven sitting in the dining room, we had no oven for Thanksgiving and we had brought food for a large gathering🤬 -The freezer had ice down the door side and was leaking out the bottom, so we also had no ice. -The sink disposal didn't work. -The dryer was duct taped together and didn't dry our beach clothes. -Their bathroom walls had gross splashes on them of (maybe soup or vomit?) and hair was found in the bed sheets of one of the rooms🤢 Although all this information was relayed to the owner and management team within 12 hours of us arriving, they told us the appliances were working prior to our stay and no one was sent out to fix anything the entire time we stayed. Again, Not easy to work with, don't waste your money or time there are so many other wonderful people and companies!

Very Pleased!

House was beautiful and very accurately described. Decorated very well and came with plenty of necessary items. Bedding and towels were all very clean and abundant. There were three adult couples and our mom staying here. We all had plenty of room and were very comfortable. Only have a few complaints. One being whenever our group arrived at check-in time, there was a vehicle in our driveway and a moving truck blocking us from getting in. Next being I wasn't given the code to access the keys until around two hours after check-in. And the digital keypad only worked intermittently because of a choppy internet connection. Lastly, the oven in the kitchen didn't work. Overall we were all very pleased and made the best out of a great rental home. I would absolutely return to this same location.

This beach home is so elegantly decorated and not in your typical beach home decor. It reflects our personality of a casual relaxed updated atmosphere. The King Bed and two Queen beds provide a perfect getaway for couples and families. The upstairs loft is perfect for kids who want to feel like a clubhouse, with two full sized beds. This home gives the feeling of a home, not just a beach getaway.

Pirates Beach is the best beach on Galveston Island. Typically only used by residents, it stays somewhat private. A short 5 minute walk over a footbridge, you will see the beach and hear the waves as your vacation gets started. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and we added gates to the deck to keep children safe from the stairs. All bedrooms other than the loft are on the main floor of the home. The beach is vehicle free which makes it more safe and quiet than the other public beaches.
