A beautiful and rare, 5-star, luxury single family home located directly on the Sierra Star golf course. This is one of the few homes in Mammoth that is available for nightly rental! Watch the golfers and enjoy gorgeous mountain views while relaxing in your very own private hot tub. This two-story gem in the Gray Stone community features rustic mountain décor and top notch amenities, including custom countertops, wood flooring, attached 2-car garage and laundry room with washer and dryer!

The spacious living room features designer furniture, a flatscreen TV, custom stone fireplace and mantel set before a large wrap around outdoor deck with private gas grill and patio heaters. The dining room seats up to eight, and leads into a full kitchen, equipped with a bar area, wine cooler, farmhouse sink, and modern stainless steel appliances.

The master bedroom has a King bed, beautiful gas fireplace with mantle, flatscreen TV, two walk-in closets, and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, shower and soaker tub. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a Twin on the top and Full on the bottom, and shares a half bath right outside the bedroom door.

The downstairs entertainment area den features a large flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, comfy sectional sofa for relaxing, fuseball table, and is surrounded by three additional bedrooms. The third bedroom features a Queen bed, as well as bunk bed with a Twin on the top and Full on the bottom, and en-suite bathroom with dual vanity. The fourth bedroom has a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom, while the fifth, and final, bedroom offers a Queen bed also with en-suite bathroom.

The home is well equipped with modern technology featuring a Sonos system throughout, sound bars on all TVs and cable TV. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This home sleeps a maximum of 14 people, there are 4 stairs to the house, 2 levels inside, enough parking for 6 vehicles (2 in private garage) and no smoking or pets are permitted. The living areas up and downstairs were spacious and provided a great space to hangout together, but the house was also roomy with enough bedrooms and spaces that we were never on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality cookware etc, everything was clean and updated, the private jacuzzi was amazing, and the back deck overlooking the golf course was beautiful and private.There were plenty of games and it’s an easy walk to the village!

Beautiful property with great amenities!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful home with everything you would need to cook and enjoy a nice dinner including silverware and place settings. There is plenty of room for a lot of guests and it is a nice perk that almost every room has it's own bathroom. The jacuzzi was a nice addition as well. Overall, everything was very nice and the location was perfect. Thank you!

Perfect getaway spot

We had a fantastic stay at this home with one other family we are “quaranteaming” with during the pandemic. There were 10 of us (4 adults, 6 kids). This home was wonderful with beautiful views off the back porch, plenty of areas to walk or bike to, and the property is kept up nicely. It had everything we needed and was the perfect location for exploring Mammoth. We hope to stay again soon!

Excellent Property!

We had a great stay! My entire family (ranging in ages 83 years old to 5 years old) all loved this gorgeous house! There were big screen TVs and games to entertain the little guys and many sitting areas for the grown ups to chat while enjoying the view and fresh air. It feels like a lot of thought and detail was put into the property. The house had a great two-story layout, perfect for noise and excitement downstairs and quiet and relaxation upstairs. It was decorated in a way that was cozy and warm. It just felt like "home". The property was clean and very well maintained. It was also stocked with everything you need in the kitchen which was handy when cooking for our large family. I definitely recommend this property and hope to stay in it again!

Cool weather in a hot summer

We were a group of 13 - 3 generations of a family. The house had plenty room for all of us and had all the facilities we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms were pure luxury. The only thing I would suggest is that the owner trade in the bunkbeds in the small bedroom upstairs and put in a queen. No one wanted to sleep there. The management company was very helpful. We had a great long weekend.

Great house, room for plenty. Clean, good location, good amenities!

The cabin treated us very well. Has a lot of space for socializing, modern, very clean, has a hot tub, and a rather stocked kitchen and games selection, and 2 garage spots. One of the nicer rental properties I've stayed in. Location is great to get to the Eagle Express lift at mammoth. Only thing I could possibly complain about is that it would have been nice to have had some deck furniture, but would stay here again if I had another large party to accommodate. Watch out for the Blockus game, it might consume your weekend. The house was perfect to celebrate Andy Pandy Puddin Pie's last hurrah of singledom. Cheers!

Wonderful home. Many lovely details, bedding, furniture, management staff very excellent. Kitchen needs some basics that are lacking... blow dryers in each bathroom, more cutting g boards needed and colander. We love this home and look forward to returning

Amazing house and location!

The house was just perfect, large and comfortable with all amenities including a Jacuzzi that was just perfect after a day on the slopes! There was plenty of sleeping arrangements that were comfortable and spacious! We will definitely look to stay there again! Thank you!
