Your balcony also overlooks the brick courtyard of the Esplanade, with its fountains, palm trees and colorful storefronts of upscale retailers, small specialty stores and an eclectic mix of restaurants.

The atmosphere of luxury isn’t limited to the outside. The exquisitely decorated interior is bathed by natural light through the arched walls of the balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows surrounding the living room. The dark wood dining room table looks out at a thick cluster of palms just beyond the balcony. The kitchen, with stools set beside the island counter, is filled with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to do justice to the gourmet ingredients you can pick up in the specialty stores below.

The bedrooms are adorned with shuttered windows to let in the fragrant night air off Smokehouse Bay. The master suite gives you sliding door access to the balcony and contains an ensuite bathroom featuring a bathtub and walk-in shower.

This unit provides you with all the comforts and conveniences of your home away from home, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans and a washer and dryer. It also comes with free wi-fi, cable and television in the living room and bedrooms.
