The Tree House is a 6-bedroom villa sitting high above the Costa Rican rainforest canopy. You truly feel at the top of the world in this beautiful villa. The Tree House offers a vast rainforest and ocean view from the top two levels. Manuel Antonio National Park's beautiful beaches are visible in the distance. The villa interior design is Balinese inspired using locally used materials and massive wood columns and beams create the unique tree house effect this villa is famous for. It is truly a tropical luxury retreat.

Please note: This villa is available to be rented as a 5 or 6 bedroom with varying rates respectively. You may find other listings for this home with different rates for different bedroom counts but it is always private to just your group. Please inquire about specific rates for smaller or larger groups.

THE SPACE
The kitchen, dining and pool area, and living room on the main level is an open communal space perfect for spending quality time with friends. The covered open-air living room provides a place to relax in the over-sized, well-appointed furnishings. The veranda has several lounge chairs and chaises for a relaxing day poolside while enjoying the ocean view and being entertained by the 3 species of monkeys that visit often.

All 6 bedrooms are air-conditioned, with ensuite bathrooms. All with views of the ocean and/or rainforest. Each bedroom and bathroom has artisan hand carved stone or glazed earthenware custom details, custom stonework and tile, exotic hardwoods, and original art from around the world.

The tiered home theater room has a giant screen for watching the provided DVD player and videos in air-conditioned comfort. The game room next to the theater has a pool table, large flat screen TV, wet bar with refrigerator, and comfy seating. The Tree House has so many options for entertainment it is the perfect place to relax after a busy beach day.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Pacific Canyon Drive is a private gated neighborhood set-off the main Manuel Antonio road. It is a community built by expats that wanted the comforts of modern luxury living within a tropical beach town. All conveniences and necessities are available by bus, taxi or walking distance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY: For last minute reservations over the next 60 days, maid service will only be provided every other day (Ask your host to schedule and for details). There is no guest access to laundry facilities at the villa. The Chef services will NOT be included at all but can be added by the concierge. A $500-$1000 cash deposit (depending on the size of your group) may be required at check in to cover any damage or missing items.
