If you are looking for the perfect cabin to cozy up in, then this is it! This unit has recently been remodeled and is equipped with TV's in all the bedrooms and TV/VCR/DVD and large flat screen in the living room!! Secured WiFi.

Maximum Occupancy: This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condominium can house a total of 6 people!

Bed Arrangement: In the master bedroom, there is a king sized bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds; great for children! The living room has a sofa sleeper.

Upgrades: The kitchen now has beautiful granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances! The artworks in the unit are all new as well as the carpet!



Unit Amenities: The kitchen is not only gorgeous but also fully equipped for your cooking pleasure! The unit now also offers WiFi so you can update your social media. Washing machine and dryer are also available for your use!

Location: Walking distance to Canyon Lodge perfect for skiing/snowboarding in the winter and hiking/biking in the summer!

Mountainback amenities: The premises has 6 jacuzzi's and 1 swimming pool open in the summer with bbq area!

Maximum 2 vehicles. One assigned underground parking space (7’ Clearance). Second space is first come first serve.

Great place. We enjoyed our stay in your cozy condo. The shuttle out front was very convenient to the village and slopes. We would definitely stay again.

Good for family with kids

Well located and accessorized for kids. Some minor plumbing problems that were rapidly fixed by management on-site within hours. Would stay there again.

Convenient and comfortable

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at #94. It was very comfortable, well-appointed, clean and a great location just a few minutes walk to Canyon Lodge. We will definitely return. Thank you!

Thin walls

It was a nice place in a great area. Only complaint would be thin walls. Child upstairs ran back and forth all night.

Great Location with easy access to Canyon Lodge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is not the nicest place at the mountain, but it has everything you need and is a great value for the price. I highly recommend renting through Mountainback properties if you are looking for something that has all the essentials without breaking the bank. We have stayed here a few times and it's always worked out well and convenient for our family.

Broken windows and no daylight

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mammoth is getting record snow and this unit provides close access to Canyon Lodge with all you would expect from an old non-updated 2 bedroom. The unit however had a boarded up window and another cracked throughout the outside pane, and snow piled completely over the balcony and above the windows. No daylight, was like staying in a basement. But mammoth was great!

Very tired appartment with no Couch bed as advertised

The CHP Closed the 395 into Mammoth

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I drove to Bishop to pick up family on Monday, January 9th. They were flying in from Chicago on United Airlines. I rented the condo for them (I have my own condo). I drove from Mammoth to Bishop in a blizzard, picked them up, and the CHP closed the highway so we could not get back to Mammoth.I ended up paying for 4 nights in the condo but we were only there 2 of those nights due to the road closure. I was disappointed that I was still charged for those nights for which I received nothing.

the pictures don't do it justice

This was a great little place. So cute, cozy, and mountain-y inside! It's close to the lift- just a walk up the street and you're at Canyon, ready to ride the mountain. The beds were comfortable enough, the showers worked great, kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook dinner. It was clean, no smell, easy check in and out (we never saw anyone cause of the times we arrived and left, but keys were available and had a key drop off). We couldn't get the TV to work, so instead we played one of the games in the closet and had lots of fun at night. We would definitely come back here.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Front desk staff was very friendly. Unit furniture & decor were good. Unit was not very clean. There was a shirt from a previous renter on the floor under the bed. The sponges under the kitchen sink were super gross. Only left with a small 1/4 bottle of dish soap. Walked to nearest hot tub in the snow during operating hours only to find it cold...had to walk in bathing suits in the snow several buildings over to another hot tub.

Great Thanksgiving Stay

I stayed here last year for Thanksgiving and it was an easy decision to go back again this year. The kitchen is big and well supplied. Sure, some things are worn like the oven's dials, but it all works. I was able to prep dinner all afternoon and be alongside my daughters in the family room. Happy that the outdoor jacuzzis were open this year! Made for a nice evening soak after a day on the hill.

Nice and convenient

Your place was very nice, homey, clean, and well appointed. The kitchen has everything we needed to have lovely meals. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 and a last minute friend. We really enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay here again.

Close, but no cigar

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is well located and reasonably comfortable. Unfortunately, it has seen better days — the faucet in the kitchen is broken, some of the controls on the oven don’t function as it seems to have melted at some point, and the heater fan in the master bath didn’t work well. Additionally, the unit was not particularly clean. If these things were easily fixed this would be a great spot.

Great Thanksgiving Stay!

My two daughters (9 and 6) and I spent our Thanksgiving here and it couldn't have been better! I primarily selected this condo since the pictures showed a spacious kitchen with lots of counter space -- this was going to be necessary for cooking a Thanksgiving dinner. Once we arrived, the kitchen was indeed spacious and very well stocked (even had supplies I didn't know I needed). I was very happy the way Thanksgiving dinner turned out! My daughters loved playing outside in the snow even after hours of snowboarding all day and then hanging out in the family warm.

Well stocked

Condo was well stocked and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Our girls enjoyed the heated pool. Our only complaint was the master bed. It was VERY firm and uncomfortable and we had a terrible time sleeping. There were a couple maintenance things but nothing that affected our stay.

The condo was great. We were able to walk to the lifts, but the bus stop was also very convenient as it was right outside our door.
