Beautiful villa, stunning views, great location

Villa Laska is in a fabulous location with stunning sea and coastal views. It's an idyllic place, surrounded by nature and completely secluded. A gorgeous place to relax and laze in the sun in absolute peace and privacy, but with plenty of action only 10 mins away whenever you want it. So it's perfectly suited to couples or families looking for a fantastic getaway, but who would also appreciate easy access to all the facilities, entertainment and night life available at the beach or in the city.

Accommodation: The villa has 3 floors and all the main rooms have the same beautiful sea views looking south east.

The ground floor is a spacious open plan air conditioned area with tiled floor and has a contemporary style kitchen plus dining and living areas which all look out over a large terrace through three French windows. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with stripped pine floors and built in wardrobes and a family bathroom and on the second floor there is a third double bedroom with balcony, also with stripped pine floor. All the bedrooms have double beds and two have ceiling fans and look out over the terrace to the beautiful sea view.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by a private garden with vines, almond, peach, apricot and apple trees.

There’s a large paved terrace which runs the full length of the villa, plus a separate barbecue area

WiFi is available for free and it is fast and reliable

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: The villa is fully managed by an ex pat English couple who live a minutes walk away. They will prepare the villa for you, meet you on arrival, give you the keys and show you everything. A complimentary bottle of Bulgarian wine is provided to welcome you

AIRPORT TRANSFER is available on arrival which is free of charge if you are stay ing for 7 days or more. (Not applicable if you have booked using a special offer)

HOUSEKEEPING services are available during your stay. Please arrange with the housekeeper at any time. Additional charges apply.

CHILD CARE or baby sitting services are available. Arrange before your stay if possible as services may not be available at late notice
