Amazing Location! Walking distance to Canyon Lodge & Village Gondola with access to village & restaurants! We are just finishing up a remodel of our condo (Pics coming soon!) Including new hardwood floors throughout, brand new shower & toilet, new King bed & mattress, linens & towels & area rugs for a cozy mountain escape.

In ski towns, it's best to be able to walk everywhere! At Chamonix Condo B29, you can walk to Canyon Lodge in less than 10 minutes. Canyon Lodge is one of the three main lodges at Mammoth Mountain with ski in/out access, restaurants, rentals, etc. What's special about Canyon Lodge is the Village Gondola. Once you reach the lodge, you can jump on the Gondola for free which takes you to The Village at Mammoth Lakes. Here you can shop, eat, explore and have full access to the rest of the town by foot or free mammoth shuttles.

This newly remodeled (November 2022) gorgeous single level one-bedroom open floor plan mountain condo has a master bedroom with a brand new European king-sized bed and the living room has a new luxury sofa with a full size memory foam mattress sleeper, completely remodeled shower and hardwood floors throughout.

The property features: a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, hardwood floors, granite countertops, a European dining nook that seats 6 comfortably, 42" Flatscreen Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker system & fun family games. There is balcony with a partial view of the mountain and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace. Free access to firewood in the building for all seasons.

The condo is extremely well maintained and clean as well as a non-smoking, pet-free environment. Guests are allowed one free parking space outside.

On-site amenities include two jacuzziā€™s, a large pool, pool deck, outdoor BBQ's, sauna, showers, pool table, ping pong table, community TV area and gaming center for families.

Repeat customer here. Super clean with a comfy bed. Completely set up for snow skiing. Ski locker, bench in the hall to put on your boots, and a quick walk to Canyon lodge. Excellent communication with the owner - she's great! This is my go-to place for Mammoth skiing.

Wonderful for skiing!

Came for skiing--the condo was excellent for skiing! Within easy walking distance to Canyon Lodge, a boot/glove dryer, and an indoor ski locker. The owner was fantastic--great communication and very accomodating & helpful. The bed was super comfy after a hard day on the slopes. Everything about my stay was convenient and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Mammoth week-end. The condo's location is ideal for ski-in and ski-out. We appreciated the locker in the hallway for skis. The kitchen had all ammenities. The shower was nice and the bed was comfortable. The host is welcoming and easy to contact.

Fresh POW POW with amazing accommodations

This is our second time staying at this property. It is a one bedroom but with a family of four (5 and 8 yr old) it is perfect for us. We walked to canyon Lodge everyday and never had to deal with the nightmare of parking. The property manager is more than accommodating. Definitely recommend staying here and look forward to staying here again.

Perfect for family of four with younger kids

The size and the location of the property was perfect for us. We have two young kids, five and eight. They slept on the pull out and was just fine. Jacuzzi was hot and the barbecues were still working during the winter. Would definitely stay there again. The host was extremely responsive and more than accommodating.

This was a comfortable unit located near Canyon Lodge. It was perfect for the two of us. We used the kitchen. To prepare our own breakfasts each morning and even one dinner. The unit would be perfect for skiing season. It has a large comfortable sofa and a very comfy king size bed.

Fantastic mountain stay

We couldnā€™t have been happier with our stay in Aprilā€™s unit. From the beginning, April was very responsive and timely, and both the check-in and checkout and other instructions were clear. The location was incredible and only a short walk to the ski lift. The unit was as described, beautiful, clean and well equipped. The location was also super convenient to the village with great shops and restaurants. Both the bed and the fold out couch were very comfortable. It was also nice to have unlimited firewood for our evenings as well as board games, tv and a large, clean rec center and spa right across the street. We really valued our stay and created some wonderful memories. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again! Jeff

Excellent location near ski lifts, close by village. Parking situation Parked outside condo window every nite. First floor w very easy access. They had essential oils & diffuser (the good expensive kind) huge plus. We used it the whole time - 8 nights. Bathroom upgraded & definitely comfortable. Bed excellent mattress. Mornings in front room pleasant. small patio area outside sliding glass door. Good place overall but NO WAY a 10! When we first arrived my wife suddenly had the sniffles & asked if I saw any mold on wall, or anywhere?? (She's very allergic). I checked EVERYWHERE - thank goodness there was none! Whew! The kitchen is acceptable, but could probably use upgrade on pots and pans. No big deal. 2nd day my wife's sniffles returned, with other symptoms. We researched and found out there's such a a thing as altitude sickness? We later saw sign on way to lakes mentioning possible carbon dioxide in air? I used the dishwasher which was not installed correctly. It literally wobbles to the left and right when you try to open or close the door, needs repair. Leaked all over floor, we had to put towel down in the kitchen- water & soap bubbles everywhere.hand washed rest of time except last day when preparing to leave & ONLY THEN realized it was the jankety dishwasher the whole time that had the mold affecting my wife! Ugh. faulty installation w tons of mold between its walls where leak is at!Chaise lounge at pool broke while we were using! Left day early, 2 stars

Excellent stay, great location, super comfy

I took a long road trip to met my partner as he was hiking the PCT. Aprilā€™s place was the perfect place for both of us to have some RandR. Super comfy king sized bed, luxurious shower, spas, and pool. We couldnā€™t get the sauna to work for us, but the hot tubs were exactly what we needed to ease our sore muscles after days of hiking and walking about town. Great location. Excellent host communication. My only complaint was the noise from the folks upstairs who sounded like they were doing a re-model with a herd of elephants, but they were kind enough to not start too early or go too late in the day. Weā€™d absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful in Mammoth!

Great condo in the best part of Mammoth - surrounded by the local mountains and beautiful condos & luxury homes. Condo was very nice and in a great location of the property (just across the parking lot from pool, spa, rec room). Very comfy couch and bed, great options for movies & games. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come again. A few things that were slightly disappointing that were likely outside of the owners control: In rec room = sauna did not work; couldn't figure out the lights to upper floor to play ping pong, and pool cue tips were broken. One of the reasons we chose this condo was for the fun AFTER the slopes - and we were a little disappointed. Overall would recommend this condo ā€“ April was very communicative and it was an overall great experience.

Our family of four lives in Manhattan Beach, CA. We love the outdoors and traveling! Our kids are 10 years old (twins) and have many stamps on their passports. We love surfing, swimming, fishing and of course skiing and snowboarding. We use the condo ourselves and love the idea of others enjoying all the Mammoth has to offer. It's definitely our home away from home!

We bought our ski condo in May 1999 and have used it every season since! We love all that Mammoth has to offer year round. This is our home away from home and we hope you enjoy it as much as our family does. Chamonix is one of the best locations to stay in and around Mammoth Lakes. We scored 20 years ago!!

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

Walking distance to most everything. Driving & parking in the winter months are tough, especially with smaller kids and all the gear.
