Ten Peaks Lodge is a sprawling luxury home with amazing views of the Breckenridge Ski Area and the Ten Mile Range. The large picture windows in the open living area and dining room capture the views and unforgettable sunsets over the peaks.

Perfect for families or groups, this home is a comfortable and spacious lodge located in the Silver Shekyl subdivision just a few miles north of downtown Breckenridge and the Ski Area. This open concept home with huge vaulted ceilings boasts a gourmet kitchen and a huge bar with seating for nine which makes this a great home for entertaining. Extra Large deck with gas grill, main level master suite with cozy fireplace and a luxurious master bath. Full size laundry and an extra refrigerator help accommodate multi-family lodging. Large 65 inch HDTV, Stereo, BluRay Player and a blazing gas fireplace round out the inviting main level.

The lower level of the home features a poker card table, Bubbly Hot Tub Room with HDTV and sitting area and three more bedrooms. Two of the Bedrooms on the lower level are Master Suites with King Beds and full bathrooms. The third bedroom on the lower level is a kids zone, sofa seating and 4 twin beds and it's own bathroom. Another deck on this level boasts huge views of the ten mile range and opens up to the hot tub room for added fun!

The Loft area in the home has a queen bed. The loft also features a pool table and piano and guitar for those that like to game and are musically inclined.

Right below the loft is the upper level. The upper level features a bedroom with a queen bed, one bathroom and sun room for hanging out. This is also the entry level of the home with mudroom and 2 car over sized garage.

With luxurious comfort, sweeping mountain views, rustic-elegant furnishings, and close proximity to all that Breckenridge has to offer, Ten Peaks Lodge is a a perfect retreat for those looking for relaxed but convenient mountain ambience.

The house was in great order, easy check-in and the location was almost perfect. The only issue was the road noise but you get used to it quickly.

Nice Size for a Small Group

A group of 7 stayed at the house for a week of skiing. The house is spacious, and everyone could have their private space in addition to the common space. Enjoyed having the large kitchen and dining area and the additional refrigerator in the laundry room. Was close enough to Breckenridge and Keystone Ski areas

Great place to stay!!

We rented this house for a Spring Break family & friends getaway to Colorado and our entire group found it to be outstanding! It was the perfect size for our group, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking equipment, the living room was extremely comfortable, and the indoor spa was great. It's a perfect location if you plan ski. Many thanks for the quick responses to our requests. Overall, a great vacation house and experience!

Ten Peaks Lodge Breckenridge

We are just returning from an incredible family ski vacation in Breckenridge. Majestic Lodging handled our Ten Peaks lodge rental and we could not have been better taken care of. Beautiful home that was clean, organized, and ready to enjoy. Very professional! Thank you!

Amazing house

The house is very spacious. Hanging out in the kitchen was my favorite place lol. House has puzzles and other games. But the entryway bedroom doesnt have have a doorlock and the downstairs bdroom has trouble keeping the door closed even when we lock it. Overall we would use this home again

Only negatives heard from are family of 16 was T.V.'s were not in every bedroom and the noise from the highway got loud at times. Overall, would stay there again.

Things we were surprised by and renters need to know:- upstairs queen room is difficult to enter because of very high stairs and a very tight room- no closet and bery little room for luggage. - the 3rd floor queen bed is in the loft area and is a queen day bed- not comfortable for 2 people- while the view is beautiful, there is definitely high road noise as it sits high above but above the main highway and in the summer you will need windows open for the cross breeze to keep it cool inside the house.Overall we had a great trip- house is HUGE and 4 levels, great front drive area for outdoor games and lovely area to walk with views!

Big house

If you are taking a large group this property is large. Maintenance has been neglected. Drain in master bath not fastened down, some doorknobs broken, kitchen faucet very loose, needs to be replaced. Home could you a facelift. It was clean and worked for us though.

Enjoyed the stay at the property

We enjoyed the stay at the property. There were 2 issues that concerned me. First, the indoor hot tub was very over chlorinated. We had to open the hot tub and run the jets for a period of time with the window and door open in order to air out the room so a person could breath in the room. Very dangerous. Second towards the end of the week we had multiple individuals with 20+ bug bites inflicted overnight. Needs pest control and to verify that it is no bed bugs.

Beautiful home perfect for large families

We had 4 generations of family stay comfortably in this home. It's great for small children and had plenty of space for everyone to feel that they still had privacy. The only thing I would warn people about is the noise level of the road behind the house. If you're looking to feel secluded, you might not want to hear the highway. If you want a great location close to Breckenridge though, this place is perfect!

Family gathering.

Home was as advertised. Great space, marvelous kitchen and plenty of room for family games. Great space for 3 couples and 3 older girls wanting their own bedrooms. Weather was warmer than expected and lack of air conditioning at night was a minor problem.

Amazing views, large home

House is conveniently located, check in was super easy. House has several levels which wasn’t a problem for our group but may be a lot for elderly or those with kids. Large rooms made it great for our group, everyone has their own bathroom also. Would have liked to have more deck/outside chairs to enjoy the decks with the beautiful Colorado summer weather.

Great home for large group including for children

Home is large, well furnished andbuilt into the side of a mountain with beautiful views. About two miles outside Breckenridge and near a local golf course. There is noise from highway 9 and lots of stairs. Not a problem for us but could be for some.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We had a great with plenty of space for 11. Ryan was great to deal with and very response. Would recommend for a larger group.
