we loved this property. Great location and equipped with all the little things like tin foil, full pantry of spices, garage bags, soap, etc.. It's all the little things that stick to buy for 2 days. view and trails behind house were great for a morning walk and just to chill and look out after our long park days. Highly recommend.

Our 4-some had a great time at this house!! Loved the hot tub after hiking all day (to bad the gas stations lights are so bright ruined the star gazing). Kitchen was well appointed to help with cooking & grilling. Rooms were clean, lots of blankets, beds were comfortable. Overall a great location, close to so many different great places to visit.

We loved our time in Kanab and this VRBO! Location was fantastic and everything you could need was supplied in the home. The hot tub was a perfect bonus after days of hiking. Highly recommend!

This house is a real gem for the price we paid. House was clean, everything in the description was there and well-stocked, plus the kitchen drawers were chock full of other utensils and useful things not listed. We used the hot tub and the grill, both of which worked like they were supposed to. Close to everything in town but tucked away in a nice little neighborhood, plenty of space - what else could you want from a place 1-1.5 hrs from Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon North Rim (the best place to see the GC), and many other places? And the pictures do not do the views from the living room and backyard any justice, they are amazing, especially seeing the sun rise over the canyon walls in the mornings.

Best property we've stayed at. This house felt so comfortable, and the furnishings were higher quality than we usually see in rentals. It is very well stocked! So many thoughtful touches - robes, hair dryer & irons, coffee, shower supplies, throw blankets, lamps everywhere for just the right lighting, and tastefully decorated in a relaxing color scheme. You can really cook in the kitchen, everything is there. The neighborhood was quiet, view was beautiful. I highly recommend this property and would return in a heartbeat. The location was great and we were impressed with the town as well, everyone was friendly.

Perfect location and amazing accommodations. The home makes you feel like you’re at home. Very well, equipped with all necessary, utensils and supplies. Hot tub was a nice feature. all details were covered. Very close to downtown Kanab, but yet far enough away where your feel part of the environment as your backyard view faces local canyon formations. Wonderful experience for both families.

The house was absolutely perfect. Our family of six loved it. It was perfectly located for so many memorable adventures. The beds were so comfortable, the view was the best to wake up to, the hiking trails near the house were lovely to do at the beginning and end of the day, the hot tub was a welcome sight at the end of a long day, and the city of Kanab was just a few steps away. The house was clean, equipped with everything you need and more. Thank you so much for one of the best stays we’ve had!

Very welcoming and beautiful home. Beds were comfortable. House was clean and loved the backyard view. There were many extras that really made our trip comfortable. The kitchen had every utensil and dish you would want and extras like baggies - we packed sandwiches a couple of days, spices, and Keurig with plenty of pods for our stay. Bathrooms provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash that was nice smelling, and hair essentials. There were plenty of fluffy towels and beach towels. It was nice to have the garage to park in and be able to unload our sandy shoes and coolers. Having the laundry was a big plus and they provided detergent. Kanab is a quaint town with little shops, Resturant’s, and grocery stores. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed Kanabs’ central location to Sand Hollow, Zion, Bryce, and Page. We visited the first week of August when it was HOT and opted most days to have a slow start to the day and then travel to destination for afternoon and sunset and arrived home late. You will have about 1.5 hr drive anywhere but it is amazing the change in scenery depending on the direction you go. This home provided a comfortable and cozy base for our trip. Thank you!!

Great location and quiet area. Well kept home with all the supplies. Easily could make all our meals and grill worked well. The hot tub was nice! Had issues and the washing machine did not work during our stay. With lack of phone service when we left for the day made it hard to communicate with host then so we never got the issue fixed during our stay. Nice home base for our trip to do lots of hiking. We hit up Zion, hiked the Wave, Wire Pass/Buckskin Gulch, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, & The New Wave/Beehive. Kid friendly location and they had games for the littles. Loved the main sitting area and was open to visit and rest in the evening.

We're so glad the location worked out perfectly as a home base for all your adventures, from Zion to Horseshoe Bend and the Wave. It's wonderful to hear the home felt well stocked, the grill and kitchen made meal prep easy, the hot tub was a nice touch after long hiking days, and the games and open sitting area kept things comfortable for the whole family. This kind of feedback means a lot and we're happy the trip came together so well despite the washing machine hiccup.

Loved everything about this home!

The house was beautifully decorated, the kitchen had everything you could need, the views out the back were spectacular and enjoyed while sitting at the outdoor dining table or in the hot tub. The location was great as well with easy access to our destinations. I will stay there again if in town again and highly recommend this to others!

Fantastic place to stay

We stayed back in July for a week and the property was clean, great location, and very well managed. We had a slight issue with the refrigerator not cooling and hosts were quick to resolve as well as answer our questions about the area. Very responsive and would stay here again!

Great home in amazing Sedona!

We loved everything about this stay. The house was amazing, comfortable, clean, and close to everything. Our host was responsive and kind. We would definitely rent this house again!

Our week in Kanab

The house was really beautiful, well equipped and comfortable . It was convenient to all the parks we visited and Kanab has great restaurants and shops. The view out the back was beautiful and a wonderful spot to sit after a day of hiking. The beds and the pillows were also very comfortable
