Other things to note
-Summit County has very strict parking, occupancy, and quiet hour rules. You will be asked to leave, fined, and lose your deposit if rules aren't followed. A sheriff has the ability to walk up to the door and ticket you.
-Parking- 4 cars max. Street parking is prohibited at all times.
-Occupancy Max- 12 people (children and infants included) at any time (day or night).
-Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.
-Just 10 minutes by car to town & about 20 minutes (depending on where you go) by shuttle.
-120 yards to the FREE SHUTTLE stop at the end of your cul de sac. *times can change
-You DON'T have to pay Breckenridge local sales tax (only Colorado tax).
