Beachfront Bungalow w/ Pool & Hot Tub in IRB

Beach front house with a saltwater pool! This 2 bedroom, two bath house is equipped with a newly renovated kitchen and new appliances. You will have your own private beach access with 2 outdoor showers. The outdoor dining area is perfect for dinner under the sunset. We are stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, pool/beach toys, & floats. Close to parks, restaurants, & across the street from a small grocery store. Perfect for families or couples looking for a getaway in the sunshine state.
The space
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, & a futon in the office/kids area. The living room couch is also large and comfy. The kitchen, living room, & dining room is an open concept with tons of windows letting in natural light. Large pool and patio with an outdoor dining table and chairs. There is a small apartment complex behind the house that we do allow to use the houses beach access but they hardly ever do.
Guest access
Parking on the beach is tight so there is only one parking spot available for use as the driveway is shared with the small apartment complex behind the house. There is however a public beach access at the end of the street with parking until 11pm or you can get a parking permit from city hall to park there overnight for up to 3 days. The house is very close to a bus stop to catch the trolley down to Clearwater or St. Pete beach and Ubers are always readily available. You will have complete access to the entire house, patio, pool, and beach access.
Other things to note
Please know that parking is tight so only one parking spot is available and that very rarely one of the 4 tenants from the apartment complex behind the building may use the houses beach access. Pool is not heated.
