The PERFECT location for beach home! Nestled between the bay and beach on the coveted Mission Bay Strip. Steps from the Ocean Front Walk--the pathway runs north and south from here for biking, skating, running, and walking. We are looking forward to providing you with an excellent vacation to Mission Beach, San Diego.

We are excited to introduce our NEWLY DESIGNED kitchen complete with quartz countertops, marble backsplashes, new cabinets, farmhouse sink, pendant lighting and floating shelves. Jennifer spent countless hours in design and decor.

We stock our home with all of the goodies you need to have a fantastic active yet relaxing beach/bay vacation. With an active family of 5, we know how to keep the whole family engaged. Whether you're looking for a relaxing grown-up destination or you are traveling with children, our home will be the ideal vacation destination. Our kitchen is complete with stone counters, stainless steel appliances, and upgraded lighting. We love to cook, so kitchen is fully stocked with what you'll need. High-speed, 1000 Mbps wifi throughout home. New floors, rugs, and paint. Small but relaxing redesigned 3rd floor deck. Kids love video games and all the beach toys you could want--surf boards, boogie boards, paddle boards, skate boards, bikes, umbrellas, chairs and beach towels. Board games, cards and more.

Brand new coffee maker and Keurig. Well equipped kitchen includes slow cooker, 5 burner stove.


Mission Beach is known for its incredibly long, wide beach, its historic amusement park, and its friendly laidback vibe. Walk or bike to SeaWorld, Belmont Amusement Park, fantastic restaurants, bakeries, bars, shopping and amenities. Great for families.

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. Short drive to La Jolla, downtown, Petco Park, Seaside Village, and multiple beaches. Golfing, surfing, sightseeing all within reach. Let us know what you need and we will be happy to help make your vacation as enjoyable as possible.

(Main courtyard is shared with small, adjacent townhome. Occasionally other guests may be using. 3rd floor patio is private for our guests only.)

We absolutely loved this house. It is in a perfect location close to everything just steps to the beach or the bay close to all the restaurants and coffee shops. Beautifully decorated the beds are comfortable plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great stay! Gus and Jennifer's home was clean, welcoming and so beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, a Keurig, spices, and so much more. We had everything we needed. The outdoor space on the first floor and on the 3rd floor were so nice to simply go out and hang out outside. We also used their bikes and went on a ride to La Jolla Cove to see the sea lions. The hilly ride is a bit challenging, but it was worth it to use the bikes as car parking at the cove is limited. The house is just a short walk to the ocean and also to the bay, as well as to coffee shops and restaurants. Oh, and communication, that was great, too. Got messages ahead of the trip and on the first day with info to prepare us for the stay, and then communication throughout the stay was timely and respectful. For us, all of this was perfect for a chill vacation.

Beautiful home and extremely well appointed. Very modern kitchen, and wonderful luxury beds, and linens. A short walk to the beach or the bay, with lots of fun toys in the garage. The third bedroom is an upstairs open loft space that is a little small for two adults for a longer stay. Hosts are easy to work with and communication and check in and out were super smooth.

This house is amazing! A very clean, comfortable, well decorated property that is fully stocked with everything you need. Beautiful Beach Escape

This was by far one of the nicest places we have stayed at in Mission Beach. Beautiful decor and all the amenities you would need for a great trip and fun day at the beach. Great location and walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Gus and Jennifer were very helpful and available for anything we needed. Looking forward to staying here again!

My kids 14 &13 loved the accessibility to the beach. The Olive restaurant on the corner was great for a snack & coffee before heading the the beach! Perfect location for food and fun in walking distance! House had everything we needed chairs wagon surf board bikes and more!

The condo was in a perfect location in Mission Beach. One block from either the Pacific Ocean or Mission Bay. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and well laid out. The property also had plenty of vacation items (e.g., bikes, chairs) for use.

Beach Vaca - All Day Everyday

This place was perfect. It had everything we needed and more than expected. It was clean and beautifully decorated. It had all the beach equipment you would need if you didn’t bring it. The upstairs bedroom is more of a loft, but we made it work.

Amazing Stay

We met our two adult children and a spouse for a week over July 4th. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. The home exceeded our expectations. We took advantage of the surfboard, bikes, boogie boards, paddle boards and location! Walked to everything. We would definitely rent again.

Great place in Mission

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks with our 2 teenage daughters. It was the perfect place. Kitchen/family room are beautiful. Loft was great when our daughter had friends visit for a few days. So nice to have all the beach stuff and bikes available in the garage. Street is pretty quiet and quick walk to both the beach and bay. Well priced- would definitely recommend.

Perfect location

The home was absolutely perfect for our 3 night stay for our daughters 15th birthday. It is close to the beach, stores and restaurants. This house is stocked with everything you need inside the home and at the ocean. The beds are super comfy. Having a garage big enough to park our Yukon in was a wonderful bonus. We were even left cupcakes and a hand written card to welcome us. We would definitely stay here again.Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Wonderful vacation

This property was great for a week with my husband and 3 adult sons. It is far enough back from Mission Blvd that you don't get constant street noise, but a very short walk to both the Bay and ocean. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for all of us, plus all sorts of water toys & boards. The kitchen was well-supplied for making meals at home, but we also enjoyed the many restaurant and take-out options within walking distance. It was overall a great experience, and we would definitely rent here again!

Awesome comfortable home and great location

Title says it all . Beds were very comfortable , place was very clean , patio is awesome upstairs and downstairs. Short short walk to beach . Landlord is really nice and brought over a couple kids scooters for our little kids . All the beach stuff was great . The biggie boards were A lot of fun . Kitchen was nice and had everything we needed . Just a great place ✅

Our first Beach House Vacay!!

This beach house is amazing! I couldn't have asked for anything nicer. Everything was perfect. The location, the amenities provided by the owner - which was everything, just bring your swimsuit. We did not want for anything. Thank you so much Jennifer and Gus for providing such a lovely and chic beach house. The furnishings and decor were right out of a magazine. I didn't want to leave!!

Beach paradise

This place was great! It’s very clean and comes with everything you would need. The garage had ample space for our Tahoe to park with room to spare. The owners were so helpful and accommodating. The only thing was I was under the impression there was only one set of stairs on the photos we saw when booking but there are two sets which was hard for us with our toddlers but the stairs is to be expected near the beach other than that the place was great and we would love to come back again!

Perfect property for our family

Our family (3 children ages 17-24 plus two friends) just finished a four-night stay at this property and it was fabulous. The home is updated, clean, and spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked, and they even left some coffee and tea for us. The owner provides many other amenities such as beach towels and toys, boogie boards, and bikes (which we loved riding on the boardwalk). We enjoyed hanging out on the front porch and the 3-floor deck. The location is great…..a short walk to the beach, bay, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. It’s also a short drive to many other popular San Diego destinations such as the zoo, Seaport Village, and downtown. We will definitely stay here on our next trip!

Wonderful stay in Mission Beach

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay. The location is just perfect, steps to everything. The kids had a blast as did the adults. The home is very clean and beautifully decorated. There was nothing we needed while there. Beds were comfy, lots of water and sand accessories available for use in the garage. Adults bikes available in the garage and we rented 2 kids bike just around the corner. The owners were thoughtful, accommodating and easy to communicate with. They take pride in their rental and it shows. Tip: back your car into the garage Can’t wait to come again!!

Close to beach and bay!

We had a wonderful time here while family friends got married at the Tower Beach Club. So close to the venue and minutes walk to either the beach or bay. It was a great location. The home was super clean, and even had some fun toys, puzzles, and magnetiles for the kids to play with. It is a three level home so need to be careful with children, but they do provide baby gates. Would recommend staying here. The bed and bedding was so soft and comfortable!!! They had a garage spot and all the supplies you would need for a beach! Their extra stroller was great to bring to sea world and the zoo so that our oldest could sleep in something comfier than an umbrella stroller from home! Great place and great people to work with!

We have made several upgrades to the home since we have purchased including recessed kitchen lighting, new LG washer and dryer, new garage flooring/paint, new living room rugs and pillow. We are constantly working on the decor and furnishings so your vacation will be as comfortable as possible. We will be completely upgrading the kitchen and anticipate the completion by the winter. We will update the photos as we make progress in our upgrades!

We are a family of five with three boys ages 8, 10 and 12. They have been actively helping with our project to make sure we have all of the "necessities." We will have all the beach goodies including games, boogie boards, surf boards, umbrellas, skate boards and bikes. Our boys have selected video gaming consoles, and board games to keep your family entertained. We also have a foosball table for the garage.

We have a lot of work to do but are having fun with all of the exciting arrangements. Our family's goal is a FIVE STAR experience. Previous owners maintained a 4.8/5 star rating so we have some work to do.
