Experience relaxed coastal living at Kona Isle A4, a beautifully maintained 1-bedroom ocean-view condo located in one of Aliʻi Drive’s most beloved oceanfront complexes. This inviting first-floor unit offers a private lanai with peaceful ocean views and cool breezes—perfect for morning coffee or sunset unwinding.

Inside, the condo features a Queen-size bed in the primary bedroom, a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, split air-conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, free WiFi, a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing meals during your stay. The remodeled bathroom includes updated tile and fixtures, and the unit is thoughtfully stocked for both short and extended visits.

Kona Isle is known for its iconic oceanfront lawn, lined with lounge chairs for sunset viewing, whale watching (in season), and listening to waves right at the shoreline. Guests enjoy access to a heated oceanfront pool, a BBQ pavilion with gas grills, well-kept tropical landscaping, on-site laundry facilities, and assigned parking.

Quiet garden and ocean view condo

Everything was great. Everything was in the condo that you needed. The view was amazing. Short walk to the grill area where the view of the ocean was perfect. Everything you needed for the beach. This condo was really quiet. Perfect size for a family of 4. Everything was close by. We enjoyed our stay. Air-conditioning in the living room and a bedroom was a big plus. We highly recommend this place.

I would gladly stay here again!

Perfect view of ocean, easy stroll to salt water pool. Didn’t use the bbq or swimming pool but they seemed great and perfectly located with a lovely view. Place had everything from boogie board to beach chairs and coolers. Kitchen had what we needed and the A/c although a bit noisy worked great. I can’t wait to travel here again.

Lovely apartment with a nice view

Really nice apartment, very clean and with super equipment, everything you need is there. The location is nice, direct at the cliffs and it‘s lovely to sit there watching the sunset. Just a few minutes drive to Kona with all the supermarktes and restaurants. The communication with the rental agency was first class, they replied very fast and gave us all the information we need for our stay. This was definetly not our last stay there.

Just near the sea, we can hear the waves, the view is georgous and the place to eat near the sea is great. The pool was great too. There was plenty of things in the condo to take to the beach (chairs, tubas, body board) and also a lot of kitchen accessories (air fryer etc).We really loved our holiday and can’t wait to come back 😉 the only little thing is the air conditioning that is noisy...

It is only a 20 minute walk from the main strip of restaurants, shops, and bars; a 30 minute walk from the stunning Magic Sands Beach; and you can see the ocean from the living room! The pool is perfect, and we loved using the barbeques right on the water too. It has everything you need: beach chairs, snorkels, plenty of beach towels, and tons of dishes. And it was one of the most affordable places we could find in Kona! I would highly recommend booking a stay here, I will definitely stay here again if / when I visit Kona again.

Perfectly Simple

This place was great. It was clean, had a lot of extra goodies for local fun like beach chairs and coolers, had enough toilet paper for our stay, an air fryer, and the coffee maker is better than expected. The location is great, sunsets by the water just outside the door, a short walk to all that Ali’i Drive has to offer… Only a couple downsides however, the bed is pretty firm (subjective opinion) and it’s a super bummer that it’s a queen size not a king. Also there’s no actual oven. So yeah, very few downsides! Would for sure rent this place again 💜

This condo is one of best we have stayed at for having everything needed to head out to the beach: umbrella, chairs, beach bag, coolers and more.The property management company was easy to contact and was very responsive.The condo ocean front area is a wonderful place to watch sunsets and meet people. The ocean front area has the BBQs, picnic tables and many chairs. It was a great stay at the Kona Isle.
