Mamute Ski and Racquet Club # 120, Estúdio-loft, Remodelado Pet Friendly Condo!

With it's fine photography and artwork, new furniture, and wine chiller, this studio plus loft will quickly be your favorite place to stay. Pets are also welcome in this condo.

Bed Arrangements: The loft area has a comfortable queen bed with a new mattress and a tv/vcr and it's own bathroom with hairdryer. Downstairs you will find a sofa sleeper TV/VCR/DVD a second bathroom with hairdryer, and dining area.

The kitchen has newer appliances as well as a wine chiller to accommodate those wine connoisseurs who may visit. For those times when you just want to relax, the owners of this unit have supplied many movies and games to enjoy. This condo is on the 2nd floor of M building. There are no elevators on site.

Maximum Occupancy: This unit sleeps 4.

Complex Amenities: This condo is close to the pool, two spas, saunas, recreation room, and community barbecues. Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located on the premises.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Great location and area

We enjoyed our stay. It had all the amenities we needed and expected. Easy to take the bus or walk to canyon lodge.We brought our dogs and met many friendly dog owners. Garage parking is a big plus. Just make sure to check the height of your vehicle. Especially if you have a ski box mounted. We would definitely come back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Internet never worked, even after logging on. I survived. Kitchen sink barely worked. Faucet arm needs replacing. Obviously it’s been fixed too many times and you have to keep pushing and re-angling, just to get low water pressure. Ended up scrubbing pots in shower.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The driveway upto MS&R can be tricky in a storm! The location is rad with the cat track that leads to the unit and beyond to the Village. Midweek rental was quiet and had noting but stoke after the massive storm February 2024. The threshold came off and a nail pierced a bare foot as management didn't seem concerned about possibility of tetanus, blood stain on the bed and the loss of a day on the mountain! Not sure how this is resolved (refund - offer free day - reimburse lift ticket) but everything else was perfect! Well constructed unit from post and beam and loft was great.

Stayed at the Racquet Club

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean. The location is good and we liked having the garage. The condo is dated for sure. A bit hot in the upstairs loft bedroom for the summertime. The fan helped but could have been better. The bed is marginal and ready to replace. We really liked that it was dog friendly.

The light bulb in the bathroom fell from the socket onto the floor. And the hot water tanks are tiny, you can barely get a hot shower without it getting cold.the staff were responsive but the unit overall wasn’t worth it.I felt like I was calling them every day for something.

Bring your own pillows

We chose this unit because they are dog friendly and that was most important to us not the decor. I’m glad we got to bring our dogs and the unit was well stocked with pots pans a crockpot….but the pillows were terrible. Only 4 flat old pillows for 4 people. Bring your own and I think you’ll be happy

Solid place. Great location.

Close to Canyon Lodge and walkable to the village, if you don't mind stretching the legs. Very clean, everything you need, though a little dated.

Private enclosed parking space helped make unloading and loading so easy. The place was clean, well maintained, high water pressure, working appliances, good internet and dog friendly to boot. Not to mention walking distance to Canyon Lodge although the hike can get tough in snowy weather. But such a pleasant experience. Definitely on the list if we vacation here again.

Great stay in Mammoth!

Great location and had all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. It was a little tight for 4 adults but would be okay if you have younger children. The sofa bed is small and did not have a blanket or pillows. We would stay again if it's just the two of us!

Great trip

Great condo…Easy check in…very clean property.super close to Canyon…parking was great. Met some awesome folks at the jacuzzi…pet friendly but zero signs of past pets….kitchen was clean and had everything necessary for an at home dinner. Will be back

Great stay, but more pillows needed

Had a great anniversary trip with my husband and dogs. Nice property with garage parking. Nice big balcony looking out to trees. The only downside was the lack of pillows as only two were provided for the entire condo which is supposed to sleep 4. I would expect a minimum of two for the master bedroom. Minor complaint, but it did make sleeping uncomfortable.

Wonderful summer getaway

Perfect size place for my daughter and I and our dog! So thankful to find this place. And the price was right. I loved having my morning coffee on the balcony and appreciated the ceiling fan in the evening. Thank you for having us!

Great location; unfortunate accomodations

Pros: great location in Mammoth; pet friendly; nice condo complex; nice floor layout; pretty view with a great balcony; garage for one car a plus. Cons: condo was unclean & unkept; needs major updating; furniture is uncomfortable and dirty; carpet is filthy and has a flea infestation. Our dogs had just been groomed before we arrived and they were COVERED in fleas in a day and a half as well as my husband and I had fleas bites all over our ankles second day in; the master bedroom loft was very warm day and night so it was hard to get comfortable and sleep even leaving screen doors open all day & night plus one ceiling fan running on high. Unfortunately for us, it was not worth the $ we spent We will definitely return to Mammoth, but will find more suitable accomodations. Beware of 4 and 5 star reviews!

Cozy and convenient.

This property held my family of 3 + a Black Lab very nicely. Love the fact that there are 2 bathrooms - this makes it feel bigger than the square footage. Comfortable place and it is a short walk to Canyon Lodge. Would recommend.

Location Location!!

It was perfect. Close to beautiful hikes for my dog and I. Walking distance to Canyon lift. Beautiful day skiing, great, clean, well-stocked place. I will definitely be saving this one for future!! (FYI, I went to use to lighter and it was out of gas so I threw it away wanted to let you know). Thanks, again, for letting by Hudson and I stay at your place.

Location, Location, Location

The proximity to Canyon lodge with the ability to “ski home “ at the end of of the day made for an excellent experience. Access to trails behind the property was also a great feature.
