Robins Hood Cabin is located in Fayetteville, WV and borders the New River Gorge National Park. The log cabin sits on 5 acres and is surrounded by hemlocks, pine, maple, and oak trees creating a peaceful and relaxing setting.

The cabin features:
- Sleeping arrangements for 5 comfortably
- Sun room with dining area and living room (flat screen TV with cable/local stations and Blu-ray Player)
- Full kitchen with a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, standard refrigerator
- Stackable washer/dryer, full bath
- 2 bedrooms each with queen beds (Bedroom 2 has flat screen TV with cable/local stations and DVD player)
- Loft area with a twin and trundle

The cabin is within walking distance of various shops and restaurants in historic Fayetteville. There are many activities in the area: white water rafting, zip lining, rock climbing, mountain biking and hiking. In the winter, Winterplace Ski area is about 40 minutes away and there are various areas in the vicinity of the cabin to cross country ski. Right out the front door of the cabin, hiking trails are accessible leading to Wolf Creek, Long Point (3mi) and Kaymoor (2 mi).

A minimum of two (2) night stay is required - $250/night with holiday rate of $300/night
No pets are allowed.

So many fine details. Found ourselves almost mesmerized with them. Must do property if visiting the New River Gorge National River and Park at Fayetteville. Perfect location and secluded too.

This little gem set back in the woods was a perfect getaway for a long weekend for my husband and I. The listing was completely accurate and it was so comfortable and cozy. The beds were comfortable in the kitchen was quaint and had everything we needed. my favorite part was waking up in the morning and sitting next to the fire, reading a book and drinking coffee.

We loved how cute and cozy the cabin was. It was in a quiet secluded area, which is exactly what we were looking for. Very close to the bridge, too. The only things we didnā€™t love was that the listing said there were two twin beds in the loft and there was only one, which made sleeping arrangements a little snug. And the listing made it seem like there was a creek right in the back yard and we couldnā€™t find how to get to it. But we would book again if we come back to the area, and bring an air mattress.

This is the perfect spot to stay if youā€™re visiting NRG! The cabin is clean and had everything we needed. Itā€™s close to all activities like hiking, whitewater rafting, etc. There is a trail right in front of the property that connects to other trails with scenic views. We would 100% stay here again!

Beautifully and thoughtfully designed, crafted and decorated cabin in the woods that is still super close to everything on main streets of Fayetteville and is only minutes from the NRG bridge and activities. The cabin was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed to relax and make family meals after full days of hiking, rafting and ziplining. We grilled, sat around the fire pit and played Uno on the deck. It was perfect. Communication was prompt and our entire stay was smooth. I highly recommend staying at Robin's Hood Cabin!

We took our oldest daughter to Fayetteville for a last minute trip before she heads off to college. We were very happy with everything about the cabin. Very cute, great location, and very tidy. It fit the three of us perfectly and was a perfect option for our trip!

This was a nice, quiet cabin that was very accessible to all of the areaā€™s attractions. It was very clean, comfortable and private which is exactly what my family was looking for our short getaway. Check-in and check-out were also very easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Robin Hoodā€™s Cabin is a lovely cabin in the woods of Fayetteville. It is the perfect get away when visiting New River Gorge National Park. The hosts were excellent, quickly responded to questions, provided helpful information, and obviously have taken great detailed care of this cabin. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, lots of charm and clean. We would stay here again.

Cozy Cabin

The pictures do not do it justice! It was perfect for my family of four. We had many adventures nearby planned and the location was perfect. It was a great place to rest in between adventures whether it be a nap or settling down to a good book. The trail nearby was incredible and our last night by the fire pit was memorable. I'm very happy with our stay.

The most cozy, perfect cabin and so close to everything we wanted to do and see in Fayetteville and the New River Gorge National Park. Private and immaculate. Thanks for providing a great outdoor seating area for a fire and grilling. Comfy beds and lots of seating indoors too! A great getaway!

Cabin in the woods

This cabin makes you feel like you are far away from the town of Fayetteville. It is in the woods and very peaceful, but very close to restaurants, hikes and the New River bridge. Enjoyed the fire pit! Owners were great to communicate with.

Great place!

The cabin was cozy and cute. Small for four people but we made it work. Lots to do and the host was very responsive to any needs. Quiet neighbor hood, felt like we were alone in the woods. Overall a great stay.

Sheila was an entrepreneur in the decorating industry and remains an avid decorator. You will see their expertise and personal touches throughout the property. They currently reside in the adventure mountain town of Fayetteville, WV- home of the USA's newest national park- The New River Gorge with their Old English Sheep dog, Zoey and two rescue cats Scout and Gracie.
