Maximum Occupancy: This condo sleeps 4.

Bed Arrangement: In this one bedroom 2 bath condo the master has a queen bed and TV.

Main Area: The living room has a TV, VCR, sofa sleeper.

Complex Amenities: This condo is close to the spa, saunas, tennis courts, and community barbeques. This is the perfect unit for the budget minded and is 20% cheaper than our other one bedroom units. This condo is on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators.

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

The location was great the bedroom was cold with no central heat and there were no sheets for the foldout couch. Other than those two things it was fine.

All about the location!

The place is very very dated. They charge prime prices during storms and holidays. I am confused as to why they wouldn't upgrade the carpet, bedding and kitchen appliances. We put a sheet on the floor when we were stretching as it didn't feel clean to touch it. The garage parking and being within walking distance to Canyon Lodge are the best parts.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Cozy condo for night of lights

Check in was contactless, with keys left for us in lock box. Covered parking in garage is a big plus! The condo is a little worn, but very comfortable bed and couch. It was exactly what we needed and a bargain compared to everything I could see. Thank you!

Mammoth mountain

Our stay was great. Place was conveniently located to everything. Heater was a little noisy in the main bedroom and that was my only issue so we had to have it off at night bc it was just too loud and would wake us up. Hot water and clean towels and right next to the gondola or the mountain. Thanks for the memories!

Nice room for the price.

It had everything we needed for a few days in the summer. Adequate kitchen, 2 bathrooms, tiny little deck, quite clean, good wifi. My only criticisms are nitpicks: the shared entrance isn't ideal during COVID but it had decent airflow. The unit faces north so is quite dark during the day. You can hear the upstairs unit pretty clearly. The padded toilet seat in one of the bathrooms can probably be replaced. But you won't find a better option in Mammoth for the price!

Good value

We booked this as a rather late vacation, and found the property to be perfectly suitable for the price. Others have commented about noise, but we didn't find it bad at all. The kitchen is well outfitted so you can plan on cooking in. We didn't use the hot tub.

Should mention the condo is on the second floor with some very steep stairs from garage parking.. Somewhat strange layout with two closets in large bedroom. Bedroom bathroom is much larger than the second full bathroom off living room. Very comfortable accommodations.

Water from shower leaked onto floor, main tv did not have regular cable stations, and poor soundproofing on ceilings, but spacious rooms, second bathroom is handy when three people occupy, adequate amenities, and competitive pricing make good value.

Mammoth Stay

The over all experience was good. Some of the appliances were outdated and didn’t work like the toaster for instance. Taking out the trash was an issue as it said to go to the garage, but no garages were open and it wasn't very clear on where to place everything. The balcony was broken and a little dangerous. When we arrived it looked like it was split off and even a pole was left in the ground. So our kids were not aloud out there. The bbq area being so close was great and so was the jacuzzi. The place was very big so it was nice. The carpet is very worn, and the main mattress was horrible. Over all the experience was good and we would stay at the mammoth racquet club again.

Simply Perfect for our needs

Hubby & I rented this unit for a 2 day snowboarding getaway. Quiet and comfortable. Great location, decent price, fairly well equipped, easy check in & check out, enclosed garage parking all very nice. The indoor jacuzzi was a welcom bonus after all day on the mountain The condo was comfortable, warm and had everything we needed. decor is a little dated, but that wasn't a big deal. We would rent this place again for sure.

Great place and Location.

Love the layout & looks way better than in the pics. Close proximity to Canyon Lodge if you plan to skii or snowboard. Comes with garage parking, which i was thankful for - did not have to dig my car out of the snow. This will be the first place I'll look at when i plan my next visit.
