Short 1 mile walk to the closest beach (Weekapaug beach). *Our beach pass is for Wuskenau beach which is 2 miles away. Wuskenqau beach is located right next to Misquamicut state beach. Fully furnished New England style cottage. The living room has one full-size sofa, one love seat sofa, and one oversized chair. Large eat-in kitchen with large table seats 6 comfortably. Outdoor table seats 8 comfortably. Bedrooms: B 1 has a king bed, B 2 has a queen bed, B 3 has 2 twin beds and B 4 has 2 twin beds. A queen size inflatable mattress is provided; with the inflatable mattress, the cottage easily sleeps 10 people. 2 ductless split (Mitsubishi) air conditioning & heating systems provide comfortable temperature control on the basement and main level floors; in addition to the ductless splits systems, the house also has forced hot water oil heat and radiant heat in the basement level floors. The house has tile and hardwood floors throughout. Sheets, comforters, pillows, and plenty of towels are provided. There are 2 full-size bathrooms; one bathroom has an oversized tub and shower and the other a large stand-in shower. There are a washer and a dryer on the 1st floor. 50 inch HDTV flat screen smart TV with Verizon cable TV channels, Verizon FIOS 100 Mbps Internet, microwave, glass cooktop stove, full-size refrigerator.
