This lovely, recently redecorated unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a breathtaking view! Secure WiFi, home away from home feel.

Maximum Occupancy: Mountainback Unit 111 can accommodate 6 people.

Bed Arrangement: There is a king in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, with down comforters and tv's throughout.

Upgrades: Elegantly remodeled kitchen includes granite counter tops, new appliances and is ready for gourmet cooking, wood floors in kitchen and hallway.

Unit Amenities: In the living room there is a new wood burning stove, stereo, 35 inch TV, VCR, and Sony Playstation 2 for video games, DVD's and CD's. Unit also has secured wireless connection and washer and dryer!

This unit is walking distance to Canyon Lodge for winter skiing/snowboarding and summer hiking/biking.

Premises has a bbq area, swimming pool and 6 jacuzzi's!

Maximum 2 vehicles. One assigned underground parking space (7’ Clearance). Second space is first come first serve.

Cute place super close to canyon lodge!

We had a great stay. The unit is walking distance to Canyon Lodge. The living space and kitchen is large and welcoming. It was nice having the underground parking space. Would definitely stay here again.

It was decent, clean, and mostly comfortable.

The location was great, remodeled kitchen was nice - but it hardly sleeps 6. The sofa bed mattress was unbearable and could not be used. It should be replaced. My son slept on the couch cushions instead.

A little out dated

We had issues with the heat keeping the place warm. Rooms were cold at night. Did not get any check out instructions. Called Customer service and also called owner, left voice mail and text but never got a reply. Owner pretty much ignored the messages we sent asking the best way to check out. Mammoth is amazing but not replying to any of our messages was disappointing. This place was cheaper than what we usually get so didn’t have a lot of expectations.

We apologize that no one responded to your call and our landlines do not receive texts. Our records shows you did not officially check in with the on site office, which is when the departure procedure is given. The late arrival packet that you retrieved from our lock box also requests that you officially check in with our office on site. We also do not show that we received any messages from you? You may have been calling a different company which happens more often than we'd like. Nevertheless, we're glad you enjoyed Mammoth Lakes.

Cozy Cabin feel

We really enjoyed our stay here in Mammoth. Great location, just a short walk up the hill to canyon lodge lifts. The pictures do not do this place justice. It was extremely clean and much larger in person. Parking garage is super convenient. However it is very tight so just something to keep in mind if you have a large vehicle like we do. We were there mid week so the garage was basically empty the whole time. This unit is on the first floor so it is a bit loud when you have upstairs neighbors walking around. But that didn’t bother us much. The information about the condo said they had heated floors in bathrooms, which would have been nice (the floors are like ICE) but didn’t see how to turn them on or if they even existed lol. The fireplace is great but you better practice your fire building skills before you arrive. The directions on how to use it seem to be outdated or for a different fireplace unit. But Once I got it going it was great! Also the hot tubs being closed due to Covid sucked. That would have been really nice. But Over all it was a great place if those little things don’t bother you. Didn’t bother us a bit! I would definitely stay again!

Thank you for your review. You can always call the office for assistance but this unit does not have heated floors. Maybe it was confused with another unit description. We're happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay.

It was perfect for our party of 4 adults. The only negative was that the hot tub at our building was not clean, but we were able to use the one at the next building. I would also recommend providing extra towels for use in the hot tub (2 towels per person).

The only negative I can think of would be the sound from units above. The insulation is very little and the acoustics of people walking in the above unit sounded very loud. Fortunately after 10pm it quieted down and didn't start back up until around 6am.

Perfect location. Great stay

Great condo and would stay here again. Check in and check out is super easy. Very clean. The heating takes a bit to get revved up and warm the place. We were cold the first day but then toasty the rest of the stay.
