Open floor plan living space gives way to a comfortably furnished living area with access to the balcony.

Relax and unwind in the 2 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a King bed, flat-screen TV, balcony access, and an attached private bath with a tub and shower combination. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV and there is an additional full bath, with a tub and shower combination directly next to the room. There are two reserved, covered parking spaces available. Lighthouse Point 9C is on the third floor, guests must use the stairs, as there is no elevator in this building.

Lighthouse Point Condominiums is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, community WIFI access, playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park.
