Living room features a Frigidaire 13,000 BTU Portable Conditioner (a must have in Tahoe because of the unusually hot summers, smoke & pollen), wood burning fireplace, leather recliner, leather sleep sofa, 40" flat screen TV with external HDMI cable (Playstation/Wii hook-up) & USB port (Roku or Chromecast connectivity for Netflix, etc.), DVD, VCR, stereo with external auxiliary input (iPod, phone, etc.), wireless internet connectivity and a Monochrome Laser Printer (Brother Model HL-L2315D) to print wirelessly from Apple, Android or Windows devices. High speed internet supporting video streaming, Zoom calls & other bandwidth needy applications.

Dining room offers seating for six. Fully-equipped kitchen features oven/range, microwave, and dishwasher and a counter bar with seating. Also provided is a crockpot, hot air popcorn maker, blender & ice crusher for slushies.

Complex features a seasonal swimming pool, sauna, and tennis courts. There's one assigned parking space directly in front of unit & visitors spots located throughout the complex. There's also oversized parking on a first come first served basis for watercraft trailers, RV's & large pick-up trucks.

Short drives to downtown Tahoe City (2 minutes), Alpine Meadows (10 minutes), Squaw Valley (15 minutes), Homewood (20 minutes), casinos (30 minutes) and Northstar (30 minutes). The Lake Forest Boat Ramp is less than 2 miles away.

Public Lake access across the road: Skylandia Park/Pier; Lake Forest's Bristlecone Beach; Pomin Park & Playground and year round Boat Launch.

Ski areas Alpine Meadows (~6 miles), Squaw Valley (~9 miles), Homewood (~8 miles), Northstar (~13 miles), Diamond Peak (~15 miles), Mt Rose (~22 miles), Heavenly (~37 miles) & Sugarbowl (~30 miles). Tahoe Cross Country Ski Area (~1 mile).

Walking distance to beach & downtown Tahoe City. Bike paths across the street. Wilderness borders the complex so hiking, snowshoeing, cross country, etc. is right out the back door!
