You will love the natural beauty of Emerald Shores, a private gated community of upscale houses, in a tropical setting. Our updated home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, across from the pool and a short walk to the tennis/pickle ball court. There's a large master bedroom with private bath that includes an over-sized whirlpool and wrap around balcony. You will find it all here. Just a short walk to the white sand beach. We have a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, washer and dryer. We are located about seven blocks east of Destin Commons shopping center, south of hwy#98 in the center of Emerald Shores subdivision.

Fine dining, outstanding golf courses, and designer outlet mall just minutes away, with incredible fishing nearby. All of the bedrooms have televisions. The large pool is just across the street from our home and the small pool is a short stroll and for our Emerald Shores owners and guests only. The private beach tram operates all summer long, the pavilion is for owners and guests only where restrooms and outdoor showers are available for your convenience.

Perfect place

We have our yearly family vacay in Miramar/Destin every year, and we have stayed at a lot of different places. This place was perfect for our family- plenty of room, beautiful neighborhood, short walk to the beach. The house had everything that we needed, fully stocked kitchen and beautiful view off the balcony. Highly recommend this place!

We loved this house! The beach was fairly close, we did use the golf cart service. The kitchen was very well stocked. Great house for a family gathering with many adults! We also had a toddler and infant. We spent many nights on the upstairs balcony. There was a time when I needed to get in touch with the owner about a package and she responded within minutes. There are several beach chairs available at the property to take to the beach and it was so helpful. One note about the beach, not the house- you cannot set up a tent at the designated beach. We had to go down just a bit, not far, so we really didn’t need the 30 bands. We left ours in the knife drawer so someone else can use them.

A Perfect Family Getaway!We had an absolutely amazing time at this vacation home! From the moment we arrived, we could tell this place was something special. The house was exactly what we needed for a relaxing family vacation.There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, but also lots of cozy spots to gather and enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking meals together a breeze. The outdoor space was a real highlight too—we loved spending time on the patio, grilling, and just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere.The location was ideal: close enough to all the attractions we wanted to visit, the pool was right across the street and the beach access was great. The hosts were also fantastic—responsive, thoughtful, and clearly committed to making sure guests have a great experience.We made wonderful memories here and can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway!DAS

Emerald Shores 4/3 by the pool

Extended family with 2 children and 2 pets, our 17th year in emerald shores. The house was very nice, great open floor plan on bottom floor, lots of room and seating. Good size kitchen. Neat little back yard for the dogs. All bedrooms are upstairs, nice but be aware all must climb stairs. Well sized/appointed rooms with comfy beds. 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. Host was excellent, accommodating couldn’t ask for more. Recommend for large groups with pets. Thank you.

The best place for family!

super roomy and clean. The best kitchen and plenty of space for family. There is a golf cart giving rides to the beach. You can’t go wrong staying here!

Hidden Gem

This property is nestled in a beautiful gated subdivision within walking distance of the beach. However, with our beach bags and chairs, we did take advantage of using their golf cart service, which was almost always available. The house was clean and spacious and plenty of room for us all to be together. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch and the upper patios. The owner Patty was close at hand if we needed her. The house was furnished with everything we needed. We were blessed with an absolutely beautiful week of fun, laughter, sunshine and perfect gulf waters! We also took advantage of the two lovely pools. One of the pools is right across the street from the house. After a day at the beach they felt wonderful!!! Would highly recommend! We hope to stay here again. We also visited Donut Hole, Baytown Warf, Harbor Walk, Original SeaBlaster and Silver Sands Outlet. (All were easy drives)

Absolutely amazing stay. The house was so comfortable and big enough for 4 adults and 3 kids with a bed to spare! We love that it is dog friendly! It is a short 0.25 mile walk to the beach. Restaurants locally are so yummy. The pool is right across the street! The friendly neighborhood golf cart folks were awesome for transport! Highly recommend and we will be back!!

Great house in great neighborhood in Miramar Beach

My husband, myself, and our son along with pup really enjoyed our stay here. The house was so clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was great. The neighborhood and proximity to the private beach was very convenient. We definitely will stay here again if we're able to return to this area. Thank you so much!

Dan and Nora have been married for the past fifty five years, Nora was born in Dublin Ireland ,they have two children Dan jr and Patty, they have four grand children ages 32, 28, 26 and 25. Our kids love coming to Destin each year.
They love the beaches, pool, golfing and all the family activities that Destin has to offer.

Truly an outstanding location. Experience it all - walk to Emerald Coast beach, one of the best in the world, along with golfing, dining, shopping and many more fine attractions.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Great location next to the heated pool in a safe quiet cul de sac location. Great shopping only about seven blocks east of Destin Commons shopping center and several blocks west of Silver Sands shopping center. We are just a short walk to the beach.
