Ramatici Ohana Hale is a spacious three-bedroom custom home with panoramic views of the mountains, waterfalls and distant Hanalei Bay. Located on 1/3 acre in the serene and exclusive Sunset Drive neighborhood of Princeville, the home is adjacent to the community’s heated pool and tennis court.

The newly updated home encapsulates the Aloha spirit with thoughtful amenities and plenty of room to relax and unwind. The two-story open floor plan is designed to comfortably accommodate families, couples and groups of friends. As you enter the bright and airy home, the large living room spreads out to the left. To your right is the dining area which leads to the well-equipped gourmet kitchen. The sliding door opens from the kitchen to the outdoor dining area and Weber barbecue.

Downstairs there are two bedrooms, each with king beds. The primary suite upstairs is stunning: a huge bedroom with a king bed, 55" flat screen TV and en-suite bath with double sinks. A spacious family room with a wet bar and reading nook opens onto the lanai which will surely become your favorite place to hang out. Views, views, views everywhere!

From the upstairs lanai, you will have front row seats to Kauai's magical paradise, where waterfalls rush hundreds of feet down the majestic mountains that cascade into the azure waters of Hanalei Bay. Watch the sky turn the colors of the rainbow at sunset and listen to the crashing surf at night.

Fire up the Weber gas barbecue grill on the backyard patio for a dinner of fresh island fish complemented by organic produce from the local farmers markets. Or take a 10-15 minute stroll to nearby restaurants for sushi, pizza, island favorites and live Hawaiian entertainment. Venture a bit further to the Princeville Center or take a 10-minute drive to the charming beach town of Hanalei for more ... more great food, more Hawaiian music, more aloha!

Ramatici Ohana House is equipped for adventure with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, boogie boards and tennis rackets. The beaches at Hotel One and Hideaways are a short walk away. 10 minutes by car over the historic one-lane bridge brings you to the incredible 2-mile long white sand crescent beach of Hanalei Bay. Venture further north exploring beaches along the way to the end of the road at Ke'e Beach and trailhead to the famous Kalalau Trail.

The nearby Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed Princeville Makai Golf Course boasts stunning ocean and mountain views and offers the daily Sunset Golf Cart Tour of this magnificent course. Walk miles of paths in Princeville, hike the dramatic NaPali Coast and other nearby trails. Kayak and paddleboard on Hanalei River, horseback ride and take an unforgettable helicopter tour. An Amazing Stay in Princeville/Hanalei

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Recently my wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful, Ramatici Ohana Hale vacation home in Princeville/Hanalei, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The home itself was very comfortable and well appointed, with two large rooms downstairs and a shared full bath. The primary room was on the second floor adjacent to a very large covered deck. This is where we spent most of our time taking in the views of Hanalei Bay or watching the magnificent sunsets. The location of the property was perfect. Located in a small enclave of similar well maintained homes, the Ohana Hale property providing convenient access to everything we needed.First and foremost, the surrounding amenities were exceptional. We were just a short distance away from shopping centers, where we could easily find anything we needed. Whether it was groceries, souvenirs, or other essentials, we were able to find everything without any hassle. Additionally, the variety of dining options in the area was impressive. We indulged in some delicious local cuisine and had the opportunity to try different restaurants every night. The proximity to the beaches was another highlight. We had the luxury of visiting multiple stunning beaches in the area, and each one was more breathtaking than the last. The convenience of having access to these beautiful beaches made our stay even more enjoyable.Furthermore, the accessibility to other resorts in the area was a major plus. We were able to explore and experience different resorts nearby, taking advantage of their amenities and activities. It added a sense of adventure and allowed us to make the most of our time in Princeville/Hanalei.Overall, I cannot recommend this vacation home enough. The location was unbeatable, with a wide range of amenities, easy access to shopping and dining, and proximity to stunning beaches and other resorts. It truly made our stay unforgettable.

Perfect House for Families and Friends

Loved this house, perfect for our family of 4. If you are looking to stay on the North side of the island, Princeville is a great place. Very quiet compared to the typical resorts on the island. The house is beautiful; very spacious, great kitchen with everything one would need for cooking in (if that's your plan). Great heated pool right next door and AMAZING views from the top floor. Would 100% stay here again!

Great Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very comfortable for our party of 6 (3 Couples). The lanai was perfect for morning coffee, unwinding after the day and watching sunsets! The neighbourhood is very quite and the surrounding "landscape" is peaceful and mesmerizing.
