Step onto the private balcony to enjoy the coastal breeze, or unwind in the sunny enclosed sunroom, where a sleeper sofa and pocket doors provide an additional private sleeping space.

The spacious primary bedroom offers a peaceful place to recharge with a TV, generous closet and an en-suite bathroom featuring dual sinks. A hallway with a stacked washer and dryer creates added privacy between the bedrooms, while the second bedroom is conveniently located just steps from a full bathroom. Reserved garage parking is available for one vehicle. (Oversized SUVs and trucks may not fit.) Designated parking spaces are designed to accommodate two standard-size vehicles. Larger SUVs, trucks or oversized vehicles are limited to one space only. The maximum vehicle height clearance is 6'5". High-speed Internet/Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay, and the building offers elevator access for added convenience and accessibility.
