Free WI-FI & Cable. THIS BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW VACATION RENTAL IS STEPS TO THE BEACH! AND A WALK TO FLAGLER AVE. It offers all you could ask for in a top Beach Vacation Rental and the location. It is steps away from the beach access on 3rd Ave. This vacation rental offers views of the ocean from the living room and outside patio area. The living room has vaulted ceilings, comfy couches ones a queen sleeper for 2 extra guests and nicely cushioned chairs to relax and watch the gas fireplace or a movie on the large Flat screen TV. If you love to cook the fully loaded kitchen has everything you could desire and offers plenty of counter space and a nice granite counter top island with seating for 3 to enjoy company while you prepare a beautiful dinner as well as more seating at the kitchen table. The outside front porch has plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy the ocean breeze, and also dine outside.
Off of the living room and kitchen is a convenient half bath, as well as the oversized, large master suite which has vaulted tray ceilings, Flatscreen TV & an ensuite full bath. The 2nd bedroom offers twin beds and a TV, nice bureau's, plenty of closet space and coastal decorating the 3rd bedroom has a king size bed, TV and the full bath between each bedroom in the hallway. The utility room with front loading washer and dryer are located on the bottom floor along with the 2 and 3rd bedrooms and offers plenty of room to fold and sort laundry.Extra sleeping on a new pullout couch in living room SLEEPS 2 and extra cot beds and blowup beds AVAILABLE FOR children The private garage and driveway have plenty of room for 5 vehicles if needed. This house is beautiful inside and out with ocean and beach views. There is a propane grill 2 new beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and kids beach toys. The Beach access is steps away and takes care of that to enjoy the peaceful, serene ocean. If you would like to rent a golf cart we also offer that please just ask .Come on down relax, and enjoy a great beach vacation. We would love to have you. If you have a pet their is a pet fee and pet rules we also need to know the breed.
If you would like to rent an electric golf cart we can offer at a discounted price if you have your license & car insurance and are over 25. Geico does not offer.

We have been going to NSB at least a couple times a year for 40 years. First time here and it was great. Super location, hosts very communicative, house clean. We will be back!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The house was spotless and it’s clear the owners have thought of every little detail to make it feel like home. You’re centrally located to everything, but nothing beats the seamless beach access—it couldn't be any easier to get to the sand.

We love this spacious, well-decorated beach house with every comfort and amenity you could ask for! All ages will enjoy this place - just steps away from the beach, with great views and the most inviting and relaxing front porch! Convenient to shops and restaurants too!

Home beautiful and lots of spacious room. Kitchen equipped well as well as towels. Could use new frying pans and cookie sheet, we cooked in mostly. Enjoyed our stay there.

Close walk to Wake Up cafe- a great breakfast spot, Walgreens and Publix. 1 block from the beach.

Great Family Vacation

We just stayed at this house and it was perfect for what we needed. It was a very short walk to the beach, flagler, Starbuck, DD, etc. Size of house was perfect and very clean. I would stay here again.

House was fully stocked with all your basics! Owners really thought everything through for a great experience. Comfy and spacious. Great view for now, until someone builds in front/side of the house but that’s represented in the pics. Great location to food and shops to drive or walk. Wonderful area for nice walks for your fur babies. Easy communication. Only thing I would say for sure is the beach chairs need to be replaced. We would definitely book here again!

Great again

This was our 2nd time staying here. Love the house and the location. Super close to the beach and to Flagler. House is in great condition and has everything that we need.

Gorgeous beach house

My husband and I stayed at this awesome beach house for 3 weeks and loved every minute of it! The house is very comfortable and there is everything you need for an incredible vacation! I would absolutely stay at this house again!

Beach Dream

This beautiful beach home is a dream come true to stay in! So spacious yet cozy, equipped with everything you could ask for, and SO close to the beach, Our family has enjoyed two stays here and would love to again! Nice ocean views from the front porch too!

Family vacation

The property was beautiful and exactly as stated in the listing. The view was great, since there was no house blocking the ocean. The house had all that we needed and would definitely stay here again when visiting New Smyrna Beach

Beautiful home

We had a great week, house was perfect! Great location, walk to Flagler and to the beach. Drive on beach is just around the corner. We will definitely book this house again.

New Smyrna Beach

We really like the house and location and have stayed here several times. Beach access is close and a very short walk from the house. The house is very clean, and the hosts are easy to contact if any issues arise. If you are looking for a place for a nice family vacation, we highly recommend this place.

Best at the Beach!!!

Our granddaughter’s only request for her 18th birthday was to spend it at the beach with our family, and this was the PERFECT spot to make her wish come true! It is beautiful, spacious, tastefully beachy, comfortable, and well equipped for your every need! And SO close to the beach! We made a GREAT memory there, and plan to go back in a month with more family!

Getting Daughter Back to School

We enjoyed our time in New Smyrna Beach. The location was great and the beach access was so convenient. The house was very nice and provided plenty of space for all of us. Having access to the beach equipment was great, too!

Wonderful Property and Location

The home itself was very nice, well appointed and extremely clean. It is also in a great location, which is close to the beach and many local attractions, dining and activities. Best of all, the property managers are communicative and responsive to any problems that may arise during the stay. This rental comes highly recommended.

VRBO is the only way to go!

We renting this home in New Smyrna Beach and it was simply fantastic! The space, it’s location, beautifully decorated, full amenities.....the list goes on and on. Beats a hotel hands down. Wonderful family vacation.

Beautiful house and beautiful setting

House was as shown in the pictures. Lovely and close to everything. Property manager Cindy got us all squared away and had lots of suggestions for our visit. A wonderful experience.

Beautiful week at the beach

Lovely home. If I had any issues, there are a lot of stairs. House was very clean, incredible location. 2 minute walk to the beach.Everything was accurate to the listing.
