So cozy and charming. A very large bedroom with king size bed and a view of the bay, a fabulous bathroom and double shower. A private patio with great lighting under the pergola. This year we have added an outdoor kitchen. You’ll have an area under a roof to cook and sit having a meal. Kitchen is open for summer till late fall. Plus unit comes complete with great internet, coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge, and microwave.You will be delighted to find home made breakfast treats upon your arrival. Only minutes to Portsmouth, University of New Hampshire, Kittery Maine and the outlet shopping. NH and Maine beaches. Enjoy the outdoor hot shower and use of kayaks.
