Great condo, great location

We stayed here on our ski trip to Beaver Creek and Vail. We had a great time. Very comfortable condo with plenty of bathrooms. Nice views. Close enough to Beaver Creek. There is a free shuttle at the Comfort Inn next store (2-3 min walk). Most of the time we had one person in our party drop us off at the Riverfront gondola with the ski gear, and then he would park the car back at the condo and do the 5 min walk to meet back up with us. Other times we parked in the parking garage.We skied the whole week and it worked out well. We also were able to drive 20 minutes to Eagle, CO see the ice castles. Highly recommend this condo!

Great space and location

The condo is in a perfect and convenient location, easy to get to the resort, with many restaurants, shops and groceries close by. Great stay and great SNOW!

Lots of space in a convenient location

We had a great stay here for our ski trip to Beaver Creek. The condo was well stocked and had plenty of space for our group of five. The location was excellent - we could walk a few minutes to the gondola or take the bus from the Comfort Inn to Beaver Creek Village. We found it most convenient to ride the bus back from Beaver Creek Village at the end of the day. Kara was quick to respond when we had questions. Highly recommended!

Convenient to Beaver Creek & Vail

Older complex, but clean and great location right in Avon. Ski shuttle stops next door at Comfort Inn. Short walk to ski rentals, restaurants, etc.

Spacious Condo

This was a great condo for a powder weekend at Beaver Creek. The property had lots of room for our family to spread out and had lots of towels, extra cooking pots and pans, and a large selection of spices. The condo was conveniently located close to the Comfort Inn bus stop for access to Beaver Creek Village on the white skier express line bus. On the second day of snowboarding, we also walked 10 minutes over to the gondola and then up Lower Beaver Creak Mountain Express Lift and Bachelor Gulch to get access to the Arrowhead area of the resort. Communication with the property manager was very easy and prompt. Definitely would stay again!

Comfortable stay in Avon

Convenient and comfortable stay in Avon, with easy access to Beaver Creek - short walk to bus system or a short drive (less than 5 min) to $10 Beaver Creek Elk parking lot. Comfortable space and beds - will look you up for future stays.

Great Ski Rental

The condo is very spacious, clean and well stocked. Location is perfect for skiing Vail or Beaver Creek. Landlord made the check-in/ out process easy and provided clear directions. Great rental for families and friends alike.

Nice condo!

This is a clean, comfortable and convenient condo. The shuttle stop is less than 5 minute walk. Kitchen is well appointed and the layout feed spacious. We would stay here again for skiing.

perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect. We had plenty of room for our family and the walk to the gondola was easy with our skis. We stumbled on Bob's Place Bar and Grill on our walk back to the condo. It was a great way to end a long week-end of skiing.

Great condo for families

Our stay at this 3 bed / 3 bath condo was perfect from the first day to our last. It’s located close to restaurants, grocery store, and steps to the Beaver Creek ski shuttle . The unit was very clean, has a nice furnished kitchen, laundry room and comfortable lounging in the family room. Kara was extremely helpful and answered local questions that saved time researching information on shuttle schedules and ski rental locations. We had a great time at this wonderful location

Perfection!

My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) recently stayed at the property and absolutely loved it! The unit was clean, accessible to Beaver Creek and Vail, and perfectly sized for us. Kara (property manager) was a gracious host, answering all of our questions leading up to the stay. I would change nothing about the experience! We would definitely stay here again!!

Guys trip to Beaver Creek/Vail

Our stay here for six guys was perfect. There was an ideal amount of space, location was great for easy trips to Vail and Beaver Creek, and the parking was as advertised. Walking distance to a number of places in town including a handful of restaurants. Would certainly stay here again!

Exceeded our expectations! Recommended!

We booked this trip very late - especially for the week between Christmas and New Year's Eve, so accommodation options were very limited. When browsing on VRBO, we kept passing up this unit to look for other options. I think it was the "blanket" covering the chair in the photo that just seemed off. We thought, "Why would the owner not get a new chair if it's so bad that they have to hide it with a blanket? What else is wrong?" It turns out that we were. What we thought was a blanket is an actual chair cover and everything about the interior of this unit was very nice. We are used to units in ski towns being very small - even the ones that are expensive relative to this unit. This one was pleasantly spacious. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the walk-in closet by the front entry made keeping all of our winter wear kept out of the way and easy to get to. Usually we get 4 or 5 hooks and everything just gets piled up by the door. Again, because of late planning, we were unable to get a vehicle that would hold all of us so we used the CME shuttle to get to and from the airport. It was the first time that we've not rented a vehicle available and were forced to rely on the local bus system. I really thought that was going to be a big problem but I found that I actually enjoyed not having to scrape windows, navigate, find parking, etc. We just took the bus everywhere and would do it again. Don't let the location of this unit discourage you. The walk from the front door to the bus stop for pickup is 425 feet as measured on Google Maps. I thought it was going to be a nightmare with an 8 and 10 year old carrying ski gear, but it was actually just fine. The bus drop off is just a bit farther away, adding maybe another 100 feet to the walk back to the condo. During our stay, the buses picked up every 15 minutes in the morning and afternoon. Kara, the owner, was great to work with. Communication was smooth and everything was as promised. I gave this unit 4 out of 5 stars. To be fair, I reserve 5 stars for something that totally blows me away. If forced to be picky, I guess areas for improvement would be 1) enough firewood provided for the duration of our stay (instead of one night), or instructions on how to get some more on our own, and 2) WiFi was pretty much unusable even after rebooting as instructed. Overall, I would absolutely rent this unit again on a future trip and would recommend to friends.

Great Family Condo

I have never been to Avon and was so surprised at what a great town it is.The condo which was great for a family and we could bring the dogs was across the street from a wonderful park. The park has a lake that the kids can swim, boat and wake board on. There was a concert and soccer going on. Glenwood Springs is very close and Vail is just around the corner. Tara was very helpful and the condo had everything we needed. There are bike racks and plenty of parking. My grandchildren had a great time. We will definitely go back.

My sister and I (current owners) grew up in Atlanta and were lucky enough to visit Beaver Creek annually for the past 30 years. We were lucky to escape the hot Atlanta summers to embrace the perfect mountain temperatures in Colorado. We had a blast in the winters skiing, sledding, ice skating and making memories.
