Welcome to our little piece of paradise. If you’re looking for an entirely private apartment with a separate living area, kitchen and master bedroom with a king bed, you’ve come to the right place. Each apartment has it’s own separate entrance for privacy. Outdoor areas are shared with other guests and the homeowners. The lush landscaping throughout the property and water views of The Middle River, will make you feel like you’re in paradise. Middle River surrounds Wilton Manors. The Island City and goes through parts of Fort Lauderdale, connecting to the Intracoastal Waterway. If you’re feeling adventurous and want to explore, we also have kayaks and paddle-boards. We are located walking distance to Wilton Drive (a.k.a The Drive) but on a quiet street away from all the hustle and bustle. This listing is for one of two available apartments at this property. Each apartment is different and with it’s own unique features, so please checkout the complete details and photos to decide which best fits your needs. My partner and I live downstairs and share the outside areas with our guests. Both apartments are upstairs, there is no elevator access to the second floor. We are a gay couple and rent to MEN ONLY. All outdoor areas including, pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, covered patio and outdoor dining areas are clothing optional. We want you to feel comfortable, wear as much or as little as you’d like. We offer a relaxing setting where you can lounge comfortably by the pool, listen to music, read a book or sit by the water and watch the sun go down. There’s also a private play area... We are a friendly open-minded household where you can getaway from it all, sit and chill or indulge in all the fun, restaurants and bars Wilton Manors (a.k.a. The Gayborhood) has to offer. Wilton Manors is one of the top gayest cities in U.S. and is home to the annual Stonewall Pride Parade, FlockFest (beach party), Floatarama (pride on the water), and Wicked Manors (annual Halloween event). There’s always something fun going on at The Drive or venture out to several of the nearby bathhouses. We’re a short drive to the beaches and downtown Fort Lauderdale. Ten minute drive to Las Olas Blvd and close to several shopping venues including The Galleria Mall and Coral Ridge Mall. We are also walking distance to Ramrod.

We are available for long term rentals, up to 3months. Contact us for more information and date availability. Due to high demand December through April dates are typically reserved one year in advance and require a minimum 3 week stay.
