Year round fun luxury location steps to Village, close to all outdoor activities

This is a beautiful condominium steps from the Village and Gondola. It is a nonsmoking, 1800 sq. ft. 3 bedroom unit with 4 bathrooms and a 5 star rating for comfort, location, interior decor and great facilities! We have extra cleaning practices in place as well as contactless check in and check out procedures. Great WIFI for working from here. Park your cars once you get there in a covered, heated garage and no need to use it to get to slopes, the Village or around town.

It comes fully furnished with fully stocked kitchen, linens, bathroom towels, toiletries, full size washer and dryer, blow dryers (1 wall-mounted in each bathroom downstairs and 1 in upstairs bathroom), iron and full-size ironing board . There are 2 fireplaces and 2 balconies with views of the Sherwin mountains (balcony off of living room has full size propane BBQ and high top bistro table with 4 barstools).

There are 2 indoor, secured, heated parking spaces in the garage building for our complex, heated driveway and walkways from garage to building entrance and heated sidewalks to the Village. Our complex also has a recreation room building with year-round heated indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, ping pong table, pool table, foosball table and sitting lounge.

Condo is just steps to the Village amenities: dining, shopping, mountain services (ticketing, rentals), Gondola to Canyon Lodge, nightlife, cocktails, convenience store, fun events and family happenings.

Condo is 3 levels - main level is kitchen, living room, fireplace, large flat screen HD TV, bathroom, outdoor balcony; bottom level is 2 bedrooms (primary bedroom has a king size bed and a twin bed and downstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed), 2 bathrooms, laundry room, and each bedroom has a flat screen HD TV; 3rd level is a bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds (each bunk is a full on bottom and twin on top) as well as 2 other twin beds, full size bathroom and large flat screen HD TV, free WIFI. Also, please note there are narrow, spiral stairs to get to each level inside the condo. You can access the living room/kitchen level and the downstairs bedrooms via the elevator in the hallway, but the only access to the upstairs 3rd level bedroom/bunk area is via the spiral stairs. The stairs can be challenging for elderly and toddlers, just an FYI. I also have a partnership with Babyquip where you can rent baby/toddler items during your stay and they will deliver and pick up the items to our condo.
