Just down the stairs and through the pool area is the inviting and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and miles of white sugar sand beaches for you to enjoy. Have a super fun day at the beach making memories, and then head back up to the heated beachfront pool and cook on the community grill for dinner on the sundeck. Everything you could need is within reach while you're staying at this awesome condo!

This condo features 1,100 sqft of space for your family to spread out and enjoy. The living room is furnished with new comfortable furniture, plus a large smart TV, and overlooks the beach and sundeck. Unbelievable sunset views and dolphin watching right from your private balcony while sipping your morning coffee or happy hour beverage of choice! The kitchen and dining space are right off of the living room and everything is open concept to maximize your view of the beach from the wall of sliding glass doors.

The gourmet kitchen is stocked with all the amenities of home, for cooking up your family's favorite meals or snacks. There is bar stool seating off of the kitchen and a full dining table next to the kitchen for meals together or maybe a game night!

This beautiful condo has a king in the master with a TV, and an updated and private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate your family of 6. We also have a king conversion kit for the twin beds to make an additional king-size bed for a second couple if needed.

Enjoy staying connected and sharing your vacation photos with free wifi throughout the condo.

There is a washer and dryer for your convenience, linens and towels are provided, and beach towels too. There are beach chairs, an umbrella, and some beach toys here for your use, too! There are two assigned covered parking spots for your use in the garage. *There is no elevator at this building, but your condo is on the first floor, just one flight of stairs above the garage!

You are within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops. CVS Drugstore is about 500 yards down the street. An award winning donut shop awaits you with fabulous confections and coffee. Be sure to go to the new SplashPark over by the Holiday Inn Harborside, steps from the condo. Visit the Clearwater Beach area for award winning beaches, amazing restaurants and nightlife. Enjoy wave runners, parasailing, Segway tours, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina or rent paddleboards, boats or kayaks just south of you in Indian Shores at Island Marine Rentals. Make sure to go to Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration or check out Johns Pass to experience the waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions.
