3 bedroom, 2 bath, spacious deck with lovely heated swimming pool. Great for grilling and enjoying the lovely, spacious, lush, tropical landscaping. Located on 2 corner lots affords great privacy. Outdoor, warm water shower. 1 block from the incredible white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. All ground level home. Great laundry room, spacious kitchen and sit down bar. High speed Internet connection and 2 cable TV 's with HD flat screen TV. This is a tobacco-free property. No pets.

Lovely comfortable home. Beautifully appointed. Steps from the beach for sunset. Cozy and comfortable with brand new everything and neat as a pin. Set up best for adults. The host, Norman, was very responsive and kind. Close to everything. Just perfect! We would absolutely recommend and would love to stay here again. Kind thanks Norman!

A Week on Ana Marie Island

Awesome place to vacation. We were walking distance to anything we needed. The beach , restaurants, and services were all so convenient for us. The pool at our property was like heaven at the end of every day. It looked like a tropical paradise.

Spring 2025 vacation

The home where we stayed was impressive. The owner was extremely accommodating. I was born and raised in Manatee County, Florida but moved away in 1959. The vacation reminded me how much I miss it. We could not have found a better vacation spot.to come every year or so and we will be back

Perfect get-away

Lovely, cozy, comfortable home with everything we needed. Beds are super comfortable. The outdoor areas are beautiful -- spacious patio with a separate fit pit area, gorgeous landscaping, private heated pool and wonderful outdoor shower. 1-1/2 blocks from a beautiful Gulf beach perfect for walking, swimming and sunning. The area has free trolley to restaurants and supermarket. Nearby hiking and birding areas and a very beautiful drive to Sarasota. Don't miss the Marie Selby Botanical Garden, especially the tour.

Paradise in Holmes Beach FL

A beautiful house; very well kept and very clean and nicely decorated. Spacious and the host supplied everything that was needed to make us feel like home. Quiet location handy to everything! The beach was a short walk. But the backyard oasis was absolutely perfect! An issue with the pool when we arrived but our host, Norm was very helpful and was just an email away to answer questions and assist us! This is the 4th location that we have stayed at on Anna Maria Island and by far the very best! Would definitely book this property again! Thanks for everything!The Wood Family from New Hampshire

Perfection

My family and I had a very relaxing week. Perfect weather every day with a short walk to the beach. The pool came in handy everyday with our 3 youngest kids and was the perfect remedy after a day on the beach. The home has all the amenities you could ask for and is very cozy. We would definitely consider coming back.!!!

Perfect Location and BEAUTIFUL Backyard

A dream vacation at Holmes Beach in sunny Florida!

We truly loved using this VRBO for a week in sunny Florida! The owners were so kind and easy to make arrangements with. Their home was all that the photos showed and more. It was very clean, well stocked and in a great location just a short walk to the beach. Some of our favorite family vacation memories include: Enjoying their wonderful backyard pool, Spending time at the beach, Collecting many unique sea shells, Watching unbelievably gorgeous sunsets, Grilling, drinks, and relaxing on their spacious deck, Playing games that were in the rental, (we never even had time to enjoy the huge selection of movies and books there), Touring the beautiful area, Coming home with clean clothes....as we used their laundry facilities, Thanks for the memories! 😊👍🌞 Gene and Cathy Rossow from Minnesota Our son, daughter in law and two grandchildren also enjoyed this trip.

Fantastic place to stay!

We loved our time in this house. It has all kinds of interesting things to look at. there is a lot of room to spread out. Our teen age girls stayed in one side of the house and we were on the other. the pictures don't do justice to the beauty of the backyard - it is beautiful. this is also a very quick walk to the beach. the house has everything you could need!

This is a true paradise! Beautiful environment that helps you to be relaxed as soon as you arrive!

The house is very comfortable and has everything you need to make your stay relaxing. The heated pool was amazing! We enjoyed our week and hope to come back again! Myriam was wonderful and responded quickly to our inquiry. This truly felt like home away from home!

Wonderful home and proximity to the beach, the best of both worlds

This lovely home is close to the beach and perfect for those who want to spend time swimming and walking along the shore. We were also grateful that the short walking distance allowed us to retreat easily to the shade and quiet of the lovely grounds and back deck area to read and relax. This spot was perfect for our vacation, -- three adult women, taking a break from our busy lives and seeking a relaxing, quiet environment. The drive from Tampa airport was easy. There are interesting parks close by and local amenities such as a Publix and several churches. The home is well outfitted with everything you could possible need. The hosts are gracious and very responsive.

Elegant, classy and comfortable!

This house had everything that we needed for a relaxing, comfortable vacation on AMI! Can't say enough about the backyard! It was beautiful, comfortable and fun to hang out in with a great heated pool and plenty of areas to hang out. We loved the outdoor shower complete with hot water! It was a pleasure to see how much detail the owners have put into their beach house, and obvious that it is not just another rental. The kitchen was well stocked and the property included many other amenities such as WiFi, beach chairs, etc. The owners were helpful and responsive, and great to work with. The island of AMI itself is like no other we have encountered. Not just for it's natural beauty, which is abundant, but for the wide variety of things to do and the quaint design of the little town. We can't wait to return to this lovely house soon and, hopefully, make some more wonderful memories!

My husband and I have enjoyed our Anna Maria home for many years, enjoying it as we raised our two children and now enjoying it with our grandchildren. We live in Tampa, and use the house most weekends during the summer months.

The home is meticulously cared for and is luxurious while still offering a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere with all the comforts of home. It is a single block home, so there are never any stairs to climb and the back yard is beautiful, yet low maintenance landscaping including a large wooden deck, a heated pool, and a paved patio with a wood burning stove. In addition to all that, we are located on a large, corner lot, one block's walk away from the beautiful, white sand beaches. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas and anything else you might need during your stay.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Heated pool, private outdoor shower with hot water. Very large, shaded wood deck with gas grill, dining table, and fully lighted for outdoor enjoyment. Single story, NO STAIRS. Covered carport. Corner lot in a quiet neighborhood. Pets are not allowed. This is a tobacco-free property. We collect 6.5% Florida sales tax and 5% Tourist Development tax.
