The apartment is located on the second floor with a large deck/balcony and has a fresh beach look. Perfect for couples and small families (equipped for up to 3 persons).

You share the pool and lush garden with the other 2 units. Use the free kayaks to explore the river and see dolphins or manatees.

The apartment consists of

•1x living room with a couch that converts into a queen size bed (suitable for one adult or two children), dining space, flat-screen TV with satellite TV,
•1x kitchen (in the living room) with stove, oven, microwave, ´dishwasher, glasses, cutlery and crockery for 4 people, freezer, refrigerator, toaster,
•1x bathroom with toilet and shower enclosure, towels, beach towels
•1x open balcony with direct view of the Banana River and BBQ,
•1x pool(shared with the other 2 units).

Relax with an amazing view from the open balcony over the banana river. Watch the sunsets or dolphins and manatees. Explore the Banana River from our lush garden with our 2 kayaks, or go fishing.

It is only a 3-minute walk across the street to the Atlantic Ocean with its extensive beaches which invite you to go walking or go surfing. You will usually share the beach with only a few people. For more entertainment bars and restaurants are close by - many with direct beach or riverfront seating.

You are in a perfect location for many entertaining activities. Orlando is only a 60-minute drive away with the world-famous theme parks and shopping malls. On the horizon, you can see the Kennedy- Space-Center which is very interesting to explore.

Since Cape Canaveral with its huge cruise ship harbor is only a 20-minute drive away be our guest before or after your cruise.

The apartment has all the essential amenities like AC (central) and free WiFi.

You will have the full apartment for yourself. You will share the pool and spacious gardens with the tenants of the 2 other apartments.

Cocoa Beach with its gorgeous beaches and pleasant water temperatures offers ideal conditions for all types of water sports or just for relaxing.

Cocoa Beach offers an extensive variety of restaurants and entertainment. Among others, one must mention the numerous golf courses, the Pier, and the many shops such as the biggest Ron-Jon-surfshop in the US.

It is only 45 minutes to Orlando International Airport and 2.5 hours to Miami International Airport.

The large cruise ship port in Cape Canaveral is only 20 minutes away.

While we do our best to control it, insects are part of life in Florida and sometimes they can get into the apartment.

Please remember that you are staying in a vacation home, not a hotel. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
