Tropical Pool Home. Imagine vacationing in your own private resort? Our solar heater swimming pool with misters, foggers, and fiber optic deck jets will make you feel like your in Las Vegas. Feel free to soak in the above ground spa under our palapa bar while watching tv and gazing at the stars. Trust me you will not even want to go inside the home. Backyard has a built in BBQ, refrigerator and sink area for all your outdoor dining needs! Windsor Boat launch is right down the street. 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom and couch pulls out for another bed.Indoor kitchen and bath recently remodeled with Granite countertops. Whole house freshly painted Feb 2017.
Tile floors throughout. Pets allowed for a $75 fee! . Garage is now available (32 foot deep) you can park 2 or 3 truck/boat combos in front of house/driveway and also a 32 foot deep side yard with 10 foot gate . Pool is heated comfortably from Solar from March through October (80 or higher on average) with a waterfall and light up deck jets at night . Beautiful Backyard

This house was perfect for our quick river trip with friends. The pool was perfect and looked like we were somewhere tropical. The house is a little worn down but didn’t bother us in the least as we were either on the Lake or in the pool the majority of the time. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing place to stay. Danny was very helpful with ensuring we had everything needed being very responsive and respectful. I would definitely stay again. The misters thru the backyard are a total game changer while it’s hot out.

Relaxing get away

We spent part of our honeymoon in this home, spent most of our time in the backyard, felt like our own private resort.

Love this place

this is the 4th or 5th time we stayed here, so amazing we try to do it at least once a year. Shooting for twice this year! Super communication from Danny and as always a absolute amazing home!

Amazing Back Yard

The back yard was everything. Whether we were coming back from the lake or just chilling for the day, it was amazing.

Rent this place!

Excellent home with fantastic owners. The backyard of this home is incredible. Kids and adults alike will love this place. Inside the home is clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Rent this place and you won't be disappointed. We have stayed at many places in Lake Havasu and this is our new favorite. Kids had an amazing time playing in the pool. Owner was acceptable and made sure our stay was a good one. Can't wait to stay here again!

great back yard rough beds

The back yard for this spot is amazing a great place to hang out after the it really makes the house worth staying in. But the beds were so bad in every room really tough on the back you better bring your own pillow. Not that big of a house no garage acess for your boat but like I said that back yard makes it all worth it !!! Very clean pretty much has everything you need except for bed situation

Nice Lake Havasu Hideout

This was a nice, clean home to stay in for our week long stay. Check in was so easy, and Dan, the owner, let us check in early. The house was super clean, the rooms were nice, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. The backyard was awesome with plenty of shade, misters that cooled the temperature down 15-20 degrees, a built in bbq in the shade, tons of seating, an outdoor TV(we used to listen to music), and a pool with a waterfall. The pool lights up well at night and beautifies the pool area. The landscaping is also very tropical and very nice. There is artificial turf that works well for doggies, should you bring them. The house has a deep garage for parking out of the Arizona heat, and has a washer and dryer that works well. The house is close to grocery stores, AND close to the Lake. We ended up using the pool in the backyard and staying at the house the majority of the time. Dan, the owner is very responsive and quick to get back if you have questions. This place gets a 10, or the highest star rating of 5 from us. We will always try to book this place first on our future Havasu trips. Thanks Dan.. John and Cyndi

Tropical getaway

We spent 2 months at Danny’s place and would not hesitate staying there again , the house was well equipped with everything that you could need , but the back yard is really the gem ! It really does feel like your at a Vegas resort, from the outdoor kitchen , the hot tub is amazing, the pool is very refreshing and the misters and lights at night make you feel like your in your own private tropical retreat 😎

Great pool

The house was nice. The pool was amazing spent whole time outside enjoying it. Would recommend it to family and friends. Would stay again.

The backyard makes this house

The house had everything we needed! The backyard had everything we wanted!!! With summer temperatures well over 100, we spent much of our time in the pool. The palm trees, waterfall, lights, and misters made it like our own tropical resort!!

Amazing time

The yard is absolutely beautiful! The house itself was bigger than I thought it was going to be compared to the online pictures. We hardly had to do anything outside of the house because we enjoyed staying in and enjoying the yard. Will be returning

Even better than we anticipated

Like all the reviewers have noted, the backyard is incredible. The numerous misters kept us and our pups cool despite the extreme heat. The house was very clean and comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for our three-night stay. We absolutely loved it and plan to stay again.

Nice house

This was a nice place. Not as convenient to get to the lake as we thought. Also, a little confusing on the checkin. One place says there’s a lockbox and the other gives the code on the door. LOVED the backyard!!!

Backyard is the best oasis for all ages! I absolutely love that they have mister all over the back!

The owners were super amazing and very accommodating. The location of the property was very convenient to the marina and a grocery store nearby. The property has a big enough garage to be able to park a boat in or a side yard to park extra or vehicle. The home was very nice and definitely laid out really well. The kitchen was very quaint and cute lots of room in the fridge as well. The backyard was absolutely the seller point for us! It was an oasis for sure best place to sit outside and at the end of the day have a drink with a misters going and enjoy the giggles from the kids! The owners were so awesome with working with us on dates and trying to figure out what works best for them and US during this time of covid! I highly recommend this place especially if you have kids and even adults it's a fun backyard for sure. Most definitely will be back! We can't thank you enough for the memories!

Perfect Oasis Getaway

This home was the perfect place to recharge and relax! Beautiful backyard where we spent most of the time whether we were eating, swimming, making S’mores, or just enjoying the evening breeze and the sound of the waterfall feature! It was the perfect landing place after enjoying the town or lake during the day! Perfect for our family of five! We will definitely be back!

Everything that was advertised.

From the moment of booking every aspect of this experience was seamless. Danny answered every question I had and was very helpful with information regarding the area. The house and property was spotless when we arrived and even accommodated our early arrival.

Great communication, description not as great

Positives: owner was responsive to texts in a timely manner. Backyard is beautiful. Not so positive: interior of house needs a good scrubbing and some TLC. Floors and counters were clean, but baseboards and walls need a deep cleaning. Dresser in master bedroom needs repair/replacement, as drawers fall out of tracks. Kitchen drawer missing handle. MAJOR disappointment: pool is listed in posting as “heated”. Pool is not heated...only has a thermal cover. The advertised “heated pool” was a main reason we booked because we know March in Havasu isn’t always warm. We had hoped to spend a few days floating in the pool but since it wasn’t heated, this wasn’t an option. If you want a party house, this is it. If you want luxury, maybe not.

Hellbent on Havasu

Bucket list check off! Finally made it to Havasu with an impromptu group of really great friends! This tropical getaway was the perfect rental! Gave the feeling of exclusivity whilst still being right in the middle of it all! We didn’t spend too much time in the house because the outdoor living space was everything we needed! Such a perfect trip and this rental was a huge part of that!

Pool,lights,heaters, and spa was awesome! The house is beautiful inside and out! Comfortable beds! Perfectly located to all outdoor fun and then go home and relaxe in paradise
