Bed Arrangement: a queen in the master bedroom, TV/VCR/DVD, a spacious second bedroom with a queen size bed and a den with two twins that would make another perfect room just for the young ones!

Mountianback 37's Features: The comfy living room has a 38 inch Flatscreen TV/VCR player, WIRELESS in the unit, a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen for your cooking pleasure. Plenty of seating/lounge area for everyone in the family. New carpets installed and a new living room sofa set!Washer and dryer in the unit!!!

It also has a swimming pool and jacuzzi's on the premises.

Walking distance to Canyon Lodge perfect for skiing/snowboarding in the winter and hiking/biking in the summer!

Perfect spot to launch a week of MTB Fun in Mammoth

The Room had everything I needed (can opener, wine opener, dish soap, sea salt, ice trays) to make my stay a breeze. Beds, chairs and sofa were all very comfortable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent unit and stay. Very spacious and clean, fully stocked kitchen, covered garage, comfortable beds. All of the appliances work great. This is essentially a 3 bedroom as the den has 2 twin beds which is perfect for the kiddos. The open fireplace along with tons of firewood is perfect for smores. The dining table is large with seating for 6. Cable TV works great and cabinets are full of board games. Washer and dryer in the unit is a big plus. Location is a 1 minute drive to Canyon Lodge. You could walk but may take you 15 minutes with gear as it is uphill to Canyon. Overall, very impressed and would definitely stay again.

The location is perfect to Canyon Lodge, great underground parking and it was very clean. We will be returning next year for sure!

Spacious and good location

Lots of space and close enough to walk to canyon lodge. Could use a little updating on the furniture but has everything you need to have a great stay. It even has a laundry if you need it.

"Don't come for the wi-fi - Internet is NOT guaranteed"

While the VRBO posting promised "secure internet connection", this is what we received from the manager in the confirmation e-mail after payment: "COME TO MAMMOTH FOR FRESH AIR, NOT WiFi. INTERNET IS NOT GUARANTEED. IF YOU'RE HERE TO WORK OR FOR YOUR CHILDS SCHOOLING, NO OFFENSE, PLEASE STAY HOME" Wi-fi was in-fact unusable. Any comment is unnecessary.

Minor maint. needed throughout: electrical outlets, furniture, etc. Weak internet/WIFI, no DVD player or sound system, beds/matresses have vee shape that sink in the middle. Nice condo complex, close to Canyon Lodge. Good parking. Cozy place - just needs interior upgrades.

Weekend Mammoth Getaway

We booked this fairly last minute to celebrate my birthday and we were pleasantly surprised how big the condo was. We felt the condo was cleaned well before we arrived based off the smell of cleaner/bleach when we walked in. The condo’s kitchen/furniture/look is a little outdated, but everything was comfortable (minus the beds, which were so-so) and we really enjoyed the time we had in Mammoth! The location was great and close to lots of fun things to explore. We would absolutely stay here again when we return to Mammoth in the future!

Family trip

Good size living area. Clean. BR’s face fairly busy street and thin walls. With young kids we’d also prefer where they could ride bikes on local street or on property.
