The house sits in an established, peaceful neighborhood with a sunny, green backyard. Just 45 minutes from the Santa Fe Plaza, and 10 from plenty of resturants and breweries. Come escape in the beautiful South West to celebrate your honeymoon, anniversary, birthday or even host your wedding party. This is the ultimate getaway to relax, renew, and restore.


The house is filled with bright, amazing fabrics, contemporary/folk art and eclectic furniture from around the world. Behind the 12ft wall is your wrap around backyard, complete with water fountains, gardens, hammocks, and a hot tub; all accessable through the common areas and private rooms. Relax in the shade on a hammock, or watch the sunrise over the Sandia Mountains from our 2nd story viewing deck. Enjoy the full indoor kitchen or outdoor kitchen stocked with glassware, china, cloth napkins, serving dishes, and appliances. The house has wifi, gas and wood fireplaces, a pool table, and 3 private backyard cabins/cositas. Washer dryer, off street parking. Should you need anything, manager is available to assist. Close to public tennis, public golf, soccor fields and plenty of hiking/biking/walking trails. There is no smoking on property.

You can park in the driveway or in the driveway or anywhere in the street along the front/side of the house. You will have access to the indoor and outdoor kitchens as well as the common area, all four gardens, and two great rooms. The cositas are each stand-alone buildings, and private.

***Rate is either per room or, with 10 adults or more, per person/night. House can sleep up to 30 guests in their own beds. There is a 2-night minimum stay, however exceptions can be made for one night, special occasion events. Please inquire in a detailed message and we will give you a quote.
