Gorgeous PGA West Golf Home with Views, Waterfall Rock Pool and Spa

Relaxation and resort style living at this beautiful golf course home. Travel for a quick weekend getaway or escape the cold and spend a few months in luxury at this Private Jack Nicklaus residence (tenth hole) within PGA West. Backyard includes waterfall rock pool, spa and bar with built in barbecue. Entertainers kitchen with large island and double ovens. All three bedrooms are tastefully decorated and include king beds, flat screen TV's and separate baths. The Great Room has a large flat screen TV and fireplace to entertain and watch sporting events while enjoying the expansive views of the fairways and mountains. Wireless access included.

The Clubhouse at Stadium hosts Ernie's Bar and Grill with full dining, bar, lounge and patio (with fire pit) which overlooks the final hole of the Stadium and Tournament courses. It’s a great place to gather for happy hour. Walking distance or short golf cart ride from the villa. If you are looking to play golf at PGA West you have three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament. Our golf cart may be included with rental with proper proof of insurance.

Wonderful Stay

John and Sharla are great hosts. They communicated with us before we arrived. House was great. Pool was warm. If we had any questions, we could get ahold of them easily. We would love to come back and stay!

Wonderful place for a vacation

We.gave this home a 5 star because it has everything , a beautifull home, great location , and a fully equipped kitchen. The owners are great!! We have been renting a place for the last three years and this year we hit the jackpot with this property. God willing we will rent this place next year. Shirley knox

Fantastic Vacation Home!

We LOVED this wonderful home and will definitely return ourselves as well as highly recommend it to others. Not sure we can ever vacation at a hotel again! The hosts were amazing. Generous and very communicative. Upon arrival, we received a basket full of treats and a bottle of wine. The home is just as wonderful as it seemed in the listing plus better!! Some things that distinguished it from the other listings included; no extra charge for heating the pool up to 90 degrees, air conditioning and pool heating equipment were located far away from the patio/pool area so there were no hot air exhausts or noise from the equipment, variety of seating options outdoors like chaise lounges to lie flat, seats with ottomans, bar height stools, several umbrellas, awnings, and a covered patio area built into the house, free use of their golf cart and four bicycles, firepit, ceiling fan outside to keep away flies and a large fan to put elsewhere outside (we used it by the BBQ and eating area on the patio). Also, the home's orientation provided a lot of shade in the afternoon and evening so we were very comfortable and not getting sunburned. There was a lovely moon to view each night from the patio. In addition there were all of the items you'd hope for; pool towels, games, books, corn hole, bocce ball set, fully outfitted kitchen (like a residence rather than just basic vacation home items) and plenty of condiments/basic food items like coffee, oils, etc. that you are welcomed to use. TV's in every room, good Wifi, great A/C, ceiling fans. It was clear that this was a family's home where they enjoy a getaway and welcome you to experience of slice of that life yourself! This was a very comfortable home, fully stocked with everything one could want, and with a beautiful golf course location. Plus, the nicest hosts imaginable. Truly the best home rental we have ever experienced.

La Quinta Paradise!

This was our first long-term stay in the desert and we could not have been happier! John and Sharla were fantastic hosts and we were so appreciative that they shared their home with us for the month of April. The patio and pool were awesome with beautiful sunrises for coffee in the mornings; refreshing pool time during the afternoon sun; and shade, peace, and quiet for evening happy hours. The use of the golf cart was such a great benefit getting us to/from the golf courses and clubhouse restaurants. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Met all our expectations!

Wonderful Stay!!

We enjoyed everything about the home and location. The owners made us feel very comfortable and answered all of our questions. The accommodations were perfect for our family. The pool, outdoor patio, and hot tub was great along with the beautiful view! It was so much fun seeing the Big Horn sheep down the street every day. We will be back!

Wonderful relaxing time

Lovely and quiet and relaxing. The patio/pool area is so perfect, it's hard to leave it! Everything you might need or want for a desert getaway. Owners are nice, communicative, responsive, organized. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Thanksgiving vacation

This home in La Quinta is a fantastic place to enjoy with family and friends. Right on the golf course, very clean, has all the amenities (including a golf cart)! The view is spectacular. The owners were very communicative and patient with us and our guests. If you are looking for a get away location in a fantastic setting, look no further.

Wonderful Stay!

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed here for a week in October and it was wonderful! The home is spacious and comfortable and the backyard pool and hot tub were the highlight for us. PGA West is a great complex and we took lots of walks around the neighborhood and even ran into bighorn sheep. John and Sharla were great hosts and the welcome basket they left was awesome; my kids were in heaven with all the goodies! I would highly recommend this home and would love to come back.

Beautiful property with wonderful owners

This home is was equipped with everything our family of five could ask for. We enjoyed the serenity of the mornings sitting out by the beautiful golf course and the fun of a well-heated pool and spa with the addition of every pool toy a kid could dream of . Using the bikes and golf cart to explore the pristine PGA West property was a huge bonus. Sharla and John are so kind and made us feel so welcome. I searched through many properties before reserving this one and am so happy with my choice. It is a special place and exceeded my expectations. I hope to visit again.

Beautiful home

We loved this home. Loved having our own pool and spa. The home is very well equipped, beautifully furnished and the owners are lovely. The AC went out during 1 day that we were there, I think it was 115 that day. The owner had the AC repair person out the very next morning. We hope to go back again 1 day. Oh, the owners left us a lovely treat of wine and snacks - such an unexpected and classy surprise. There's also a golf cart that made it very convenient to get around and explore the area.

Great Vacation

Thanks John and Sharla for offering your home and being so responsive! The place is very well stocked, great location on the 10 hole of the private course, and the access to the golf course was awesome for the kids. We roamed around and saw the big horn sheep roaming the neighborhood! The pool is great and gave us a nice place to relax during the 115 degree days! Thank you so much.

Amazing hosts and property!

Can’t recommend this home enough! We were desperate to get out of town during this strange summer and we typically would never think to come to the desert in the summer but we all had a blast and are already planning our return. Yes it was hot but their beautiful pool made it so enjoyable! Plus the house is so well appointed it felt just like home. John and Sharla don’t miss a single detail and take such pride in their home. Plus it is immaculate which is obviously very important during this time. Our family loved the golf cart rides and sunset bike rides (there are adult size bikes to borrow). Thank you for opening your home to us and allowing us to create memories that will last a lifetime. Can’t wait to come back to this desert oasis!

Perfect house for a family gateway

The house is both beautiful and really welcoming. The communication with the owners was really easy and they were really responsive. There is so much to say: the pool was a huge hit with my kids, especially as they had a bunch of pool floats and toys for us to use, the welcome basket was really thoughtful and the house was so comfortable. We definitely want to come back!

We purchased this beautiful home in June 2015 and plan to use it as our winter retirement home in the future. We live in southern Orange County only a two hour drive away. We both currently work in the education field improving the lives of children with special needs.

We soon realized as we visited the Palm Springs area many times a year that La Quinta was the place to be. We compiled a list of 13 homes to view with our realtor Anthony Wright from 100's of homes. After viewing all the homes only two homes we considered placing offers based on layout, views, backyard, security, social activities, neighborhood and amenities. This home got top scores in all those areas so our decision was made. We could not be happier!
