Seven Palms Villa is a 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom single story home, with a well maintained two acre yard, bordering The Runaway Bay Golf Course, and just a short walk to the beach. We are a great place for friends and family to vacation in casual comfort. No need to over pack, as our staff will do the laundry, ironing, cooking, cleaning and maintain the pool and yard.

Seven Palms Villa offers gardens inside and out. Our five bedrooms and the reading room are positioned to circle around the fountain garden. Our waterfall garden greets you when you enter villa and opens to the living room. And the bamboo garden sits between our kitchen and dining room. We have a HUGE family room and veranda with enough room for everyone to stretch out and get comfortable. The sliding glass doors open wide to allow our beautiful Jamaican breeze to enter off the veranda. This creates a wonderfully open feel and a lovely view of our freshwater swimming pool and outdoor gardens. There are two steps that lead down to the pool with a short gate that doesn’t detract from the view but does prevent young children from accessing the pool by mistake. The glass doors can easily be closed and allow air-conditioning to cool the house in the evening and prevent mosquitos from creating a nuisance. The living room has a large entertainment center with a large screen tv with dvd player. We also offer; wifi in the living room (although the island service can be unpredictable), and cable tv in each bedroom as well as in the living room. Our villa is child friendly and stocked with a hi-chair, pack & play, baby monitor, stroller, pool toys, board games and movies. A Nanny can even be arranged for $35 per day with advance notice.

Seven Palms villa offers two master bedrooms. One with a large sunken tub / shower and the other with a huge two-person shower with dual shower heads and a built-in bench. Both master bedrooms have a second door that opens to a private patio and the backyard. All of the bedrooms offer air-conditioning, glass windows (which means no mosquitos coming through the slats) their own bathroom and a king size bed, that can be replaced with single beds or bunkbeds (there is a small labor fee to disassemble and replace beds) We regularly host groups that request bunkbeds in all rooms and bring up to 20 guests.

Our kitchen includes all the modern conveniences. Of course, most guests prefer to have our cook prepare their meals. As most people would agree with us when we say that vacation time shouldn't include cooking! Seven Palms supplies a cook to look after your meals. Simply plan your menu and the times you would like your meals served and let our staff do the rest. (the cost of food is not included)

Our yard is amazing. 4x the size of typical villa yard and offering so much to see. We are very proud of it and of our gardeners who do such an amazing job caring for the wide variety of flowers, trees and fruit, including; ackee, bread fruit, pomegranate, coconut, sour sap, naseberry, lemons, limes and our favorite the bananas and mangos. Our gardeners love showing guests around and are happy to pick you samples of whatever fruit is in season during your stay.

Just a short walk from the villa and included with your villa rental is access to the private Cardiff Hall Beach which has beach chairs, picnic tables, bathrooms and showers. Within walking distance from this villa there are actually four beaches that you will have access to; two private and two public beaches, a water sports center, a PADI dive center, several restaurants and seaside bars that offer daytime enjoyment and for a true Jamaican experience for Sunset happy hour and an evening meals. The second private beach is our own beach that we call Jamaica Breeze. This beach has kayaks, snorkeling equipment and the ability to build a bonfire on the beach at night. It also sits next to the Bus Stop Mission, that offers a wonderful Craft and Culture tour, that we highly recommend. *

We are within a 20-minute drive of many popular Jamaican attractions, including; Dunn’s River and Konoko Falls, Dolphin Cove, Mystic Mountain, river tubing, deep sea fishing and some great shopping. Private transportation can easily be arranged by your villa staff.
