Beachside cottage Located at Butler Beach!! 2-bedroom, 1 bath cottage with large fenced back yard This little gem lives large with the open living, dining room and kitchen. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of this coastal oasis, where you can enjoy the salty breeze and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare delicious meals including an outside grill. Amenities abound, including free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and dryer, air conditioning and satellite/cable TV.. Unwind in comfort inside or step outside and relax on the covered front porch or the large fenced back yard .

We are an easy 3 minute stroll to one of the best beaches on the east coast. And you are just minutes from historic DT St. Augustine, Marineland, shopping and great restaurants. For a dose of history, visit the iconic Flagler College.. Explore the nearby Anastasia State Park, just a 9-minute drive away, where you can hike through the lush trails, spot local wildlife, and enjoy the breathtaking views.

The Pearl is a delightful cottage within a short walking from beach. The owners have elevated the charm of the original home with lovely stained glass and unique artwork. It is well equipped and stocked for guests and comfort. Pet friendly was perfect for us! The owners’ care is very evident and their communication with me was excellent; prompt, helpful and with wonderful detail both about the home and the area. Definitely recommend and look forward to returning!

The hosts are amazing people whom I'd hang out with if we lived closer. The house is decorated with care and is welcoming and classy. The location to beaches, parks, restaurants, and shopping is very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet, and the back yard and front porch are a lovely spot to read and chill out. My dog enjoyed many restaurant meals with me, as most places love dogs. Fabulous.

Everything was great, start to finish! I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook, as I too love to cook! Didn't want to leave because I loved the place that much!

I grew up in Butler Beach, so coming back to my favorite stretch of sand was pure joy! Easy access made beach walks a breeze, and it was so great to see how many gopher turtles are thriving in the area! The Pearl was the perfect cottage for my mom and me.

Quiet, close to beach, large backyard

Had a great stay at this home with family. Quiet neighborhood in a prime location. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Clean, well kept, and enough space for the 3 of us, plus a dog. Large, fenced backyard was perfect for our dog and the backyard hose made it easy to clean her off after a day at the beach.

Wonderful place

The Pearl is a great location close to the beach and wonderful restaurants. We loved everything about it - artful decor, fully stocked kitchen, front porch for morning coffee, comfy beds and fenced in yard.

Great Location!

We had a wonderful time staying here. Beach is a short distance away, great restaurants are around the corner and the historic district of St. Augustine is a short drive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the fall.

My wife and I stayed here for a week and it was great. Property is clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. Property owner was very, very helpful and communicative, and it was an extremely relaxing place to stay. Highly recommended!

George & Deborah live in the mountains of NC. George has just retired from a career as a general contractor and is still using those skills to remodel and maintain our homes. He is also a musician (often playing in the St,. Augustine area, especially in the winter months) wood artist and bee keeper. Deborah also recently retired from decades of owning salon/spas and is an avid gardener, stained glass artist (you will find her work in each of the homes) assistant bee keep. We live a sustainable lifestyle in our 100+ year old farmhouse in the mountains of Cashiers, NC. and spend the winters in St. Augustine.

George and I love the beach. We were both raised on east coast beaches and although we love living in the mountains of NC, we missed the coast. We always dreamed of owning a beach house. We've spent many hours and dreams designing and redesigning the quintessential beach get-away. We believe that we have created that special place to retreat, relax and recharge....the perfect 'memory building' spot to share with family, grandchildren and friends.
Acquiring The Pearl gave us the opportunity to "save" one more of the original beach bungalows. So many of these are being torn down and replaced with large tall homes. They are beautiful but we had a fondness for the older style cottages that conjured up lots of childhood memories. It has been fun to restore them to be very modern and comfortable homes. And we are happy to be sharing it with you and your family and pets.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love grabbing a beach chair and just walking the short distance to the beach ramp. The ramp is built over the dunes and we enjoy looking at the plantings and creatures that live in the dunes. The beach is one of the widest on the east coast and we are always awed by it. It's a casual beach which we find very relaxing. Pets are allowed on a leash and we enjoy watching people and their pets. We are so close to Dtwn St. Augustine , the oldest city in the U.S. It takes minutes to drive Dtwn and enjoy all the site seeing, shops, architecture, wonderful art and great dining. We are always passing ghost tours and one of these days we're going to take one. Our neighborhood is well known for gopher Tortoises. They live here and are federally protected as an endangered species. We have a burrow in our yard and it is always a treat to see them roaming the yard. And it is nothing to pass one on the road as you are taking a walk and of course we see them as we walk the boardwalk over the dunes.
