Tybee Lights 110C | Pet Friendly, Oceanfront!

Stay right on the beach at Tybee Lights 110C, a remodeled townhouse located right on the Beach on Tybee's Mid Island. Located on the second floor of the building, this two-story unit has amazing Ocean views! The open living and dining area has a balcony that has outdoor seating, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This main floor has a kitchen, laundry, and a half bath. The living room has a flat-screen TV and a full-size sleeper sofa for additional guests.

The second floor has two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill full bathroom. The first bedroom has a King bed, and large picture windows overlooking the ocean. The second guest room has a queen bed.

Guests at Tybee Lights will be within short walking distance to restaurants, shops, Memorial Park, the library, and the YMCA. This is a pet-friendly property. Assigned parking for 1 vehicle plus there are first come first serve unassigned visitor parking spots. WIFI internet is available. This property is pet-friendly for an additional fee.

ABOUT US: Tybee Vacation Rentals offers guests the benefit of booking with a professional vacation rental company with over 20 years of experience. Our local team has knowledge of the area and our properties. We are available 7 days a week and offer 24-hour emergency support.

Please note: Active construction continues at this complex through mid July, 2021.

HOUSEKEEPING: Cleanliness has always been a top priority. The TVR housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices focusing on sanitization, disinfection, and proven cleaning protocols at all times for the safety of our guests and employees.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

Great beach

This property is right on the beach with wonderful view! The beach was not crowded in this area. No beach equipment is provided, but can be rented. Golf carts and bicycles can also be rented, as it is not close to the "touristy" part of the island. The property and furnishings are dated and master bed is not comfortable. Quick response to fix a small issue. Easy check in and out.

Great Location/Spectacular Ocean View

Great location. Overall the property was very clean. The carpet on the stairs and in the bedrooms could use a shampoo. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nicely decorated. The management company was responsive, has a great check in and out process. They were very easy to work with. This is a second floor unit, with another flight of stairs to the bedrooms. Something to consider. We were fortunate the building was not fully occupied. We were able to enjoy a lot of outside time. The decks are inches apart.

Feel mislead

I feel totally mislead by this listing. The listing stated it was on the sand, which is true, but we did not have access to the beach the way the listing and the pictures portray. We literally had to go all the way around the building down to really steep flights of stairs just to get to the beach. I would’ve gladly have paid much less and stayed in a cheaper house knowing that we were not on the sand. Also it’s a pet friendly home and no one bothered to tell us that you’re not allowed to have pets on the beach. That would’ve been key information for us to know and we would not have paid extra for a pet friendly condo. Lastly you would think paying $5000 for a rental you would have comfortable beds, these were the cheapest, most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in my life. We left the rental two days early because I could no longer take it. I feel totally misled and totally taken advantage of. This is by far the worst experience we’ve ever had at the beach .

PERFECT LOCATION ON THE BEACH

The short distance to the beach and the location provided an almost private beach experience. Public access points were much more populated. We felt we had the ocean all to ourselves.

Beautiful view, steps to beach

This property was exactly as described. We had no problems with our stay and truly enjoyed being able to see the ocean from our condo. It was very nice to be at a quieter end of the beach but still be close to the busier area if we wanted.

Short Get Away

There was construction going on right beside us. There were more stairs to get to the house than I expected. The outside steps were not safe at all. The Kingsize bedroom had a broken blind. I call for it to be repaired. The maintenance came but did not fix the blind. No outside lights on the patio. The toilet seat downstairs was loose. The front of the building was not presentable. For the price we paid, should have been a better rental. It may look good when the construction is complete but made my trip less enjoyable. Do not recommend this rental.

Property had quite a bit of construction going on which will look nice when it’s finished but didn’t help us. Beautiful beach and beautiful views from the porch. Tybee was nice but small for me. Not a lot of options around but if you just want the beach it’s a good getaway.

Tybee rental

From the moment we walked in, I was in love. The rental unit is updated, they think of the small details (such as a small step ladder) and the view with the comfortable blue table outside can’t be beat. Would definitely rent this cute little place on the beach again.

Fabulous location... under construction

This property has direct Beach access. You walk out your door and a minute later, you are at the ocean. You can hear the waves at night, and watch your kids from the deck... we had a few issues due to siding being replaced on the building, so make sure you're aware of this before you go... or check to see that they're finished. The construction was the only ding we had. Otherwise a great stay.

Property may allow pets, but Tybee doesn’t

We had a last minute event cancellation and found ourselves w a free weekend. We’d been wanting to explore Tybee and Bluffton, and were happy to find a beach front property that allowed our dogs at such short notice. What we didn’t realize was that Tybee doesn’t allow dogs on the beach. Whoops. The town itself is not very dog friendly. No off leash parks, limited side walks, and what little grass we found was usually filled w painful burs. The house itself was fine. Carpet and beach don’t really mix and although older and not updated, the house was comfortable. We appreciated the Netflix, but didn’t get a good nights sleep due to the high pitched whistling wind that sadly overpowered the sound of the waves. Not sure if a screen was loose or that’s just life ocean front. If you just need a place to stay to hit the beach, this will do the trick but don’t expect any extras (other than cable and Netflix). And leave the pets at home.

We loved our stay at Tybee Lights. Beautiful views, uncrowded beach, and convenient location! The AC struggles to keep the upstairs a comfortable temperature-thank goodness for the ceiling fans! Otherwise, our stay was fabulous!! Our 15 year old, aspiring photographer daughter took this picture of the Cockspur Lighthouse on our Sunset Dolphin Cruise. Hope everyone who sees it enjoys it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 110C. the appliances are brand new, and everything was clean and comfortable. we were enjoying it so much that we asked to stay another night. The ocean view was perfect. We would definitely rent this one again.

Everything was great only complaint is that there was way to many additional fees on top of the rental almost double the nightly rental rate advertised fees for owner management company website etc but was great property

Great experience for people but not for dogs.

The view and location are amazing! i can't say enough about it and on top of the great view, the beach at our end of the island was never crowded. The condo was older and needed some updating especially in the main bathroom but everything was very clean and quiet. The one thing that we were disappointed in is that the island itself is NOT dog friendly. The beach is a no dog zone which is understandable, but there is no where decent to take the dog for a walk to do it's business. We drove to a "dog park" which was a joke, behind the police station there was a patch of dirt and weeds. We would definately some back to stay just not with our dog.

food for the soul

First, I would like to say that we have never rented a condo before where all we actually would have needed was our toothbrushes. But this one was perfect and spotless, we packed the house it seems. we had to repack a lot of stuff and put it back in the truck. Our condo had every thing and I do mean every thing that we could have possibly need. Various sizes of mixing bowls and cutting boards, appliances of every description, knives for a verity of jobs. Flat wear for entertaining and one for everyday. Glasses also for everyday and nice ones for entertaining. They even furnished flashlight and batteries in case of power loss. The washer and dryer were nice and up to date. Now all this being said, we were able to enjoy Tybee and the ocean and all else that goes with being in Tybee. The people in the stores greeted us like we were old friends or neighbors. The place has led us to many dreams for the future. Of going back. Tybee Vacation Rentals will always be the ones we will want to rent from. They were listening and paying attention when we spoke. We were not tech savvy people and didn't have a smart phone and to top that off our computer went out two nights before we went on vacation, we were afraid we had lost information that we would need. The girls in the office were patient and kind. It was a wonderful vacation all the way around. We hope to be back there next year. At night when we were in bed after a long perfect day, I would ask my husband to turn up the ocean, just a bit (raise the window just a little more) A really big thank you to all, for we feel even our souls have been fed.

This unit is situated in an excellent area of Tybee. Right in front of the beach and close to where everything happens but not in the middle of the traffic. Unfortunately the AC does not work properly. It cools really well the first floor but the second floor where the two bedrooms are located is always hot. Also it had only one full bathroom that both rooms share. You will expect this bathroom to be spacious and updated but it is completely the opposite. Something needs to be done about the dinginess on that bathroom. I would have said it was super comfortable but because we had to pile up and sleep all together on the first floor it was not. On the other hand it was great working with the rental office but I would not recommend this unit at all.

Relaxing Beach/Savannah Vacation

Loved the location of the beach house!! Nothing better then waking up to see the ocean right outside your back door. The condo is comfortable. The beds were too firm for us, but we managed. The convenience to Savannah allowed up to hang on the beach during the day and then a quick 25 min drive to downtown for some amazing meals! Loved the lighthouse, walking the beach and visiting Fort Pulaski. We loved Savannah and did 2 of the walking food tours (highly recommend those)! It really was the best of both worlds! Savannah for the city and Tybee for the beach!! Loved our vacation!!!

This trip was wonderful. The beach access was great and it felt like you had the beach to yourself. Plenty of room for our younger boys to play and easy access to everything. I do agree with some others that the mattresses could be upgraded to fixed the AC issue by closing some of the downstairs vents to force air upstairs. Thank you so much for making this trip easy in so many ways!!
