Great location with gorgeous views from a balcony and a really nice walking trail in the community. Check-in was a breeze and host quickly responded to a text inquiry I sent. Furniture was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Kelly was a great host! Very welcoming! Truly the nicest VRBO we've stayed in. All bedrooms were very roomy. The living room was large with very nice furnishings. Very pretty part of the city with a walking/biking path nearby. Kitchen well equipped. We'll be back.

Thoughtful relaxation

In this hectic world it was wonderful to be offered a little time out in such a comfortable environment. We especially enjoyed the balcony where we could view the desert wildlife. We would stay there again.

Very quiet neighborhood and and relaxing get away.

Very clean and fully stocked with all the necessities. Unfortunately the building was being prepped for exterior painting the last couple of days so there was a little extra activity but an overall very pleasant stay.

Beautiful quiet scenic getaway

Lovely clean safe area with a nice pool, comfortable beds, and beautiful views. The WiFi was spotty a few times, but not that big a deal for us. Very quiet neighborhood with great desert walking trails. Highly recommend

The condo was fantastic, the photos didn’t do it justice! Everything was extremely clean and well stocked. Absolutely everything you could need in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels available. We are a family of four including our two adult sons and we had plenty of space. We were visiting my in-laws for the holidays and didn’t spend as much time in the condo as we usually would. Next time we come to Tucson, we will definitely stay here and utilize the pool and hot tub. Great walking paths just out the front door.

Hi. Elizabeth. Thanks so much for the kind review and the helpful feedback. We just had a remodel done, and there were a couple of 'bugs' leftover. The bathroom outlets are now fixed, and the middle door hinge was missing a pin--fixed as well. Again, we appreciate your review and would love to host you in the future. Best regards, Ray and Kelly

Second Time Staying Here & Still Enjoyed It!

This was my second time staying at this location. When I saw it was available I did not hesitate to reserve it. If you are a fan of Oro Valley and a sound area this is a sound option to consider. It is well maintained, in great condition, the pool is great and so is the neighborhood. Give this one a look.

The 3 Amigos

We enjoyed our stay in Oro Valley. The balcony was beautiful and so peaceful and quiet. The birds were singing in the mornings and spied bunnies, quail and cactus wrens. We hiked the trails and loved the scenery. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and essential supplies. Also a great selection of books, games and puzzles. The beds were very comfortable and entire unit was clean. We also enjoyed the pool and fitness center. Would love to stay there again! Thank you!

Spacious unit with amazing views

Fully stocked unit with amazing views. We even had a bobcat sighting from the balcony. Did have a few glitches getting into the unit and with the Wi-Fi but property managers were VERY responsive in getting them resolved .

Great location, wonderful place, fantastic host

We had a great stay over the holidays- the unit was ideal for our family. Super clean, well stocked, v quiet, near a hottub and heated pool and, best of all, overlooks an excellent wildlife area (former golf course going wild as nature preserve). Birding and animal watching from the balcony while drinking morning coffee was a real treat; sunsets were amazing too. Conveniently close to shopping for stay. Near Catalina State Park for hiking miles to the mountains. Our host Kelly was super responsive and kind! We would love to return

This condo was very comfortable for our family of three. There were plenty of towels, dishes, pots pans, soap and paper items for our five night stay. The beds are in good condition and fairly firm. The balcony was the main attraction for us in selecting this rental. It is very private, full of sun and wildlife entertainment. We saw many birds, rabbits, deer and even a bob cat. The old golf cart paths were a bonus for our early morning walks. To use the pool you will need to walk out of this complex, down the sidewalk and into the next complex. It's a short, easy 5 min walk. The pool is clean, warm and included pool float items. The hot tub was great too. Walking back to the condo in the early evening we did encounter the warning rattle of a snake. It's very dark, we dldn't see it even with a flash light, luckily we were not in conversation and heard it. The neighborhood seemed very safe and quiet. There are nearby restaurants and stores. This is a property we would love to return to.

I absolutely love stay at this location.

I will always return to this location whenever I come to Tucson. I adore this home. Everything is always so well together. It’s absolutely beautiful and peaceful. If I could share one thing with the owner. Ask them to remove the trash from the previous client before our arrival. I ran into the same issue last year, but it will never stop me from requesting this home. thanks and God bless!

This was a spacious property that had been well-maintained and had what we needed. It was a little further out than we thought it would be, but that made it even more peaceful and pleasant. Everything was clean, and the pool area was nice, although it could have used a bit more shade.Nice to have a garage, but the minivan we rented seemed too large for it. (We didn't request a minivan, but it was the option we were provided at pickup. The only small complaint is that the front door required 2 hands to operate & we were both always carrying something in at least one hand, which made that a challenge. The VRBO instructions referred to it as a lockbox, but it was really a code that unlocked the top knob, then required holding it open while using the other hand to open the lower latching handle. The back balcony was so peaceful & we enjoyed watching the bunnies, lizards, quail, and other birds in the mornings and before dusk. We even saw some deer one morning on a walk. We would stay here again, even though it took 40 minutes to get to our family in Tucson.

It's in the Details!

We were looking for a home away from home-staycation and found this gem last minute. It was obvious from the moment we walked in that our arrival had been anticipated. The unit was spotless and we were greeted with a welcome note, basket of goodies, and information about the area. We had a super comfortable stay and appreciated the generously stocked: paper goods, soaps, laundry supplies, kitchen cabinets and cooking basics. It was like I had borrowed a good friend's place for a week who wanted to make sure we had a welcome stay. We loved the quiet, views, and nature. The sunsets are amazing from the small patio and back windows including a view of the twinkling Tucson city lights 20 miles away. The now defunct Rancho Vistoso Golf Course has turned into an amazing nature preserve with 7 miles of golf cart paths that now serve as a place to walk. We enjoyed awesome mountain views; spotting numerous deer and dozens of species of birds; howling coyote; and javalena. The condo is located in a smaller complex surrounded by lovely homes with beautiful landscaping and near the entry of gates of Stone Canyon Golf Country Club. There are numerous stores and several restaurants, and golf available a short drive away.

Great Oro Valley Experience

If you love the vibe of Oro Valley and I do sincerely this is a great place. It is a well maintained unit with a lot of pride in ownership. It has been remodeled and is very clean. It just has the Arizona charm you are seeking with great access to hiking trails and other sites. You can’t beleive how big the quail are :) Definitely give this one a look.
