The epitome of the perfect family beach retreat! Just over 3 blocks to the boardwalk and beach. Superb outdoor living with patio, spacious sun decks & balconies. Very well appointed w/ upgraded finishes.

The open great room & dining room w/ 10' ceilings, crown molding, wood burning fireplace and hardwood floors flows to the gourmet kitchen w/ granite counter tops and continues to sunroom w/ extra refrigerator. 1st floor master suite (w/ glass and marble bath) has direct access to the patio. The landing midway up to the 2nd floor opens to a large sundeck w/ lounge chairs and dining table for 6. The second level features another master suite w/ wood burning fireplace, marble and glass bath and direct access to the front sundeck. Also 1 queen size bedroom, w/ direct access to the front sundeck, and 3rd bedroom w/ two twins and 2nd full bath. The third floor features 2 queen size bedrooms, 1bedroom w/ two twins and a full bath with walk in shower.

Located off the kitchen, the sun-room is air conditioned (heated in winter), includes a queen size sofa bed, and 2nd dining table that seats 4-6.

Beautifully landscaped with a private backyard and gas grill. Two off-street parking pads.

Spleeping accommodations for up to 16 adults. Children under 12 are not included in the count.

All the rooms are large, bright and airy with 9-10 ft. ceilings. Wireless internet is available throughout the house. There are TV's in each bedroom plus one additional in the living area. Laundry facilities are located on the first floor. A fully equipped supply room and 1/2 bath are located behind the kitchen.

Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The rooms were as advertised and we had no problems getting settled. The host was extremely responsive throughout the whole process. Would definitely stay here again!

I wanted to give this stay 5 stars but there were too many things that added up to prevent us from giving this rating.First the good:The house is in an awesome location within walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. There was a small playground and pickle ball courts right nearby as well which was an unexpected surprise. The parking situation worked for the 4 cars we arrived with and the 2 parking passes were also a nice surprise. If you are looking for a convenient place that will accommodate a large group, this property definitely works. The house provides all the beach stuff you need (this wasn't clear in the listing either) - it would have been nice to leave all our stuff at home.The less than ideal: For me to give 5 stars, I don't need every single thing to be perfect at the property. And I would have given 5 if we had only stayed for a weekend, but like I said, things started to add up. The listing didn't say anything about no linens being provided and we were only notified a week before our stay. The beds were very hard. One of the beds was a sleeper sofa which wasn't clear to me when we booked. The dryer was obnoxiously loud and is right next to the kitchen, which added to the chaos! The toilet paper holder was broken in one bathroom and the shower curtain was in clear need of replacing in another. There wasn't any handsoap either.I think with a few minor tweaks and this place could easily get 5 stars every time.

Great property even with full house! As an RN I appreciated the cleanliness of this home. There are lot's of places individuals could go to get some private time! The baby bunnies, squirrels, and Cardinals were a bonus! Plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. Kitchen well appointed.Large meals easy to prepare and serve on large dining room table. Beds very comfortable. Even the pillows are comfortable! Loved the privacy of the outdoor shower. Really appreciated a master bedroom on first floor and beautiful master on second floor. Great to have twin bedrooms on different floors so boys and girls did not annoy each other! Lol! Upper decks were wonderful for morning coffee and just relaxing. Walk to Boardwalk and beach were great. There is a small playground close by for the littles and a walking bridge for all to see lots of turtles! Just beyond that is a basket ball court and a bigger playground. The street the house is on is very quiet and residential. Must mention how great David is to work with! A super super! All in all a 10 out of 10!

Incredible Beach House for Family

My family and I loved staying at David's house. The location is incredible - easily walkable to town and the beach, has plenty of space, and is in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice Large Group Home

I traveled with family and friends and we truly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was large enough to accommodate our party of 10 plus more, and we were very comfortable and very close to downtown . Some minor updates needed i.e., torn mini blinds, but I would definitely stay here again. David was a pleasure to communicate with.

Perfect for our 15 people

The floor plan was perfect for us and our 3 adult children and 7 grandchildren. We grandparents took the master on the ground floor. My daughter played the pregnancy card to claim the 2nd floor master (which was huge and luxurious) with their 2 year old sharing the king bed. My son with the 5 and 8 year olds took the 2nd floor king and 2 twin bedroom with hallway bathroom. The 3rd floor was for then largest and noisiest family ( one 20 year old daughter and 3 active boys ages 4 through 9). The large and open ground floor allowed us to have a dinner and "olympics" party with my wife's brothers and their adult children (11 more) who were gathered for their own reunion at a different location.There were about 10 beach chairs on site along with cooler etc. To help with the 3 block (15 minute) walk to the beach, I rented a motorized scooter for the week. It comes with parking permit and helmet. It was used to shuttle the driver of the minivan who shuttled the kids and beach chairs to and from the beach everyday, leaving the van at a prime parking location early in the morning. (Weekly rental was $299.) 2 parking passes come with the house for street parking, and 2 cars can park in the driveways.

Wonderful and Well appointed house

The house was clean and large enough for our extended family of 12 to stay. Walking distance to the beach and shopping. On rainy days we weren't on top of eachother. The kitchen was well stocked and the house came with beach items as well. Great stay!

Fantastic House!

This house was perfect for a large family! Plenty of room and lots of amenities! There were a ton of beach chairs we were able to access as well as other beach items. David was an amazing contact! He was very kind, helpful, and very responsive! Highly recommend working with him!

Great location and very spacious house! Would stay again! Only minor issue was there were no towels & sheets included and this was not included in the listing and was only communicated the date before our stay. Would appreciate earlier notice to plan accordingly as most guests were flying in from out of town.

Rehoboth Beach House

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this house and we love staying here. Communication is great with David and the house is located in a beautiful neighborhood that is close to downtown.

Thanksgiving at Rehoboth

My siblings and I came to the area to celebrate Thanksgiving with a niece that lives in the nearby town of Ellendale and decided on this VRBO house instead of a hotel. It was a great decision that worked out nicely for our family. We enjoyed the common spaces (the living room, dinning room, kitchen, sunroom). They were great spaces to enjoy being together for just hanging out, watching TV, Eating and playing games. The bedrooms were nice sizes and allowed for private time when desired as well as comfortable sleeping. We didn't really get to enjoy the outdoor spaces because of the time of year we stayed. The family agreed that the stay at this house was nice and we would definitely stay again. The nearby playground was a nice treat for the young children. The short drive to the beach was also appreciated for the ones that wanted to spend time on the beach front (in spite of the chilly temperature). We thought we had an issue with the electricity in one of the bedrooms, however when we called David, he answered immediately and explained what needed to be done and it was easily done and the situation quickly became a non-issue. Thank you David.

Great Vacation

The house was beautiful and spacious. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were less than 5 minutes drive from the beach boardwalk and shopping. Everyone had a great time and wants to return next year.

Great house for extended family; some tweaks needed.

Many positives: indoor space is nice and ample, kitchen is well stocked, really appreciate that there were many bathrooms and lots of queen and king beds for an extended family, an abundance of beach stuff ie chairs, sand pails etc. Outdoor space: a second floor deck is lovely but far from the grill and has insufficient furniture for outdoor eating. A significant limitation is the lack of usable garden chairs and a table (there were 2 chairs in very bad shape). Other upgrades that would be appreciated: dining chairs that match the antique dining table height wise. We appreciated having a property manager who was responsive and helpful.

Family vacation

Could not have wanted anything more from this rental. Location was great, it was well stocked, plenty of space to spread out. We went to the park at the end of the street everyday our young ones loved it. The pickle ball players enjoyed the courts. A great time was had by all!

# of bedrooms was ideal for the group. Plenty of room for people to gather or to isolate. Walk to beach was 0.7 miles. Also good walk to get to main drag or to boardwalk. Everyone in the group was satisfied (a rare occurrence). All are looking forward to next year.

The rental location was convenient to walk to town (RB), walk to the boardwalk and walk to the beach. The home was well-furnished for socializing and was well-stocked for kitchen needs. We were very satisfied with this rental. We hope to stay again in the future.
