Welcome to our home away from home in Paradise!! We have totally remodeled and redecorated the whole house in the past year and spared no expense in all the finishing touches to make this a comfortable stay for you. Our villa 1903 has a perfect location in the gated community, steps away from the tropical Waterfall Pool/Hot Tub, with recently upgraded new BBQ's for you to use and grill your favorites, and steps away from the tennis courts.

* LIVING ROOM is very large and spacious, with 19ft vaulted ceilings, with a brand new ceiling fan installed, plenty of comfortable seating. Brand new 55" Smart TV and DVD player. There is also plenty of board games and puzzles for you to enjoy.
* DINING ROOM has a brand new table and chairs to seat 4 and new ceiling fan for your comfort.
* KITCHEN has a granite bar with stools to seat 3, counter tops are all granite, upscale appliances and many kitchen accessories for you to use (Keurig, Nespresso Coffee Maker,Rice Cooker, Panini Press, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Crock Pot etc).
* LANAI off the dining room through sliding doors, table and chairs to seat 4.
* MASTER SUITE has a comfortable King sized bed with a brand new cooling gel mattress to make your evenings more comfortable. There is also a brand new ceiling fan installed, new Smart TV and DVD Blu Ray Player. There is a private lanai off the bedroom with two chaise lounger for you to sit and relax and enjoy the gorgeous landscaping and view of the pool.
* MASTER BATHROOM has a brand new vanity, oversized soaking tub and brand new rain shower installed, also has new ceiling fan for your comfort.
* SECOND BEDROOM has 2 twin beds, also has the cooling gel mattresses to keep you cool, has a largeTV and Xbox. Also has new ceiling fan installed.
* SECOND BATHROOM Recently remodeled this bathroom, has new vanity and sink and brand new rain shower installed.
*AC is available for your use as well as ceiling fans and floor fans if you need to cool down.
* WIFI throughout the house.
* RESERVED PARKING SPACE is just steps away from the villa so you won't need to spend time searching for an empty spot.
* GARAGE has all the beach accessories you would want to use, from sun umbrella, beach chairs, lots of towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear, blow up beach toys, large cooler and ice packs, beach bags to take all your food and drink for a day at the beach, There are 2 adult bikes and helmets to ride around Waikoloa

WAIKOLOA COLONY VILLAS HAS TWO POOLS, SPA, GOLF & TENNIS COURT.

Waikoloa Colony Villas has a new resurfaced tennis court for you to play on, (we have 2 tennis rackets and balls for you to use) workout in the air-conditioned gym or relax at the tropical pools with several new gas BBQs for you to use. The pools features a unique lava rock waterfall, spa, or an 18' deep toddlers' area, plus a hot tub!

The Resort is centrally located on the Kohala Coast 18 miles north of Kona Airport with some of the Big Islandā€™s best beaches and weather. It is designed around beautiful, Anaehoomalu Bay or A Bay, two awesome golf courses and two shopping and entertainment centers.

Our Resort's Crescent-shaped A Bay offers a pristine sandy beach with sports activities and rentals, shoreline paths, a giant turtle refuge and ancient royal fishponds, 5 minutes away. Nearby at the world-famous Hilton Dolphin Quest you can swim with dolphins for a fee or just watch the fun at no charge.

Take a short walk from the Kings Shops to the Puako Petroglyph Archaeological Preserve. If you like hiking there are amazing waterfalls or ride a horse or fly over the waterfalls and volcanoes by helicopter, leaving from the helipad 5 minutes away. We do provide some beach toys so you can have fun at the beach. You can boogie board, go for a swim, or just sit in beach chairs under the umbrella enjoying the sunshine.

If you are into golf we have three sets of clubs available and golf balls for your convenience. There are world class golf courses nearby: the Mauna Lani Course, which has its signature over-the-water 15th hole, the Mauna Kea (a Robert Trent James Sr course) and Hapuna Beach designed by Arnold Palmer.

We are ten minutes away from Hapuna Beach, one of the world's best beaches, which has beautiful white sand and crystal clear blue water.
We have a few Big Island Guide Books in the house that you are more than welcome to use to get ideas on what you and your family would like to do. There are lots of things to do and see, or just relax and enjoy yourself and not even leave the resort!!

Perfect location

Excellent home with all the amenities required for a 12 night stay for a family. Great communication with owners. Only downfall was possible air conditioner issue the last 2 nights that wasnā€™t a huge issue since we were leaving soon. Overall a fantastic place with fantastic owners.

Beautiful and amazingly clean!

The condo was impeccably clean! The decorations were so cute. They had the perfect beach/snorkeling equipment. We really enjoyed the pool and all the amenities of the condo and resort. Itā€™s perfectly located from a beach day, hike, shopping, or sight seeing. The owners were super friendly and answer all my questions quickly. We will definitely stay in this condo again! Highly recommended!!

Good stay

The condo is quiet and had a really nice living room.. There were a bunch of beach toys and accessories that we were able to use, which was helpful. The new laundry machine was broken when we arrived but the owners arranged for us to use the neighbor's machine and got it fixed. There was good communication about it and they handled the situation well.

Amazing property, location, and owner!

First, Alison is such an amazing and thoughtful host. We chatted for about a half hour prior to my familyā€™s stay at her property, just to get to know each other a little more, and for me to inquire about the expectations of the property given I would be staying there with 2 small children. I instantly connected with Alison due to her warmth and her familyā€™s story. Second, wow the property itself is absolutely fantastic, very large spacious rooms which were great for allowing my 4 yo and 2 yo space to play with their toys and allowing us parents to get some space from them :). The bedroom lanai is particularly wonderful when you just want to read a book or enjoy the pool view. The condo itself is literally steps away from the pool which was great. Alison and her husband literally thought of everything when making the stay comfortable, I highly recommend this property and Alison, I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great Location and Comfortable Accommodations

The location was great to access and explore so many beaches and other fun places. It was nice to have two shopping centers so close for quick food pick up or dining experiences. The grounds were very pretty. It was so nice to have two lanais. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of beach ready items in the garage to choose from. The chairs, snorkels and coolers made for an easy stay.

Amazing location and property

My family and I stayed for 2 weeks at the colony villa townhomes. Alisonā€™s home was beautiful and centrally located to the beaches and the pool literally steps away, which was a huge plus for my family. The house was clean with all the amenities needed for a long stay. We were married at The Four Seasonā€™s and returned to celebrate our 20th anniversary. If you want one of the best dinners of your life that is the place to go! The home is quiet and you never hear other people next door. When we come back for another family vacation weā€™ll definitely be staying here again.

Spacious and well-situated home base for Kona Coast fun

We have been to the Hawaiian Islands several times and stayed in many properties - NOTHING has topped this amazing condo in the Waikoloa Colony Villas. It's new, clean, and beautiful. It's got a full-service kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, washer/dryer, and plenty of common space, including both a ground-floor lanai and master bedroom terrace. And it's got a wide variety of sports equipment in the garage to help you have tons of fun across many activities. But perhaps the best thing about the condo is its location. Walk out the lanai and you are literally 20 steps from an amazingly beautiful swimming pool and hot tub. Walk literally 30 more steps to the gym. Walk another 50 steps - literally! -- to the tennis courts. You get the idea. The condo is also a short drive (a matter of 3-5 minutes) from the local supermarket and other shops/restaurants. Ali is a wonderful host and expressed sincere interest in ensuring we had a great vacation -- and she succeeded! Highly recommended!

Great location and friendly owners

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was convenient for our purposes with easy access to the swimming pool area. The location is a few minutes drive to several beautiful beaches. The owners have boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler bags etc. for you to enjoy with your beach activities, which was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed quite a few indoor and pool area dinners. Overall, a lovely experience!

Everything was great

We used the condo as a home base for exploring the island. We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo. We mostly ate slept there and ate breakfast there. We had a few dinners also. It served our purposes very well. We especially appreciated the coolers, which we used every day. It was very nice to come "home" to the condo after a long day of exploring. Everything was very clean an Lee and Alison had everything nicely organized (check-in, etc.). All in all a great place and hosts.

Big Island

The villa was perfect for us. Great location within the complex with the pool and exercise room steps away. Kitchen was well appointed. We especially appreciated the coolers, beach towels and snorkel equipment that were provided. The sunset view from the balcony was awesome! We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this home again.

Lee & Aliā€™s Waikoloa Townhome

This townhome was beautifully furnished with many upgrades and was very clean and inviting. It was a two level condo so we didnā€™t have anybody above or below us, which made it very quiet. It was located directly across from the pool which made it very convenient to either BBQ on the grills or take a dip in the pool or relax in the jacuzzi. It was only a 5 minute drive to shopping at the Kings and Queens Shops where we had many restaurants to choose from, a grocery store, and other unique stores to visit. Just up the street, about 7 minutes, was the beautiful A Bay Beach. We spent a lot of our time at Lava Lava Beach Club, eating and enjoying drinks right on the beach while listening to live music. We would go in for a swim at this beach often We renamed this beach Turtle Town because of all of the sea turtles there on the beach and in the water. Lee and Ali were very kind, helpful, and accommodating and had everything we needed stocked in the kitchen for cooking as well as a Keurig Coffee Machine which we used daily! In their garage they had beach chairs, beach towels, beach bags, snorkel and fins, umbrellas, coolers etc. for us to use. They even had 2 adult sized bikes for us to ride. I canā€™t say enough about Lee and Aliā€™s beautiful townhome. We are definitely coming back here and have told many friends and family about this wonderful place!

Loved the Villa

The condo was very clean and every amenity was perfect! The balcony upstairs is a nice spot to cool down and enjoy the sunset. I stayed a few weeks and it was convenient to have a kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. It is perfectly located for a beach day, golf, dining or sight seeing. The owners are incredibly friendly and answered all my questions. We will definitely stay in this villa again!

Restful beautiful villa

The only thing better than this unit was the owners , you are only steps from the pool and barbecue area . The location is in the sunniest area on the island and close to some beautiful beaches and activities , and you will not find a more accommodating owner , this is a must see to believe villa and if your thinking the big island book this place to ensure the trip of a life time

Excellent Stay in Waikaloa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa! The villa was tastefully decorated and included any amenity you may need during your stay. The complex was clean, quiet and secure. It is ideally located in Waikaloa, close to the best beaches in all of Hawaii, shopping and great restaurants. Most of all, the owners are the nicest people and were very accomodating. Perfect location steps from the pool, close to walking distance to the Queens shopping center and restaurant. Condo was immaculate, more than enough room, very comfortable pillows and beds. Honestly I donā€™t have a negative word to say. We enjoyed our time there and will book again. Owner, English lady, friendly was very accommodating. A+

Beautiful Condo and Perfect Location

As stated earlier by previous vacationers, this condo has it all. We especially appreciated the close location of the pool and gym which we used a lot and were very nice. The view of the pool from the upper lanai is spectacular and a relaxing spot to take in the beauty of what surrounds this unit. The area is quiet and close to restaurants and shops. Be sure to check out the amazing sunsets at the Lava Lava Beach Club which is a two minute drive from this unit. Ali and Lee obviously have spent a lot of time to make this condo a very comfortable place to stay in many ways. It is absolutely immaculate and decorated in good taste. Hope to book another trip next year and will look forward to staying in this beautiful condo again.

Luxurious Accommodations in Paradise

Our family of four (2 adults w/14 & 11 y.o.) enjoyed our 10 day stay in Ali & Lee's beautifully maintained and spacious condo. Our timing - during Hurricane Lane's slow arrival, stay, and departure - meant we spent more time than anticipated inside, sheltering in place. There were plenty of board games, puzzles, and cards to keep everyone entertained. Not to mention the three very large TV sets throughout the place, with a selection of 50 DVDs! This unit is located very conveniently within the large complex and is close to surrounding shops, restaurants, and beaches. The grounds are meticulously manicured and plants are lush, in full bloom. The unit is just steps away from the gated pool and BBQ grill entrance. The space was very quiet and walls are soundproof; we didn't even realize the unit next door was occupied. The kitchen is well-stocked and served us well. There is ample space to store goods from Costco (just 30 minutes away), enabling for healthy, affordable meals at "home". Some seasonings and spices were available for use, cookware was in great condition, and there are all sorts of small appliances (toaster, rice cooker, keurig, etc). Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning functioned very effectively during the muggiest of days. The full-sized washer/dryer (located upstairs) were quick and easy to use. Water pressure was fantastic! Towels were soft, clean and plentiful, both for the bathrooms and for beach-use. Beach outings were made much easier thanks to the plentiful assortment of beach supplies! Coolers, chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, swim goggles, boogie boards, and so much more...Plenty for all of us. We were so impressed and excited to hit the beach whenever we could! There were also bikes and golf clubs for use. Accessibility notes for those with mobility concerns/young children: Unit entrance is loose stone/stepping stone, not solid. Flooring is tile, hardwood, and rattan rugs downstairs. Carpeted upstairs. There are two tiled steps down into the family room, plus two-story stairs, limited rails, leading up to bedrooms and full baths. Low entrance bathtubs are available in both upstairs baths. Upstairs lanai is well enclosed, no fall risk. Communication with the friendly owners was easy and appreciated, especially given the unexpected weather event experienced. We have absolutely no reservations about Ali & Lee's Waikoloa condo and highly recommend it for anyone considering it. We plan to return soon!

Beautiful place inside and out

The Condo was well maintained and beautiful. It has a great view of the pool as well. The grounds are immaculate too. Nearby sunsets were hard to beat and has great shopping. Best on the island.

We purchased this condo because we wanted to have a place to spend time in Paradise with our family and friends. We love the resort with its beautiful swimming pools and immaculate landscaping. We also love how close the resort is to our favorite beaches., Hapuna is literally 10 mins drive. The neighborhood is in a gated community with lots of owners that live here full time, it is very quiet here and close to grocery stores and the beautiful village of Waimea.

It doesn't get any better than this. Only steps from the our house to the swimming pool and gym, and brand new bbq's to enjoy. The tennis court is located directly across the street. Also free parking in our cul-de-sac and we have reserved parking to use.
