Halii kai is an Ocean front Resort in the beautiful Waikoloa Beach Resort. What sets 16B apart from the rest? Location, amenities and service. I live on Island and can assist with any issues or questions. Halii Kai Unit 16B is right across from the clubhouse. Enjoy the breathtaking beauty of this 2 bedroom 2 bath ground level condominium with amazing ocean, golf, and sunset views from the lanai. Halii kai is the only ocean front complex in Waikoloa. Our guests rate us 5 stars and we constantly strive to keep that rating. Just bring your bathing suit, we provide the rest. The Master suite has a king size bed and the guest room has two twins that can be made in to a king. Everything you need is in the condo, snorkel and beach gear including a cooler. We have tennis racquets and even a basketball for your use. Park the car and use the beach cruisers provided for your use.
This Halii Kai property includes free designated parking. Our unit has a separate laundry room with large washer and dryer, complimentary wireless high speed internet, outdoor BBQ grill, and flat screen televisions in living room and master bedroom. The furniture and decorations have been selected by a professional decorator and the art is from acclaimed local painter Pat Leo and photographer Bruce Omori.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals while on vacation we even supply your morning coffee!.
Enjoy a short walk,(100 yards) from your lanai to the Halii Kai Ocean Club featuring a 180 degree ocean front view of the pacific ocean, a large multi level infinity swimming pool, waterfalls, a heated lava rock spa, as well as a poolside bar and restaurant featuring a variety of dining options including fresh local produce. The restaurant is also known for the best burgers along the Kohala Coast and the bartenders definitely know how to mix a great drink. Fitness buffs can enjoy a game of tennis or breathtaking ocean sunsets while working out at the clubs open air ocean front fitness facility.
The Ocean Club is also one of the best places on the island for whale watching. In addition to Halii Kai's on site facilities, there are nearby beaches and shopping within walking distance including the King's and the Queen's shopping centers with numerous restaurants ranging from elegant to fast food, art galleries, shops and boutiques. Don't miss the islands best grocery store and deli at the Queen's Center featuring fresh fruit, homemade desserts and made to order salads, sandwiches, and pizza. There is also a wine tasting room serving local wines of the islands. Enjoy this beautiful condo and bury your toes in our warm Pacific sand.
***There is a resort fee of $25 a day and this is not included in our rates. This is for the use of the pool, workout room, and tennis courts and is payable to the office when you arrive. Check in time is 3PM and checkout is 10:30 am

Great location and beautiful unit

Everything about our stay was perfect! This is a unit weā€™d have enthusiastically reserved for next year had it been available - but it was already booked. Being so close to the Ocean Club is handy. Maureen is a gracious and highly accommodating host.

Perfect paradise

Wonderful condo, perfect location next to the pool and easy access to fishermanā€™s trail. Plenty of beach gear and a well stocked kitchen. Maureen was very easy to communicate with and responded to the few questions we had immediately. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Perfect space for our family and condo was stocked. Close to the pool and sunset view. Good location for exploring the island as well. All the beach needs were provided and bikes were a fun plus. Condo was clean and as listed/shown in photos.

We really enjoyed our stay in 16B. This property could use some new teflon frying pans and the sliding glass door is very hard to open and needs new rollers or spray some silicone spray on the track

Lovely Ocean View from Lanai

This 2 bed/2 bath condo was a perfect size for 4 adults. Well appointed and very comfortable. Close to pool and restaurant/bar, which has an outstanding ocean view. The landscaping in this property is so beautiful. We so enjoy this place, and will be returning very soon.

Perfect location for a wonderful stay on the Big Island!

Beautiful property in the perfect location to enjoy the island. We found gorgeous snorkeling beaches very close to us. The unit is well stocked and just across the street from the pool, restaurant and ocean. Couldnā€™t have asked for more! As a side note, we ate at the restaurant three times in our week stay because it was that good!

Honeymoon in Paradise šŸŒŗ

My son and his new bride stayed at this VRBO for their honeymoon! They said their stay was incredible! From the impeccable cleanliness of the apartment, the good care of the property, the convenient location and amenities available all made it a 5 star stay!!! Highly recommended!

Halii Kai Vacation

I rented this condo for my in-laws for our multi family trip to hawaii staying in Halii Kai. This condo was located near the club house for east access. Condo was very clean and had everything you could need. We would rent here again!

6 Nights With All the Comforts of Home

Hosts has pretty much thought of everything. Extra towels, all types of beach items, fully stocked kitchen. Location is close to Ocean Club and has a partial ocean view. Furniture and decor was perfect. Bikes were a plus.

Great View and Location

This stay was our 6th in Hali'i Kai condo. The condo is in a great location across from the Ocean Club with a fantastic ocean view. We watched the sun set from the comfort of our lanai. Overall, the unit is comfortable and well equipped. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The owner was easy to communicate with and made sure all our needs were met. Easy walking distance to the ocean club. We had a wonderful time. There was everything we needed for our stay including what we would need or want for the beach. There was even a cooler. Looking forward to staying here again.

Raised on the Hilo side of the Big Island John and Maureen have always dreamed of owning a property on the 'otherside'. Our favorite beach is Anaehoomalu just down the road fro Hali`i Kai. We feel blessed to finally have a home in Waikoloa and excited to share it with guests from around the world.

We have always driven over to A-Bay to get away on our staycations. Now with the new highway it's just an hour from our home in Hilo. We love Waikoloa for the beaches and the shopping. There is so much to do yet it's easy to find a spot along the ocean and still be by yourself.

BEACHES!! Hapuna and Anaehoomalu and Wailea bay and Puako all with close by. Everyday a different beach with a totally different ambience. Great snorkeling and of course whale watching here is unsurpassed.
