The apartment is very quiet at day and night, with big windows so you can enjoy the most beautiful view of Matsminda park tower. In your room, you will find a queen-size bed, a huge wardrobe and all beddings. The room has hardwood floors, central heating and an air conditioner (AC is unique for each bedroom; thus you can control the temperature yourself) and windows for sunlight. You will get all the essentials, including fresh sheets, tissue papers, toiletries and towels. You can lock your room. The hall has desk and a chair, massive comfy Sofa, Dining table and coffee table too. Guest can have access to all part of the Apartment. You can access: The living room with lazy-boy couches and TV with cable. Dining room. The kitchen has a big fridge, stove-top, electronic tea kettle and a toaster oven. You will get a shelf, fridge space and a set of utensils - few plates, few bowls and few cups for each guest. Basic cooking equipment is also available for use. Please, wash everything and put them back after each use. Two bathrooms – no need of sharing. The Apartment is all yours. Please handle the home and stuff respectfully, with care. Rules are the same as usual: Smoking only in the hall.
