Beautiful 1 bedroom 2 bath condo. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a small family. This condo enjoys a view of the hillside and the woods. It is located on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators.

The kitchen is fully stocked for home cooked meals and has new appliances, cabinets, and counter tops. Newer carpet and flooring throughout. The living room has new sofa sleeper and flat screen t.v. plus dvd player.

Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom has a queen size bed.

Maximum Occupany: This deluxe unit sleeps up to four guests, and is perfect for a weekend getaway or an extended stay to explore the beautiful Eastern Sierras and surrounding areas! Upgrading to this deluxe unit pays for itself in comfort and quality.

Complex Amenities: This condo is close to the pool, two spas, saunas, recreation room, and community barbecues. Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located on the premises.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Great, as per usual.

I've stayed at this property before, and it does not disappoint. It's small, but cozy. I really like the appointments, and you can tell that the owner is a fan of Mammoth mountain.They used to have a locker key available for the renters, but no longer apparently. That's my only gripe, but that's not a big deal. Overall the property is clean, well kept, and close to the mountain. I couldn't ask for more.

Clean and nice

Place is clean. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated. Management never responded to any of our questions/concerns despite reaching out to them a few times, so don't expect anything from them. They will send check in/out details promptly. Internet goes in and out of working effectively. Great proximity to the mountain and town. Good value for the quality and location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I like that the location is walking distance to Canyon Lodge. The condo is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is relatively equipped but there’s not much spice and cooking basics. You have to purchase or bring your own stuff if you cook. The heater in the living is loud. My son had to sleep in my room one night because it kept on waking him up. There were no soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion in the bathrooms. I found a body wash under the sink so I used that. Other than that, it was a good place for a 2 nights stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience here. Enjoyed the proximity to the trails and to the Village where we typicall started our day. It was myself and my wife with our E-bikes. Only minor issue is that there's no where to charge the bikes if you can't remove your battery. Garage has no outlets to plug into. Condo has all the necessary cooking utensils and is clean and comfortable.

Was pretty great. The covered garage parking was a bonus during snowfall. The place could have been cleaner, the carpet for instance, and the sofa bed was not the best. And three stair flights up was a lug. But the location was choice and the vibe was stoked.

A few problems

Electric wall heater was dead when we arrived. Water poured in the bedroom window from a roof issue. Management gave us a space heater and got a roofing guy there the next day. Good service. Unfortunately there is a terrible smell of sewage in the stairwell. The condo was nice and an easy walk to canyon lodge.

Excellent large condo

Excellent fully remodeled condo great for a small family. Great location with regards to proximity to hot tub however it was sadly broken the entire length of our trip so we never got to use it.

Great location

This condo was very easy to check in and out. The room was very clean and comfortable, The location is near the village but far enough away to where you are it's FA way to wear you are away from the main crowd crowd, Although it didn't use any of the kitchen facilities besides the frigerator it was fully stocked with everything you could Needed there was also a barbecue area just down from the condo. the pool and the spa facilities were great and nice and clean as well. We're seeing a bear walking up the driveway driveway on our 2nd night on our 2nd night that was pretty amazing.

Great place

Nice place and great location. Good setup with everything you need, and the 2 bathrooms are a big plus. Quick walk to Canyon lodge with the Ski Back Trail as an option to drop you off at the end of the day.

Great Place!

Perfect cabin for the family. Super cute and cozy. It was bigger than we thought so my little kids had space to play. I would recommend this cabin and would rent it again for my family!

Nicer than expected!

This recently updated one bedroom 2 bath is super nice. Comfortable new furniture with plates and cutlery that all matches which is rare. The owner must be paying attention. And a 10-12 min walk to Canyon Lodge. Get a ski locker at Canyon.
