Perfect location for a holiday. Would love some air conditioning and a dishwasher!

The verandah is perfect for reading or entertaining, highly recommend.

Great location and priced reasonably.

Good value holiday stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good value Ideal for 4 guests in the 3 separate bedrooms. Large house, clean and plenty of parking room Ceiling fans help but no air conditioning might be a problem in very hot weather. No dishwasher.Cleaning lady did a very thourough job before we moved in after the house was used by an inconsiderate group of guests before our stay. She was very helpful.

Norfolk at hat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the 3rd yr out of 4 the gas bottle for the heater was empty. (Last yr I asked that it be checked and it had been filled).I also raised the problem of having to walk on sandy grass to get from the hose off concrete to the verandah. Once again I'd suggest a concrete area at the bottom of the steps.A dishwasher machine would be great. A roster of which garbage bin goes out on alternate Sunday night's is definitely needed, as we have no idea. Alternatively when you send your departure details, you need to stipulate Red or Yellow bin.

My stay at Norfolk at Hat Head

Reviewer Comments: We had a hard time getting there from Wagga floods rain and such but when we arrived and looked around PERFECT bedrooms great, big plenty of space ,kitchen everything you want, lounges comfy , good TV and clean as a whistle, nice out front good carport space .I can't think of one thing to complain about, beach minutes walk away fishing good .Even put on good weather for us. The club restaurant spot on in a word the stay was Great, it was as good as report said plus.
