Welcome to SeaEsta at Bengal Bay, a private luxury beachfront villa on Jamaica’s beautiful north coast. Set between the Caribbean Sea and the cool waters of the Rio Bueno River, SeaEsta is a peaceful tropical retreat created for relaxing, reconnecting and experiencing Jamaica at your own pace.

Perfectly positioned between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, SeaEsta is close enough to enjoy the attractions, culture and adventures of Jamaica’s north coast, yet tucked away from the crowds so you can return home to the peace and privacy of Bengal Bay.

SeaEsta was a labour of love for our family. We oversaw every detail, from conception and construction to the furnishings and finishing touches, creating a villa that is comfortable, elegant and unmistakably Caribbean.

The villa features four beautifully appointed, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own luxurious en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms enjoy wonderful views of the Caribbean Sea, while two overlook the villa’s lush tropical gardens.

But a stay at SeaEsta is about much more than the villa itself. Our dedicated chef, butler and housekeeper are here to make your Jamaican vacation truly relaxing. Awaken to custom breakfast prepared especially for you, enjoy lunch at your leisure, and gather for dinner overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

Our chef can prepare local Jamaican favourites as well as continental and international dishes, while our attentive staff takes care of all the details - so you don’t have to. At SeaEsta, your time is your own where you can relax and recharge, linger over meals, reconnect with friends and family, enjoy long conversations by the ocean, or simply settle into a quiet corner with a good book and the Caribbean Sea as your backdrop.

When you’re ready to explore, our son Jason offers airport transfers and excursions and can introduce you to Jamaica as we locals know and love it.

So pack your favourite novel, come relax poolside or beachside, explore a little or do absolutely nothing at all, and let us spoil you.

Had the most wonderful stay at SeaEsta for my 50th birthday. Conley was the highlight, who made it extra special with decorations, his attentiveness and professionalism. But the entire staff was great too! The villa was perfect for our group of 7 women - highly recommend!

Our stay in Jamaica was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Everything was perfect. The home, the service, and every thoughtful detail that made our family vacation unforgettable.I returned to this same home after having such a wonderful experience during my first visit in January with girlfriends, and I was excited to bring my family so they could experience the magic of Jamaica particularly at this location. This trip was even better than I imagined.We were family of 8, including parents, children, and grandparents ranging in age from 85 to 11, and this home was the perfect fit for everyone. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, cared for, and able to fully enjoy our time together.The driver was exceptional. He safely took us beyond the typical tourist areas and into the depths of Jamaica, allowing us to experience the island’s beauty, and culture. The butler took complete care of our needs. The chef cooked traditional Jamaican cuisine and also pancakes, mac and cheese and fried chicken for the children. The housekeeper made sure we brought clean clothes home from our trip.From the delicious meals to the thoughtful service and unforgettable activities, every detail was handled with care. The entire team made it easy for three generations of our family to relax, connect, and create memories.I can’t recommend this home and team enough. Thank you for making our Jamaica experience so special. I will absolutely be back!

Fabulous experience. The staff made everything so nice. Condley, Richie, Kemar and Katy all went above and beyond. Food was great and made everything so easy. The mango drinks were a huge hit with the kids. They handled any logistics we needed. Plenty to do at the property and helped us plan the right level of excursions that we wanted. Nice that the area was not overly touristy. Beautiful home and amazing views. Very pleasantly surprised by Jamaica. It was a special trip and hope to return again one day. Overall a top notch family vacation.

SeaEsta was OVER THE TOP AWESOME! You get what you pay for and the higher price tag here was WELL worth it. Chef Richie, Butler Glen, Driver Kemar, Housekeeper (I can’t recall her name) — they were all so great and accommodating, going above and beyond. We got to watch a cargo ship unload and leave while we were there, which was a super cool experience! Plus the tree on the beach is a favorite of the pelicans! Zero complaints, literally nothing. Everything from the beautiful vehicle, to the scheduling of excursions…Jason and Gizelle hooked it up! We will definitely be back!

Awesome Family Vaca!

The house is amazing. The pool is huge. The beach is great, the staff is excellent and the food was unbelievable. The owners and staff far exceeded our expectations. Our family of 9 including two boys 8 and 5, had an unforgettable time. Highly recommend!

One of our greatest vacations thanks to exceptional hosts and house staff who have thought of everything. The house is perfectly laid out for a large group. Riccardo, Richie, Kemar, and Kay are truly amazing, so kind, and work hard to make your visit great. Having home cooked meals instead of eating in restaurants every day was such a better experience and way to try local flavors. Gizelle and Jason were quick and helpful on all communications. Fabulous family holiday!

Our family had a wonderful time at Seaesta at Bengal! The host and staff were very friendly and did everything possible to make our stay the best possible. The facility was well suited for our group of 8 adults with separate bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, space to lounge and enjoy the beautiful ocean view, and a lovely pool that was always clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Seaesta and will definitely recommend it to others, as well as return for another visit! Many thanks!!

Rest & Relaxation

This beautiful property and the friendly, attentive staff made our week perfect. Although we chose to venture out for a couple short activities, we could have easily spent all our time at this beautiful oasis. I’m grateful for the quiet, slow time with my family and the staff that allowed for rest and relaxation. My daughters loved the paddle boards, kayaks, sand toys, yard games, and crab hunting. The food and service were great.

Beautiful views with a Modern Feel

Without the wonderful staff and beautiful home and views we would of had disappointing trip. Our weather unexpectedly had brought us rain and clouds for most of our trip, but the staff and home with the water views made the difference. The home was easy for us all to connect and play games while watching the waves and the staff worked tirelessly to ensure we were well fed! Once the clouds cleared the pool, beach and yard allowed us to capture the rays in style!

Sea Esta in Jamaica

This was a very special stay for our family. Property is updated, spacious, clean, open concept surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The staff was welcoming, friendly and they not only attended to every need, but anticipated what our family liked. The pool was great for grandchildren and I never tired of the view of colorful Caribbean Sea. I don’t eat desserts however gained nine pounds in one week if that tells you anything about the cooking! Wonderful vacation home.

Simply Fantastic

I have never bothered writing a review in the past, but this place was so great that I had no choice. The space, both outdoor and indoor was perfect. The food was excellent, with the chef ensuring our 3 gluten free and two pescatarians had their own fare for every meal. The staff were wonderful. Thanks to Travis, Kamar, Ritchie and Pauline for a great holiday. We will be back!

A piece of Paradise

A group of 8 adults celebrating a bday stayed for 5 nights and we had an amazing experience. The first night we arrived we were greeted with a vodka infused drink and a cold towel which was awesome. The chef Richie made delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The butler Ricardo was also available to tend to us and never skipped a beat. All the staff were amazing from the driver to the housekeeping service. The villa has everything you need and the beach is literally steps away and the pool is fabulous. I would recommend this villa and would book it again, again and again.

Beautiful Villa, A+ staff

Could not have been a better stay. Richie (the chef) was incredible, every meal was perfection. Travis (butler) was attentive, friendly and so accommodating! Pauline (maid) was friendly and takes pride in her work. Kamar & Jason & Gizelle all contributed to the amazing hospitality that made the beautiful villa come to life with joy. What a special week!

This was our first trip to Jamaica and Gizelle and her staff made it one to remember! I have never had such a relaxing vacation. We were spoiled with incredible food and drinks. The excursions that were recommended were such fun. The house was perfect for our group. We loved the huge pool and greenspace for the kids to play in. The adults' favorite spot was hanging out on the daybed under the tree just along the waters edge. We will highly recommend SeaEsta to any of our friends or family who want to visit Jamaica and hope that we are able to go back again some day.

BEST VRBO EVER

Best vacation/anniversary trip we have ever had in 24 years. The villa was absolutely stunning. The pictures are beautiful, but don’t do the place justice. The staff was kind, courteous, fun, attentive, and great at their jobs. The food was top notch both in quality and presentation. Chef Ritchie made us the best chocolate cake I’ve ever tasted for our anniversary. The owner Gizelle stopped by to check on us and make sure everything was good. That was a nice touch, it’s obvious she takes great pride in her beautiful property. The sound of the ocean while sitting by the beautiful pool having m coffee every day was the best. We will definitely book this VRBO again.

Family SeaEsta!

Our family of 10 walked into a breathtaking villa with a view of the pool and bay, the day before Hurricane Beryl hit. Gizelle had excellent staff prepared, so we really didn’t have much of a problem. The whole property is amazing! Chef Ritchie was so incredible, my sister in-law wanted to take him home with us. We will definitely tell family and friends about the villa. Next time we will hopefully not go during a hurricane. Thanks so much for our experience.

A week of relaxation and great dining at SeaEsta

We were two families with children for a total of 9. The house is fantastic with beautiful open air layout, which is nice for taking a break from the sun, but still feeling outside. Easy to find location (50min from airport) on a quiet bay that was great for swimming and paddleboarding. Comfortable bedding, nice open air showers in the two main bedroom, and modern TVs with Netflix/Disney+ which the kids greatly appreciated. In addition to two nice kayaks and three paddleboards, there were lots of pool toys, snorkel equipment, and nice beach towels. What made the experience truly special was the staff. Amazing ch

I’ve been married to my husband for 40 years, and together we have four wonderful children and eight precious grandchildren. Family has always been at the heart of our lives and of the places we create.

Our first villa, Sandpebbles, was a true labour of love and taught us how much we enjoyed creating a special place for ourselves and others to experience Jamaica. SeaEsta was destined to follow, which we created with the same love of family, warm Jamaican hospitality and attention to the little things that make a vacation memorable.

We hope that when you stay at Sea Esta, you feel not simply like a guest, but warmly welcomed into a place our family is very proud to share with yours.

Years ago, we turned our vacation home, Sandpebbles, into a rental villa and never looked back. It has been incredibly rewarding to welcome guests from all walks of life and share with them our home, our community and our little piece of Jamaican paradise.

So when the piece of land beside Sandpebbles became available, the decision felt like an easy one. My husband and I purchased it, and my son Jeremy and I began imagining what we could create there together.

Jeremy and I designed the villa, and two years later SeaEsta at Bengal Bay was born. For us, choosing this neighbourhood wasn’t simply about finding a beautiful location, it was about building on a place we already loved and giving more guests the opportunity to experience this special corner of Jamaica.

What makes SeaEsta especially unique is the combination of privacy, personal service and the opportunity to gather together in a beautiful Caribbean setting. With your own private pool, beachfront location and dedicated chef, butler and housekeeper, you can enjoy the independence of a private villa with the care and attention of a fully staffed vacation.

For larger gatherings, SeaEsta and our sister property, Sandpebbles, are located beside one another and can be rented together to accommodate up to 20 guests. This makes the two villas especially wonderful for family reunions, milestone birthdays, celebrations and groups of friends travelling together, where everyone can be close while still having plenty of space.

For additional peace of mind, all of our staff members are certified in CPR and First Aid.
