A beautiful condo, secured WiFi! This is a spacious property with high ceilings in the open living and dining areas, and in the upstairs loft, creating a nice relaxing, open atmosphere. Great for group of friends getaway or a family get together!-No pets

Maximum Occupancy: Mountainback Unit 97 can sleep up to 8 people!

Bed Arrangements: The Master bedroom has an Eastern king bed with a TV. The second bedroom has a California King sized bed with a TV. There is a bunk bed up in the loft with a TV and a full sized pull out bed in the living room!

Unit Amenities: WIRELESS connection available, compliments of the owner. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking pleasure! There is a 52 inch flat screen TV in the living room. Washer and dryer are also available for use!

Walking distance to Canyon Lodge is perfect for skiing/snowboarding in the winter and hiking/biking in the summer!

Mountainback Amenities: The premises has 6 jacuzzi's and 1 swimming pool with BBQ area! (pool open in the summer only)

Maximum 2 vehicles. One assigned underground parking space (7’ Clearance). Second space is first come first serve.

Overall good spot

Like others have said, needs to be updated but it's a great location and a nice condo. Bring pillows, the ones here are really flat.

Out dated needs up care

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was not a nice place to stay it was spacious but the windows were old and falling apart, it was really hot. Bathrooms had mold and the worst of all there was a roach. I would never stay here again.

Not Clean

There was litter and cookie crumbs on bedroom floor. This place was not really cleaned well so we had to wipe down everything. All counters etc. The sofa was not safe to sit on as I could feel springs so none of us sat on the sofa.

Unit 97 needs some work

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit #97 has several great features going for it. 3 separate sleeping areas plus 3 bathrooms with showers however the couches are terribly soft, worn out and very uncomfortable. The kitchen has only the most basic supplies. Knives were very dull, no rubber spatulas etc. Showers, sinks had poor function and constantly leaked water. A bit of updating and repair could go a long way to make this a great unit.

Master Bathroom toilet was clogged from time of arrival and upstairs bathroom in loft was dirty. Hair clippings in sink. Pretty gross.

A fantastic stay!

For a group of friends that were looking for a weekend up on the mountain, this property was the perfect place! We were able to walk from the property to the mountain comfortably, and all the necessary amenities and businesses are very close by! I would definitely recommend this property!

Christmas Break Ski Trip

The property was clean and easy to access. Within walking distance of Canyon Lodge which made getting to slopes every day very easy.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was extremely close to the slopes (walking distance); the loft with the private bathroom as a bonus as we had a guest join unexpectedly. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with pots & pans, the knives could use some sharpening. The bed in the master is definitely in need of a change. I found M&M's on the floor in the master bedroom and the couch also had chips in the seats. Not a huge deal, but when you are paying for a "COVID" clean, its not what I expected. Overall the unit worked out well for us.

Place needs a couple repairs and bring your own measuring cups and baking pan if you want to do any baking. Otherwise great place. Would definitely stay again.

This is the second time we've booked this particular unit! Couch is great, lots of space and perfect for a group!

Good location, but place needs some repairs and TLC!

Good location, but this property is 3 flights of stairs from the parking garage. The unit looks nice in photos, but really needs a deep cleaning, bathroom fixture repairs and some decent pillows. Kitchen is disorganized and missing many key essentials like cereal bowels, cutting boards and enough flat wear for 8 people. Refrigerator is missing a shelf and the sliding door to balcony is broken.

Close to Lifts

The rental was clean and will furnished, comfortable couch, beds were decent. Nice fireplace with wood provided. It was easy to walk to the lifts and the jacuzzi was nice as well.

Spacious, clean, walk to lifts.

My family enjoyed being so close to the lodge, lifts, and town. The home was clean with spacious rooms for more family and friends. We only had five people with us so space was more than enough. So nice to have fire wood already supplied on the patio ready to be used. Dishes and cookware was plentiful. We will be back. Thank you!
