Recently upgraded 2 story home is tucked away in the secluded, quiet (only 10 homes) community of Miramar Palms. There is a large, covered front porch, sun balcony, private backyard, garage and all 2 blocks or a 5 min walk to the beach!

Relaxing beach theme throughout the home with tile flooring downstairs including the spacious Master bedroom where you will enjoy the comfort of a high quality, new king sized bed with fresh, new linens. Plenty of storage in the closet and the beautifully finished Master bathroom has double vanities, a large walk in shower and separate oversized jacuzzi tub. A desk is provided should you have to attend to a little business between visits to the beach – high speed internet is included.

Upstairs, Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, large walk in closet and access to the sun balcony (perfect little suntrap!). Bedroom 3 also has a queen size bed with large closet.

Fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal after a long day at the beach should you tire of eating out at the numerous restaurants in the area. It is equipped with Keurig and filter coffee makers, coffee grinder, toaster, toaster oven, tea kettle and blender.

The dining table has seating for 6 with 2 additional bar stools and the living room has space for everybody to enjoy a movie or watch TV. A selection of games and DVD’s are provided for a fun evening with family and friends. New smart Roku TV's so easy to stream all your favorite shows. A dartboard is in the garage for more fun evenings!

The fully fenced, private back yard is perfect for a day at home. Patio furniture with umbrella provided and there is an outdoor shower. Just a few steps to the neighborhood pool with plenty of seating for everybody – it is rarely busy.

Only 2 blocks to the beautiful beach with it’s white sands and clear blue/green sea – either take a short, 5 min walk or a 5 min drive to Pompano Joes restaurant where there is large public parking lot and beach access with rest rooms and showers to wash off the sand before you leave. We have also provided beach chairs, a beach cart and an umbrella for your use.

A full sized washer and dryer are also provided to freshen those beach towels after your day enjoying the sand and sea.

The front porch is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with the birds or relax with a glass of wine in the evening. Children can play safely whilst you keep an eye on them in this quiet cul de sac setting.

Several restaurants and a coffee shop are within walking distance and there are plenty of shopping opportunities should you tire of the beach! A short drive will take you to Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Plaza and Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. All offer endless shopping opportunities, dining to suit everyone’s taste and activities and events for all to enjoy – there is always something to do - or just relax and enjoy your vacation!
