Our home is located downtown Oxford, which means walking distance to the Square and Campus. Built in 1937, we remodeled it in 2006. At 3600 Sq Ft, It has 4 BR and 4 Full baths.
The addition created a courtyard, which is shown in the pictures. Our backyard opens to green space and a very short walk to Rowan Oak. (Home of Faulkner). The house has an open floor plan in the kitchen and entertaining area and is perfect for a family or friends. Internet and home alarm are available.

Best Weekend Rental in Oxford

It gets no better! This was our 3rd family football weekend at this home. Park and walk everywhere… square and campus. Can also walk the trail at Rowan Oak to campus. Owner and host are fabulous and very responsive and honest. This listing is exactly as shown. Thanks for another awesome weekend!!!!

Beautifully appointed. Great location.

Beautifully appointed and great location. We have stayed at this property 3 times, and it never disappoints. Within walking distance to The Square, Grove and Stadium. The home offers plenty of space for friends and family to stay comfortably.

Great for Graduation

We were in Oxford to celebrate our son's graduation and this house was perfect for our family. We had three generations staying in the home and it worked for all of us. We were able to walk to and from the square- which we all did numerous times. (It's close enough that even the grandparents were able to make the walk, but when they decided not to walk, their uber ride was quick and easy).The house was perfect for our afternoon cook-out and the house is so well-supplied that it was easy to prepare for our guests. There are multiple areas within the home to relax and three outdoor patios that were perfect for small groups to congregate together without feeling like they were cut-off from the rest of the group. Our hosts checked with us each day to make sure that we had everything that we needed. I'm just sorry that we only discovered this home at the end of our son's college days. If we can find a reason to go back with a group, we will definitely hope to stay here again. This home would also work for 4 couples. They layout of the home is such that you don't feel as though you're all on top of each other. The bedrooms are spaced out in such a way that the early risers don't disturb the late sleepers. We were sad to leave this beautiful home!

Oxford Wedding

Our stay at this home could not have been more perfect! The New Orleans style home was beautiful, spacious and had all the amenities our group needed. We were in Oxford to celebrate the wedding of our son, and our group consisted of grandparents, parents and siblings. Three bedrooms/baths on the first floor made it easy for the older members of our group, and the large bedroom/loft area with a complete bath upstairs was perfect for the younger ones. The home’s layout made it very comfortable for entertaining- a gourmet kitchen with a beautiful dining area/bar area was perfect for hosting a small private welcome dinner. A big screen TV in a large den was great for watching the games before the wedding. There was also a private patio, a beautiful backyard and a quiet front porch, all perfect for relaxing. The owners and our host Ben were very helpful and quick to answer any question we had, so we could enjoy our great wedding weekend. Any time we go back to Oxford, we would love staying here again.

Great location, beautiful property!

We’ve stayed at this property twice and it does not disappoint. Beautifully appointed with plenty of space for 8 -10 adults. The location is ideal for a football weekend. Check in/out is a breeze. Ben, the property manager was in touch each day to make sure our stay was perfect. We’ll definitely be back.

Very beautiful charming home

Our families enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Oxford. It is so close to anything you would want to do in this beautiful little town. Accommodations were excellent. Very clean, very kid friendly. Everything was easy to operate. Would love to stay in this house again if ever back in Oxford.

Beautiful home in Oxford...

This is a great home in a great location. We had a group of 8 adults visiting Oxford for the weekend. The house was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. There was plenty of space for everyone- it’s much larger than it looks from the street with a beautiful backyard and courtyard with pond. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful home!

We had an excellent stay in Oxford! We had four couples stay at the house for a football weekend and had plenty of room for everyone. The home is beautiful and much larger than pictures depict. The host, Ben, met us upon check in and was readily available throughout our stay and was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and getting around Oxford on game day. If we are ever in Oxford again we will definitely stay at this Home again. Close to everything and fully stocked!

Perfect for Ole Miss Football Weekend

Outstanding, comfortable home located in a nice neighborhood. Walking distance to the Grove & Square. Great open floor plan on main floor is great for hanging out with friends and family. I highly recommend this home for your visit to beautiful Oxford.

Awesome Place and Host!!

5 is just not enough stars. From booking thru check out you could not ask for anything more. The house and grounds are exactly as pictured except more beautiful. We were in with a big family for football. We walked thru Rowen Oak trail to the stadium and a few blocks the other way to the square. Easy access to the house even on busy Oxford weekend. Ben the house host was above and beyond, checking in on us and answering every question asap! In my next life, I am going to be a ghost in this house!!! Highly recommend 10 Stars is closer to the experience!

Perfect Graduation Weekend

We rented this house for Graduation Weekend and it was a wonderful place for our extended family. Megan, the house manager, was extremely pleasant and helpful. The home is open and spacious, much larger than the pictures indicate. The kitchen has upscale appliances and is perfectly laid out for entertaining. We enjoyed gathering on the front porch, having coffee in the side patio area, and playing with the kids in the large backyard. It is a short walk to campus and the square, which is an added bonus. We could not have asked for a better place to stay, it far exceeded our expectations.

This is the perfect place to stay in Oxford

We came for parents weekend and the house is a perfect place for couples or family. The kitchen Is open and inviting and all the bedrooms are nice and spacious. The owners Mike and katrina are so gracious and helped us with all of our questions and needs. The pictures make the house seem much smaller than it really is! The outside areas are great to sit and lounge and the house has a wonderful open feel to it. I will definitely stay here again. Also the location is just a short walk into town!
