We rent year round! Come for a short stay in the spring and weekly during the summer. We also accept monthly rentals from October–May. Whether you're looking for a relaxing seasonal escape or a quick beach retreat, our home is ready to welcome you. If the calendar isn’t allowing your desired dates, simply reach out—we may be able to accommodate you!

We have completely renovated this home, making it more beautiful, modern, and inviting than ever before. As longtime property owners in Rehoboth Beach for over 21 years, we take great pride in personally managing our rentals. When you stay with us, you won’t be passed off to a realtor—we are here to ensure your vacation is seamless and special.

Sleeping Arrangements
First-Floor Primary Suite – King-size bed, full en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet.
Second-Floor Primary Suite – Queen-size bed, full en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet.
Third Bedroom – Queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and TV.
Fourth Bedroom – Two sets of bunk beds, perfect for kids!
Loft Space – Semi-private area with two twin beds.
Additional Bathrooms – A third full bathroom upstairs, plus a powder room off the kitchen.
Renters provide their own sheets and towels. However, extra towels are available in the unit for convenience.

Our Rental Guidelines
No Party Groups – We rent only to respectful guests who will treat our home with care.
No Pets Allowed – Per community regulations. If other units state dogs are permitted for renters, that is not the case. Owners only are permitted to have pets.
Flexible Monthly Stays (October–May) – Renters pay for utilities when staying long-term (four-month minimum).
